## Zapium Reviews
  ### 1. Strong Support For Service Sales And Maintenance Account Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps me connect customer service requirements with commercial follow-up. When a service visit, inspection, breakdown observation, or maintenance recommendation is recorded, I can use that information to plan the next discussion with the customer. It gives better context for proposing maintenance work, spare replacement, additional service visits, or long-term support contracts.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

The sales view can be improved with more account-level summaries, such as open service recommendations, quotation stage, expected closure month, and customer-wise maintenance potential in one screen.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps convert service information into structured sales action. Instead of depending only on memory, calls, or scattered notes, I can refer to actual service records and inspection observations while following up with customers. This improves the quality of maintenance discussions, makes proposals more relevant, and helps account managers coordinate better with service and operations teams.

  ### 2. Good Tool For HVAC and DG Complaint Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

For HVAC and DG complaints, I can update what I checked, what was cleaned or repaired, and whether any further action is needed. The service history information stays available for the team and based on the issues system enables to identify what spares are needed to be taken.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Sometimes the fault description from the requester is too short and require communication with customer. Better problem-category selection at request creation with mandatory information for customer to fill would help the engineer prepare better and ensure all assets and spares are picked up before leaving.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps convert customer complaints into trackable service jobs. It benefits the engineer because the closure update is captured properly with comments, photos, e-signatures, geo-tagging, etc. instead of being passed only by phone.

  ### 3. Better Asset History Availability Before Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

The best part for me is being able to check previous work history for an asset before troubleshooting from the mobile app only. It gives useful context about past faults, repairs, and parts used at that customer location.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

If old asset records are not updated properly, the history is less useful. Also, in mobile app, a cumulative screen should be there to show all Breakdown and PPM records instead of two separate tabs on an Asset.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zapium, I often had to ask others whether the same equipment had failed earlier, who did the last service and maintenance. Now I can review asset history directly and make better decisions during maintenance work without calling multiple people.

  ### 4. Blueprint for Customer Account Management Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps monitor Customers records (Locations, Assets, Active AMCs, AMC Breakdown and PPM visits, SLAs, Technician allocation, and Pending maintenance actions. It gives us a better grip on all the aspects associated with a customer and its multiple locations.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

I would like customizable reports options and dashboard builder on the data accumulated during the Breakdown and PPM visits, at present this is available in Excel only.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps ensure all the work is planned, documented with comments and photos. It supports to do better internal accountability and customer service, and enables visibility to billing team in order to provide service activities proofs.

  ### 5. Useful For Coordinating BMS Field Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium is helpful when I am working on BMS-related site tasks because I can see job priority, assigned location, and remarks from the coordinator. It keeps the field team aligned with the office.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some BMS issues require screenshots or multiple observations, and attaching everything from mobile can take extra time as it requires editing and adding attachment of resolution. A dedicated technical attachment section would be useful which can be linked later with questions.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium reduces back-and-forth communication during building system service work. My updates are visible to the team, so the next action can be planned without repeated calls.

  ### 6. Easy Site/Location Management While All Records Are Accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

The location information in Zapium is very helpful for field work. I can see which building, floor, assets on each tower and floor, or customer site and assets that needs attention before calling the coordinator.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some large sites have many similar asset names. A clearer asset label or QR-based confirmation can reduce mistakes further.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium reduces confusion about where the engineer needs to go as the sub-locations can be tagged while creating breakdown work orders and corrective preventive maintenance. This saves time at large customer facilities where multiple assets may be installed in different areas.

  ### 7. A Proper, Tamper-Evident Work Order Audit Trail At Every Client Site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium's work order module creates a complete, tamper-evident audit trail for every maintenance job at client sites - who raised it, who assigned it, who completed it, what parts were used, and when. This level of work order auditability is exactly what we need to opine on the effectiveness of client maintenance controls.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Procurement integration for spare parts is missing - linking Zapium work orders to the client's purchase orders in their ERP would close the last gap in our maintenance cost audit. The APIs are available, however, it require technical staff to plan the integration.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work order records at client sites were informal and selectively maintained - clients would produce clean summaries for audits that did not reflect what actually happened. Zapium's real-time work order data is generated by the maintenance team doing the work, not assembled for audit purposes, which makes it far more reliable.

