Zapium's work order module creates a complete, tamper-evident audit trail for every maintenance job at client sites - who raised it, who assigned it, who completed it, what parts were used, and when. Procurement integration for spare parts is missing - linking Zapium work orders to the client's purchase orders in their ERP would close the last gap in our maintenance cost audit. With Zapium deployed at all client sites, our audit team monitors compliance status, reviews inspection findings, and tracks PM completion rates across all sites from one platform - concurrent multi-site coverage is now practical.
