**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

Tegral is very user friendly, supporting all my needs without having to use other software. It provides superior cusomer support which includes multiple online video tutorials. As an administrator I like the customisability of Tegral, it can adapt to suit our business needs. Tegral has helped us grow our asset management with our customers creating another level of customer service for our business.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

Nothing at this stage, any issues encounted were quickly resolved.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tegral has Real-Time reporting which is saving our business countless hours of administration time.

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

This app has been a an asset to our workflow. It's easy to use and highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. Since we started using it, productivity has increased significantly. The development team consistently updates the app with improvements, making it even more efficient and user-friendly for both technicians and coordinators.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

Cannot fault this app at all; it's reliable and meets all our needs.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently developing an integration between the app and our ERP system to minimize manual data entry.

The Tegral Med app is easy to use ,and the techinal support is great . The app is also compatible to use with other systems

I dont have anything i dislike about the app.

The app is easy to use and the work orders are easy  to create . Being able to create several task for one work order was nice !

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

This app is quite adaptive and very user friendly. The Tegral support staff are very good what they do and always contactable for any issues or questions that we may have.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

Nothing Major sometime changes can take a bit of time to be brough across but this always solved with a quick phone discussion to ensure both parties understand what is required and how it needs to be implemented.

Having servicing reports with a click off a button

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

The app is easy to use, helps me keep track of all my tasks, and allows me to communicate with the team quickly. It saves my time and keeps everything organized, which is a big help in my daily work.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

There’s really nothing negative to say about it. It’s a fantastic tool!

TEGRAL helps me track my jobs, improve communication and organize tasks. It makes my workday more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

The app is very simplified and user friendly for our engineers and office users. I believe there is more for us to experience which we are yet to implement as we progress. Tegral is a great tool and i am looking forward to see what more we can achieve with this app!

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

I would like to be able to create reports from a laptop, phone only at the moment (iPhone).

Reporting, images from daily work. OTTO reporting.

However, I understand you may be referring to the ability to file technician checklists on a laptop as well as a phone/tablet. **What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

As a user of a few different Field Service softwares, Tegral was the most universal and detailed available on the market. Tegral provided many options not only as a user but for other departments to view critical pieces of information that made data and reports much easier.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

I did not have any dislikes about Tegral, if there were any they were resolved by customer support quickly.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tegral indicated the last time customer visits were completed and what took place during those events.

It's incredibly user-friendly, simple to navigate, and truly built for real-life fieldwork. It feels like it was made with technicians in mind, making my job so much easier and more efficient.

Honestly, it's hard to find anything to dislike about TEGRAL. It meets all my needs as a technician and continues to improve with each update.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TEGRAL solves the problem of disorganized job information and time-consuming data entry. It gives me easy access to job history, makes checklists simple and quick to complete, and keeps customer information well-organized. This streamlines my workflow, saves time, and boosts my efficiency, allowing me to focus more on the actual work and less on administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

Features. Form & Functionality. This app is customizable to suit your needs. You can create your own forms or use one of their standard templates. User friendly across the board from field techs to planning teams to administrators. The reports generated are great for management reporting. I highly recommend this application.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

It does not integrate as easily into SAP or other ERP systems.

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

Tegral is an outstanding developer, providing perfect customer service and support. The app excels in delivering KPIs, making it easy to access information through user-requested reports. It's ideal for maintenance and undoubtedly beneficial for any other area of industry.

They only develop for IOs, I think it would be great if it could be also use in Android.

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

The solutions that are able to provide supported by learning videos. Can they develope a workflow to meet "my" individual business needs! Yes they can and did! Exceeded our expectations at every need and "delivered"

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

TEGRAL is just the best. Nothing to not like about the attention to detail.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track assets, manage more flows and labour including follow up work and increased revenue.Our previous system lacked and we had no transparency. We even employed a contractor to extrapolate reports. TEGRAL had all this built in with "real time" reporting to both us as a business and the customer.

Tegral is local to us in Perth Western Australia and has an efficent support team to resolve issues in a timely manner

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

No complaints at this stage.
Intergrating a customer service/maintenance reminder is something we will be working on shortly.

Tegral has been able to speed up our reporting processes and make our onsite services more efficient.

Ali and the team have been great from the beginning of our relationship. Our platform has been adjusted seemlesly when we have had to make changes and we have a great working relationship!

Not having a functional spare parts function/stock handling for service engineers

Improved quality of service reports, identifying assets that require overhaul and being able to report these within our business

**What do you like best about TEGRAL?**

This product is very easy to use. The reporting has a lot of detail.

**What do you dislike about TEGRAL?**

The limitations are mostly a result of the data provided. There isn't much the product can do to fix bad input.

**What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tegral allows our service technicians to manage their updates in the field. Our business side can track progress and report trends. It's beneficial to the overall management of our assets.

Tegral's ease of use, flexibility, and real-time job tracking are most helpful. Upsides include significant time and cost savings, improved service reports, efficient spare parts and asset management, and outstanding customer support.

There are very few if anydownsides to using Tegral.