  ### 8. Easy Inspection and Device Faults Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps me record device faults found during fire alarm service visits. The work order and inspections gives a place to add the fault detail, action taken, and next required step, and in the end also provide overall scoring of the activity.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

For sites with many detectors or modules, bulk fault entry could be improved. It would save time when multiple devices need attention.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps track unresolved device issues instead of losing them in handwritten notes. This makes follow-up visits more organized and enable us to help our customers proactively.

  ### 9. Zapium let us audit client asset operations with the same tool they use to run them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

We deployed Zapium at our manufacturing client's site to manage their hard asset register and run compliance audits on their processes, documents, and mechanical equipment. The fact that the client's maintenance team uses the same platform to log work orders means our audit evidence is always live — no more requesting reports weeks after the fact. The setup was easy and straightforward data import templates are available. The Zapium support team was helpful in setting up required checklists.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A pre-built Indian statutory compliance calendar would reduce the configuration effort when onboarding new client sites.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients' maintenance teams were logging their assets maintenance work orders on paper and keeping the scanned copy. We were trying to audit processes, documentations, and asset compliance from spreadsheet exports, and checking records in the shared folder. Zapium put both on the same platform — our compliance audit findings now reference actual work order data filled in the system, rather than reconstructed records or checking folders shared by them.

  ### 10. Clearer Tracking For Facilities Electrical Panel Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

For electrical panel maintenance, Zapium gives me a clear work order with location, issue details, and asset reference. I can attach readings, remarks, and photos after completing the job.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Uploading multiple photos can take longer when the customer site has weak network coverage. A stronger upload queue indicator would be helpful.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps create a proper service trail for electrical maintenance work from ticket to work order and preventive maintenance records. It benefits us because completed work is recorded against the correct panel and can be reviewed during future visits.

  ### 11. Organized View For Multi-Site AMC Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps me manage AMC work across multiple customer sites by showing what is assigned and what still needs completion. The mobile view is useful when the day has several planned visits.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

When many jobs are assigned on the same day, I would prefer a better route-style view. It would help engineers plan travel between nearby locations.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem solved is job visibility. I no longer need to maintain my own list of AMC visits because Zapium shows assigned tasks and lets me update each one from the field.

  ### 12. PM Compliance Up, Pass Rates Up, Finding Resolution Down - Across Every Client Site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Across our client portfolio, the shift to Zapium has produced measurable improvements in every audit metric we track - PM compliance rates up, inspection pass rates up, finding remediation time down, regulatory findings down. These are not marginal changes. They reflect a genuine shift in how clients manage their asset operations once Zapium is in place.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A client outcome tracking module - measuring compliance KPI improvement since deployment date - would give us the data to demonstrate advisory impact. Right now we compile this evidence manually for each client.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset audit outcomes across our client portfolio were plateauing under our previous approach because the methodology was constrained by the quality of client data we could access. Zapium removed that constraint - our compliance audits now drive real operational improvements because they are grounded in live operational data that both we and the client trust.

  ### 13. Routine Inspections Are More Traceable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps me perform routine electrical inspections with a defined task and checklist, allowing me to put in evidence, notes, photos, etc.. It is useful when the customer facility has many panels and periodic checks, and are helpful in validating the breakdown records.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

For repetitive inspection readings, the entry screen can be made more compact. It would improve speed during high-volume inspection days.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform creates a traceable record of inspection completion. It helps reduce missed checkpoints and makes supervisor review easier after the visit.

