## About FRONTU
Frontu is a field service management software provider focusing on frontline field service workers. Use Frontu as an ERP add-on or standalone. Track technicians’ working hours, manage spare parts, fill in checklists, take photos and collect signatures. Make work order digital. We started our product to help field service companies tackle the problems caused by traditional operation management methods. Many modern organizations still heavily rely on pen and paper, increasing their risk of mistakes and errors. As we dug deeper, we found out that the issue was much more significant. Unmotivated technicians, lost documents, decisions not based on data, long invoicing circle, and miscommunication between sales and service departments. It became clear that the change had to start with frontline employees. After all, they are the ones working with customers and solving their issues, meaning that the product had to be designed for their needs first. That inspired us to transform our brand and become Frontu – a technician-first FSM software solution. **What do you like best about FRONTU?**

The best thing about Frontu is that it covers needs. Simple to use and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

There is not enough variety in templates. We would like to be able to create tables, charts, etc. Nevertheless, the team is responsive to the client's needs and is always improving the software, so we believe there will be more possibilities in the future.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become easy for us to plan our work and allocate tasks. Frontu gives us quick access to information about the tasks have completed. Also, now we can keep all information in one place.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

Frontu digitized the whole process from the task creation to the work acceptance acts - it helped to see and track all of our actions with field teams as well to save time waste.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

It's hard to find such things cause it's a really great product.

**Recommendations to others considering FRONTU:**

Look at your processes as to blank pieces of paper - then try Frontu, and only then improve the existing process with the Frontu.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Clear map of all tasks statuses - saved time on reporting and CX - all of our customers know what and when will be done. 
2. Eliminated delayed tasks - we were always fighting with the queue of due works, now we are meeting customer expectations with 5X times fewer delays than earlier. 
3. Periodical tasks management - Frontu helped us to automate the periodical task for maintenance, now we are not missing anything that was planned at the begging of the agreement with our customers.  
4. Implemented the upsale process for the FSM teams - photos and surveys allowed us to be proactive by offering preventive maintenance. What we see is that the customer service may help to grow our company revenue as well.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

This is the principle that we follow when delegating and performing requests of
our clients. First of all, we find it very convenient that our technicians receive task
assignments in real-time, with attached descriptions that are detailed as well as
formed in a precise and clear manner. After having performed the task or having
detected the fault, they not only describe the work that has been done in writing
but also attach photos, which helps us avoid any misunderstandings when we
communicate with clients. Second, using this solution we track our efficiency as it
enables us to calculate how many hours our workers spend at clients' premises.
This gives us an opportunity not only to evaluate the costs of our services but
also to motivate the best employees.
In addition to that, we no longer need to deal with paper acts - instead, we use
e-documents, which we can review and forward to our client in a simplified
manner.
We can see all tasks in one place, filter, analyze them, and plan which engineer
was / is / will be busy and how busy in the future.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Actually, there are no cons. It's moving forward and delivering additional value
each year

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced paperwork and overall time completing paper acts.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

The best thing about Frontu was the ease of use. The product is seamless and intuitive and it doesn’t take an expert to learn how to use it and explore its full potential.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Not knowing about it sooner. I think it would helped me a lot before.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we are addressing is communication. Giving access and visibility to managers, workers and customers and ensuring everyone is looking at the same information.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

Frontu helps a lot with the process automatization in our company, allowing us to save many working hours. With FRONTU, we avoid unnecessary administrative work, eliminate the most common backlogs, and can focus on our customers and service quality. The tool also gives us the flexibility to use multiple additional integrations and add-ons on one system.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

At first, it was challenging to introduce this new technology to our technicians. They were used to certain working dynamics and traditional methods like pen and paper, resulting in some resistance. But the system allowed them to work faster and earn more benefits due to improved performance.

**Recommendations to others considering FRONTU:**

FRONTU is one of the best tools for FSM - easy setup, easy to use, gives a lot of information to analyze processes in use.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the first six months of using FRONTU, we saved around 20 thousand euros. Just because we spent less time dealing with roadblocks and unnecessary administrative tasks like billing and trying to get a hold of each client. Task assignment got faster because the system automatically dedicates a task based on the workers’ availability and history working with each client.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

FRONTU helped us to systemize the processes that we used to do manually mainly. Now, the communication and the process efficiency have increased, allowing us to complete more work. We position ourselves as a smart agriculture company; therefore, FSM software is necessary.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

At first, we didn’t see much of a change because we tried with a few licenses. After onboarding more employees, we noticed the difference in working pace and process optimization.

**Recommendations to others considering FRONTU:**

It's helpful for doing business. always when using programs to want more and better, but at the moment for our Agriculture business enough.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FRONTU to plan, assign, and execute tasks, as well as communicate with the team and clients. It improved our communication, facilitated task execution, and saved us additional costs on human resources as we are able to do most of our information exchange digitally.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

We like offline mode availability, user-friendliness, easy onboarding, possibilitie of integration with analytical and other tools. Frontu helped us increase field service performance and decrease invoice lead times.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

As we started working with FRONTU from the start of their business, we had to go
through trial and error together. The main problem now is keeping on track with all existing and newly developed features.

