  ### 1. Simplified my day to day, and saved a lot of time

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

The biggest win for me is having everything in one place. Before this, our job info was scattered across texts, notes, photos, and a couple of spreadsheets. With MotionOps, the crew finally sees the same details I see - job notes, pictures, schedules, all of it. It cuts down on the “what’s the address again?” calls during the day. The mobile app is simple enough that even the guys who hate using anything tech-related can actually use it.

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it did take us some time to let go of our old habits. For me, not relying on at least five spreadsheets was a completely new experience. However, after spending just 15 minutes with it, I quickly got the hang of things. Honestly, the transition has been much smoother than I expected.

**What problems is MotionOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and communication were our biggest headaches. Jobs would change last minute, and half the crew wouldn’t get the update. We also had issues with lost job notes and delayed invoicing because we had to chase down details after the fact.

Now everything is logged right away - hours, notes, photos - and I can invoice faster because I’m not guessing what actually happened on the job. The team shows up better prepared and we waste less time driving back to grab something we forgot. MotionOps just makes the day run tighter and saves me a ton of back and forth.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

The software is easy to use! We use this for my husbands handyman business and it keeps everything he needs in one place; invoices, payroll, payment processing, you name it. It has made it so much easier for us to build his business, hire more employees, and keep track of everything. Put us ahead a year or two for sure!

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

Haven't found anything so far that we dislike, it is a software though so some might find it hard if they are very tech savvy.

**What problems is MotionOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us stay organized and keep up on payroll. We are able to hire more employees and keep track of them. Before we were just pen and paper it was horrible. Also the payment processing is so nice! It allows you to do everything from one place so you can get jobs going right away.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

I love how easy the software is to use. The scheduling is amazing with an ability to manage skills and grades. I also love the digital paperwork being built into the solution itself.

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

I have not found anything yet that I don't like about it.

MotionOps is a one stop shop for us to manage our customers and employees. We do HR management there. We also do our scheduling, proposals, invoices, and project management as well.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

I don’t need to use any other software to manage my remodeling company and field workers. I get a clear overview of all operations right from my office, and my workers love the mobile app – it's super simple and works seamlessly. Great customer support too!

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

The only thing missing is more integrations, but the guys from MotionOps told me it's all coming in the next 3 months.

**What problems is MotionOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time field management, digital paperwork, scheduling for 20 employees is super easy to handle. I don't waste my time using 5 different tools now.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

I’ve never seen customer support so quick and caring! Whenever I had a question, I received a reply almost instantly. Kudos to MotionOps for that! I run a 10-person commercial cleaning company, and it’s been incredibly easy to manage all processes – from scheduling to job completion – all from one platform. My team loves the mobile app, onboarding was a breeze for them. 10/10!

It's all good for now, I have nothing much to add.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

The team at MotionOps is amazing! The best part is, they actually listen to my feedback and make improvements based on it. I use MotionOps for my landscaping business, it’s incredibly easy to use, has all the digital paperwork I need, and the payment processing feature has been a game-changer since day one. Loving it so far!

As of now, I can’t think of anything specific that I dislike about MotionOps.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

How easy it is to use. I also love the scheduling system, it really helped when we hired more workers. As for the customer support, the account manager was really helpfull with the setup.

I would like to be able to pay through the app, but I was informed that this feature is going to be availabe soon.

**What problems is MotionOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MotionOps resolved our issue of scheduling multiple workers. The scaling process was incredibly simple, and the technicians in the field began using the app immediately. It significantly eased the task of monitoring the field technicians. Another aspect I appreciate is that I no longer rely on sheets and random notes in notebooks, as I can input everything into the platform.

What really helps our business is that MotionOps has a really cool and easy scheduling system. We can organize our team in the various ways, and it's just what we need. It’s really nice having all the info on the employees in one place and not all around. It was pretty easy to get used to. Overall, we’re super happy how it works for us so far.

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

Mobile app could probably be a little faster, I don’t like that you have to wait for the pictures to load, but my techs aren’t seeing it as an issue.

I love the scheduling. We have people in multiple states, so having service areas to manage them is great. I also love that we can keep track of our team's skills and grades.

Nothing. Everything has been great so far. Even their customer service is fantastic.

MotionOps helps us streamline our field operations. We had some logitstial issues with scaling that MotionOps is solving for us. It also has helped us get rid of different apps and software because it does it all under one platform.

What struck me as remarkable about MotionOps was the seamless account setup process and the effortless management of my daily tasks. Generating proposals is a breeze, and the streamlined payment system simplifies collecting payments for me.

Minor inconsistencies in the user interface design, but nothing critical.

This app's document management feature has revolutionized my construction projects. With all documents centralized, accessing drawings, permits, and contracts is a breeze. **What do you like best about MotionOps?**

I love that I can see projects from my phone and see what's happening to multiple jobs at the same time. I also love that we can grab digital signatures. Keeping track of our employees agreements, skills, and insurances if they are subs is amazing.

There is nothink that I dislike. I can't come up with anything.

**What problems is MotionOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MotionOps is helping us scale more smoothly and faster than ever. It streamlines our customer interaction with proposals, scheduling, and work order management. We love that we can get photos sent to the back office in real time and grab customer signatures while we are out on the job for work approval and invoicing.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

MotionOps is one of the best tools we've tried. It provides us with immensely important foundation for our operations management.
Can't wait for all of the new features coming, with its scalabilty I can see them becoming a leader in the market.

**What do you dislike about MotionOps?**

Some changes could be done to the UI, including invoicing as well.
But I am confidentthat they will continue to evolve and meet the needs of their customers with every new version.

Operations management, especially for scheduling and transparency managing a team with 10+ employees.

**What do you like best about MotionOps?**

MotionOps is easy to use. Allows easy tracking and organizing of schedules and proposals. Easy to learn and inttegrate into your company. Great customer support. It is something that I use daily and would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM.

no invoicing available on app. However I heard it is coming in the future

Helps with invoicing as well as individual managment for schedules and proposals.

It is simple to use, the interface works smoothly and easily. I can train my team to use it with little effort and it makes tracking KPI's easy and transparent.

Like all software, it does take some learning to use effectively. Luckily it's very intuitive.

They listen and truly understand what my company needs to grow! They are friendly and genuinely care about what we need to have a successfu company. So happy we found them!

Honestly, there hasn't been anything! They take feedback, I can always get in touch with someone. It has been great!

Our old system we used held us back. We could not grow because of the scheduling issues. Motionops has solved that problem! They also took the time to find out our priorities and make sure they have answers.