  ### 14. Better Service Tracking, Inspection Records, and Customer Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps us maintain clear records of service activities, inspections, customer visits, and pending follow-ups. It is useful because we can quickly check past service history, inspection updates, open issues, and completed actions before speaking with a customer or coordinating internally.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some customer-wise service and inspection summaries can be made easier to generate, especially when account teams need a quick view of past visits, pending issues, and completed service records in one report.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium is helping us manage customer service information in a more organized way. Earlier, service updates, inspection records, and customer follow-ups were scattered across calls, messages, and manual notes. Now we have better visibility into service history, inspection status, and action records, which improves customer communication and internal accountability.

  ### 15. Makes Fire Alarm Work Orders and Inspection Records More Reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

I like using Zapium for fire alarm breakdown work orders and inspection work because it keeps checklist responses, photos, and closure comments connected to the specific site and asset. This is helpful for audit follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some inspection forms are lengthy. It would help to have more shortcuts for repeated observations.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium reduces the chance of missing work orders and inspection evidence. When a client asks for service proof, the team can refer to the uploaded records instead of searching through messages or paper files.

  ### 16. Useful For HVAC and Facility Assets Preventive Maintenance Jobs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium makes HVAC preventive maintenance more structured because the assigned schedule, asset information, checklist, and completion notes stay in one place. It helps me follow the correct steps at each site.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Adding detailed notes after a long HVAC job can feel slow on mobile. Quick note templates would improve the field experience.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us document HVAC PM and Other assets work properly. Supervisors can see what was inspected, what was found, and what follow-up is required without waiting for a manual report.

  ### 17. Works Well For Access Control and CCTV Service Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium is useful for access control and cctv maintenance because I get the complaint details and can update the action taken after checking the reader, lock, controller, or wiring.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

More predefined options for common access control faults and CCTV faults would be helpful. Maybe a knowledge-base guiding on issues and something that can reduce typing.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us record what was repaired or adjusted at the door level. This makes future service visits easier because the earlier action is available in the system.

  ### 18. Full-Population Maintenance Data Changed What We Can Actually Say In An Assurance Report

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

The quality of assurance we can now provide on client maintenance controls has improved a lot since deploying Zapium at client sites. We go beyond policy review and sample testing - we analyse full maintenance data, track PM completion rates, and monitor inspection pass rates over time. Our assurance opinions are now grounded in operational reality.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A formal assurance output template - generating findings in assurance letter format directly from Zapium - would complete the loop. Right now the last step from operational data to formal deliverable still needs some manual work to reformat.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance control assurance was constrained by the quality of evidence we could access. Policy documents and sample records produced assurance opinions with limited evidential depth. Zapium's full-population operational data gave us the depth of evidence needed to issue assurance opinions with genuine confidence.

  ### 19. Helpful For CCTV, Access Control, And Security System Breakdown Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium gives me the site details and customer complaint clearly before I attend a CCTV or access control issue. It helps me understand whether the problem is camera, DVR, cabling, or power related.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

I would like more predefined fault categories for security systems. It would make closure comments faster and more consistent for similar issues.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, security system calls were tracked through calls and messages. Zapium has made it easier to record the issue, action taken, and final status in one place.

  ### 20. We Spot Compliance Deterioration Before It Happens. That's New.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Using Zapium's operational data trends - PM completion rate trajectories, inspection pass rate movements, work order backlog growth - we can now spot which client sites are heading toward compliance problems before they actually get there. That shift from looking backward to looking forward has changed how our audit practice works.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A native predictive analytics module would formalize what we currently build by hand from data exports. The leading indicator framework we've developed should live inside Zapium, not in a separate model.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client maintenance programme audits were retrospective - we identified issues that had already occurred and issued findings that the client then had to remediate. Zapium's trend data allowed us to develop leading indicators of compliance risk - we now issue advisory warnings before issues become findings, which is far more valuable for clients.