**Recommendations to others considering FRONTU:**

I’m very likely to recommend FRONTU to any field service business that wants to simplify, integrate, analyse their operations. It's a great tool to improve the performance.

FRONTU is one of our leading digital field service tools. Integration with analytical tools helps us maintain equipment more effectively, precisely identify improvement possibilities, etc. 
Since we started using it, our service grew four times, productivity increased by 30%, invoice lead time decreased ten times.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

I like how easy it is to use. It’s simple and intuitive enough that you can use it to its
full potential without much instruction or guidance. No matter how good a tool or
a software is, if it’s too elaborate to use, businesses will move away from it.
Frontu’s simplicity is a winner.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Making the transition to Frontu was a process. When a company is used to
working a certain way, getting an entire department to adjust to new ways can be
challenging.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most obvious and instant benefits we experienced were better, automated
scheduling, less errors and happier customers. A lot happens in real-time in our
line of business and Frontu gave us the opportunity to be in constant and direct
contact with our front line workers.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

We like the many areas Frontu has helped us improve at. We do things faster, we communicate better and we cut back on costs. This is a solution that impacts operations and workﬂow, end–to-end.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

It would be great if this was available on iOS as well. Other than that I don’t see a downside in using Frontu.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a lot of problems with Frontu but the ability to create custom status tags to sort and ﬁlter projects and notify others about progress is key. It brings clarity to our entire workﬂow. Regarding tasks, the fact that we can save and reuse templates saves us time and automates a large part of the admin work needed.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

The main thing I love about Frontu is the power it provides to our frontline
employees. It also integrates with some of the best technology tools for delivering
quick wins, e.g. Power BI. Leveraging data to help our technicians become more
eǫcient and proactive. Frontu also collects and distributes crucial business
information, from end-to-end processes, across the organization. This allows us to
identify and address gaps and remove administrative barriers, improving
eǫciency across the board.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Can’t think of any. There are no added comments for this section.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From time to time documents were lost during work processes. Now we have everything in one place digitally.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

We love how scheduling and GPS tracking work. They act like a tandem.
Knowing where your team is and is headed at all times ensures that deadlines are
met and tasks are completed as they should.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

I wish we found this product earlier. It would have saved us tons of effort, phone calls and money.

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontu is helping us to solve communication problems between the head office and
the technicians as they always are moving, going from one job site to the next one.
It’s comforting to know that logging in to Frontu will give you all the answers you
need about tasks, appointments, feedback and data. Everything in one place.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

We like how comprehensive the solution is. You might get attracted to Frontu to
solve a very specific problem but what you will soon realise is that it can elevate
and improve your operations in so many ways.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Everything is enough for my needs, because I don't use all the possibilities at all (not needed yet).

**What problems is FRONTU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We successfully and transparently track working hours, and customers like the comments section and attached images. We can optimally indicate the time spent at work, because we have a step of 5 minutes. Of course, also add used materials from the parts list!

The offline mode feature is very cool. It is easy to use.

It took some time to learn how to use this programme.

In some cases, customers disagreed with us as there was insufficient evidence that
a specific job was done. Now it’s sorted with photos of Frontu's functionality and
signatures on the act of acceptance.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

One of the best things about Frontu is that it plays well with other solutions and
tools. From Zapier and Google Sheets, to Power BI and Jira, Frontu does not
obstruct our workflow, but rather enhances it.

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

I can’t really think of anything we dislike about Frontu. The only thing is we wish
we had stumbled upon it earlier.

The digital and remote signing options have fast-tracked the completion of tasks
and the issuing and collecting of invoices. What’s more, the QR/NFC tag scanning
option allows us to scan a vending machine and see all the job details appear on
our screen.

**What do you like best about FRONTU?**

The paperless document workflow is simple and we’re already on our way to
automation, because, why not? When we manage a lot of complex paper-based
workflows it becomes challenging to maintain, which is where Frontu’s system
helped to smooth out the process

**What do you dislike about FRONTU?**

Solution adoption internally in the first days of using it. After that period of time
our team just adores it.

Time to consolidate the cash flow. Now we’re able to send invoices instantly and
get the revenue in the bank much quicker (from 4 weeks it reduced to a couple
days!!!).

We like that FRONTU helped us transfer most of our operations to a digital environment. Now, we have customer information, task details, routes, and other data on one system. This way, we can plan and organize our work better

I think the main problem is that the technician app isn’t compatible with iOS devices, but other than that, it works fine

We are mainly solving organizational problems. Our company has many security guards responsible for public and private property, events, and so on, so we need to be on top of all operations. With FRONTU, we are able to track and manage technical jobs, plan tasks and allocate them immediately. It also improved our customer service as we can