  ### 21. The Platform That Defines How We Do Client Asset Audit Work Now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Looking back across our journey deploying Zapium at client sites, the impact on our audit practice has been real. We deliver better compliance outcomes for clients, more defensible audit opinions, and more data-backed recommendations - all from one platform that serves both our clients' operational needs and our audit requirements at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A formal CPA firm partner programme - with dedicated onboarding support, training resources, and multi-deployment commercial terms - would accelerate Zapium adoption across the profession. The demand is there.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client asset audit practice was limited by technology that served either maintenance operations or audit oversight - never both. Zapium eliminated this constraint. The practice we have built on Zapium's foundation is more scalable, more effective, and more commercially differentiated than anything we could have achieved with our previous approach.

  ### 22. End-to-end Visibility on Work Order Data Immensely Helps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

End-to-end Visibility on Work Order Data Immensely Helps	Zapium's work order records at client sites provide a complete, structured record of maintenance activity - what was done, by whom, at what cost, and on which asset. This data allows us to apply substantive audit procedures to maintenance expense that go far beyond the invoice-level testing that was previously our only option.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

An integration with Sage or NetSuite to automatically reconcile Zapium work order costs against maintenance expense ledger entries would complete the audit trail without a manual matching step.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintenance expense audit procedures were limited to invoice-level testing because work order data was not available in structured form. Zapium's structured work order records let us introduce activity-level testing - matching actual maintenance activities to costs - which is a much stronger audit procedure.

  ### 23. Improves Transparency For Client-Site Facility Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium improves transparency for client-site facility work by showing requests, assignments, status updates, and completed actions in one place. This helps when multiple stakeholders are involved.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some clients may need different levels of access or reporting. Setting that up is not feasible, and all customers gets a standard access based on their data visibility.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reduce confusion between client requests and internal execution. Managers can track the full journey of a facility issue from reporting to closure.

  ### 24. Handles Different Facility Assets In One System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

As an MEP engineer, I like that Zapium can handle different asset types under one process. It is useful when the same site has HVAC, electrical, fire, and utility-related maintenance tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Because the system supports many asset types, some configuration needs to be done carefully. A simplified asset-type view for engineers would help.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps manage mixed facility assets without separate trackers. The benefit is that each work order remains linked to the right customer location and equipment.

  ### 25. Faster Response For Customer Site's Assets Breakdowns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

When a breakdown is assigned, Zapium gives me the issue description, site contact, and priority in one place. That helps me respond faster without waiting for additional instructions.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

If the initial complaint is entered with limited details, the engineer still has to call for clarification. Better mandatory fields during request creation would help.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium improves breakdown response because the job reaches the assigned engineer quickly and every status update is visible. It reduces uncertainty during urgent service calls.

  ### 26. Asset PPM and Corrective Maintenance Records - No Longer Outside Our Compliance Audit Scope

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Compressed air systems, industrial chillers, and boiler assets at manufacturing client sites have specific maintenance and inspection compliance requirements that are routinely overlooked in traditional audits. Zapium's configurable inspection templates allowed us to build appropriate compliance frameworks for these utility asset classes and include them in our audit scope for the first time.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Pre-built templates for utility assets - compressed air systems, steam boilers, industrial chillers - would speed onboarding. We configure these from scratch for every new manufacturing client, which adds setup time.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utility asset compliance at manufacturing client sites was consistently outside our audit scope because there was no practical way to manage inspection documentation for these asset classes alongside other equipment. Zapium's unified platform removed this barrier - utility assets are now part of our standard compliance audit scope.

  ### 27. More Client Sites, Same Team Size - Zapium Made That Equation Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Managing compliance audit coverage across multiple client sites at the same time was logistically difficult before Zapium. With Zapium deployed at all client sites, our audit team monitors compliance status, reviews inspection findings, and tracks PM completion rates across all sites from one platform - concurrent multi-site coverage is now practical.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Client site level contacts can be added in the system, however, client's contact access is not available. Having it available will save a lot of our time where we are sharing the compliance or audit reports.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing adequate compliance audit coverage across a growing portfolio of client sites was becoming operationally unsustainable with our previous approach - each site required separate engagement and evidence management. Zapium's unified platform allowed us to scale coverage across more sites with the same team headcount.

  ### 28. Assets Specific Checklists Help Maintain Service Consistency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

I like the checklist-based approach because it guides me through preventive maintenance steps. It helps ensure the same inspection process is followed across different customer locations.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Some checklist questions may not apply to every asset condition even for the same category assets. A better not-applicable flow with comments would make the experience smoother.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps standardize preventive maintenance work. It benefits our team because supervisors can review completed checklist points instead of relying only on verbal confirmation.

  ### 29. Periodic Backward-Looking Reviews Became Continuous Forward-Looking Oversight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Deploying Zapium at client sites changed how we conduct asset audits. We moved from periodic backward-looking reviews to continuous forward-looking monitoring. The platform serving both client maintenance operations and our audit oversight at the same time is what made this possible.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

White-labelling for client-facing reports would strengthen our advisory positioning - right now we branding appears based on our firm's name as outputs, whereas, we want to have customer's logo/branding availablle on the final report, so, they could utilize it in where needed.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our asset audit methodology was periodic and retrospective - we reviewed what had happened since our last visit and issued findings that were already historical. Zapium's continuous monitoring capability transformed this into a live oversight model where we identify and address emerging issues before they become audit findings.

  ### 30. Pending Actions Are Easier To Capture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

When I find an issue that cannot be closed immediately, Zapium lets me record the pending action clearly. This helps the next engineer or supervisor understand what is needed.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Instead of individual email and push notifications, a dedicated follow-up reminder accumulating all activities in one go would make the process stronger.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium reduces the chance that pending observations are forgotten after a site visit. The team can see what requires further approval, material, or next attendance.

  ### 31. Helpful For Employee Coordination And Internal Process Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

From an HR perspective, Zapium is useful because it gives better visibility into employee records, shift and skill management, document and certificate management, assigned responsibilities, attendance-related coordination, and internal operational activities and associated time tracking. It helps HR work more closely with admin, account managers, and field teams when employee availability or task ownership needs to be checked.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

HR-specific analytics can be improved further, especially around department-wise activity, and summarized reports for management review.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium is solving the problem of scattered employee and activity information across different teams. It helps HR coordinate better with operations, understand team availability, and maintain easy attednance and work activity hours tracking, which improves accountability and internal follow-up.

  ### 32. Fire Safety Rounds Are Better Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps organize fire safety rounds by giving assigned tasks and inspection points in digital format. It is much easier than managing multiple paper sheets at different sites.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

For large sites, progress by area or floor would be helpful. It would show what has already been checked and what is still pending.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps track fire safety inspection work with clearer evidence. This supports internal review and gives the service team a more reliable record.

  ### 33. We Productized Maintenance Compliance Into A Managed Service via Zapium

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

We now offer maintenance compliance management as a standalone managed service to clients, delivered entirely through Zapium. We deploy Zapium at the client site, configure compliance inspection schedules, monitor compliance continuously, and produce monthly compliance performance reports - all without requiring client maintenance teams to understand the compliance dimension of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

White-label reporting would strengthen the managed service commercially - client compliance reports go out under our firm's brand but currently carry Zapium's formatting, which requires manual customization.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering maintenance compliance as a managed service was not commercially viable before Zapium because the delivery model was too labour-intensive to price competitively. Zapium's automation and monitoring capabilities made the service efficient enough to offer at a price point clients find attractive - a new revenue stream for our practice.

  ### 34. Customer Sign-Off Becomes More Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps keep closure information and customer confirmation connected to the job. It gives the service team a better way to show that work was completed at the site.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Customer sign-off steps should be very quick because engineers may need to leave for the next job. A shorter completion confirmation screen would help.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform reduces confusion after completing work. When the customer confirms the job, the closure record becomes clearer for everyone involved.

  ### 35. Revisits Are Easier To Understand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

When I attend a revisit, Zapium helps me see what was done earlier and why the job is still open. This context is useful before speaking with the customer contact.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Revisit jobs could have a clearer tag on the mobile list. It would help engineers quickly identify follow-up work.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform solves the problem of lost context between first visit and revisit. It saves time and helps the engineer continue from the previous update.

  ### 36. PM Adherence Is Now Our Primary Maintenance Control Test, And It Covers 100% Of Schedules

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

PM schedule adherence - the percentage of scheduled preventive maintenance completed on time - is now the primary audit test we apply to client maintenance control programmes. Zapium makes this metric continuously available rather than requiring us to reconstruct it from paper records. Our maintenance control audit procedures are now quantitative rather than qualitative.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Per-asset-class PM adherence thresholds aren't configurable - a single threshold applies across all asset types, which doesn't reflect the reality that critical assets need tighter compliance targets than non-critical ones.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing maintenance control effectiveness previously relied on qualitative assessment and selective sample testing. Zapium's PM adherence data - covering 100% of scheduled maintenance rather than a sample - transformed this into a quantitative audit test. Our maintenance control opinions are now far more defensible.

  ### 37. Structured Records For Compliance Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

For compliance-oriented site rounds, Zapium helps me follow defined inspection points and capture observations on the spot. It keeps the inspection record tied to the correct customer site.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

For complex inspections, I would like section-wise progress tracking inside the form. It would help engineers know exactly what is still pending.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps remove gaps in inspection documentation. The benefit is that completed inspection details can be reviewed later without depending on paper checklists.

  ### 38. Scheduled Maintenance Closure Is Cleaner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium gives a clear process for closing scheduled maintenance jobs. I can complete the checklist, add notes, and update the job without waiting to return to the office.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

The completion flow could show required fields more clearly in the table view. It would reduce rework if something is missed.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps make scheduled maintenance closure more accurate. Supervisors can review completed work faster because all details are already entered by the engineer.

  ### 39. My Assigned Workload Is Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium gives me a clear view of my assigned workload. I can see which jobs are open, which are in progress, and which need closure updates.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

The mobile list could have more quick filters, such as urgent jobs, today’s jobs, and pending closure. That would make daily use faster.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of unclear ownership. Engineers know exactly which jobs belong to them, and supervisors can see progress without manual checking.

  ### 40. Equipment Tag Confirmation Improves Accuracy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

I like that Zapium encourages the engineer to work against the correct asset record. When equipment tags are properly maintained, it improves accuracy during service updates.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

If tags are missing at the physical site, engineers may need extra time to confirm the asset. Better tag discipline at customer sites is still required.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps maintain accurate equipment history. This is useful when multiple similar assets are installed in the same building.

  ### 41. Our Teams Capture Evidence At The Asset, Not Back At The Desk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Our audit teams spend significant time at client sites conducting compliance inspections. Zapium's mobile app allows them to capture inspection evidence, link it to assets, record findings, and submit for review all from the field without returning to the office to process paper records.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

The mobile app underperforms on older Android handsets - some client maintenance teams use budget devices and data syncing slows down noticeably, which creates field frustration.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field inspection productivity was limited by the need to process paper records back at the office. Our auditors were spending as much time on paperwork as on the inspections themselves. Zapium's mobile app moved all documentation to the point of inspection - processing time dropped and evidence quality improved because details were captured on the spot.

  ### 42. We Now Tell Clients When To Replace Equipment Based On Data, Not On Gut Feel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium's asset condition scores, maintenance cost histories, and failure frequency data give our advisory team the operational evidence needed to make credible capital expenditure recommendations. When we recommend replacing an asset rather than continuing to maintain it, we back the recommendation with Zapium data - clients accept data-backed recommendations far more readily.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

A connection to capital planning tools would be useful - feeding Zapium asset condition and cost data into client CapEx models currently requires manual data transfer that breaks the advisory workflow.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capital expenditure advisory recommendations were based on age and depreciation schedules rather than actual asset condition and maintenance economics. Zapium's operational data gives us a far more reliable basis for CapEx recommendations - clients are making better capital allocation decisions as a result.

  ### 43. The Reactive-To-Preventive Ratio Is Now A Number, Not An Estimate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Before Zapium, clients could not tell us their ratio of reactive to preventive maintenance with any reliability. Zapium's work order categorisation makes this instantly reportable. We use this data in our compliance audits to benchmark client maintenance posture and identify sites where reactive maintenance risk is highest.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Automatic classification of work orders as reactive or preventive based on how they were raised would reduce tagging errors - currently it relies on client maintenance teams to categorise correctly.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client maintenance was mostly unplanned and expensive, but clients had no numbers to show for it. Zapium's work order data gave them - and us - hard figures on unplanned maintenance incidence, cost, and asset impact. That data now drives our advisory recommendations and our compliance risk assessments.

  ### 44. HVAC Compliance Findings Dropped To Zero After We Put Zapium In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

HVAC systems at our manufacturing clients are subject to strict regulatory maintenance requirements. Zapium's PM scheduling ensures clients never miss a service interval while our compliance team uses the same platform to run periodic inspections and verify that maintenance records match actual work completed.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

An integration with Sage 50 or Sage Intacct would help clients that use Sage for their accounts - right now HVAC maintenance costs have to be posted manually to their ledger.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HVAC compliance failures were a recurring audit finding at two manufacturing clients. Their maintenance logs were paper-based and incomplete. Deploying Zapium gave their technicians a structured PM schedule for every HVAC unit while giving us digital inspection records tied to each asset - findings dropped to zero within two quarters.

  ### 45. We Have Governance Visibility Into Client Asset Ops We Simply Didn't Have Before

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Deploying Zapium at client sites gave us a live governance view of client maintenance operations from an auditor's perspective - something we simply did not have before. Role-based access means client technicians see only their work queues while our audit team sees the full compliance picture across every asset at every site.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Pre-built audit frameworks for Indian regulatory standards - Companies Act schedules, environmental compliance - would cut onboarding configuration for new mandates. We set these up from scratch each time.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client asset operations had no external governance layer before Zapium. Maintenance was managed internally with no structured mechanism for external compliance audit oversight. Zapium created that layer - clients manage their HVAC and equipment maintenance through the platform and we audit that operational data.

  ### 46. Client Visit Records Are Easier To Maintain

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium helps me maintain a proper record of each client visit. I can add what was inspected, what was repaired, and whether any pending issue remains.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

The system works best when engineers update it immediately. If updates are delayed, the benefit reduces, so team discipline is important.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of incomplete service visit records. The benefit is that the office can answer client questions using actual job history.

  ### 47. Asset Mapping Helps Avoid Wrong Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

The asset mapping in Zapium helps me update the correct equipment record after service. This is important at customer sites where similar assets are installed in several areas.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Asset names must be maintained properly. If customer data is not clean, engineers can still spend time confirming the right asset.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps reduce wrong or incomplete asset updates. The benefit is better maintenance history and more reliable records for future visits.

  ### 48. Defect Notes From Fire System Visits Are Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

When I find a defect during a fire system visit, Zapium gives me a place to record it with remarks and photos. It keeps the issue visible after the visit is over.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Defect categorization could be more detailed for fire systems. It would make follow-up and reporting even stronger.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapium helps ensure that defects found during service are not missed. This supports better follow-up by supervisors and the customer-facing team.

  ### 49. Mixed MEP Complaints Are Easier To Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

Zapium is useful when a complaint involves multiple MEP areas. The work order allows me to record findings and indicate if another specialist is needed.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

Cross-skill handover could be smoother. When a job moves from one engineer to another, the handover note should be highlighted.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps manage mixed facility complaints with a clearer trail. It benefits the team because the next person can see what was already checked.

  ### 50. Floor-Wise Jobs Are Clearer At Large Buildings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zapium?**

For large buildings, Zapium helps me see the correct floor or area for the job when the location data is maintained well. This saves time during site movement.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

More visual location guidance inside large campuses or towers would be helpful. Some sites are difficult for new technicians to navigate.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps reduce wasted time looking for the exact service point. It improves job completion speed at large facility sites.
