Recently we had a particular problem that would have affected such a small client base (if not only us!). The team at Route4Me stayed diligent, providing consistent updates and eventually resolved the issue. **What do you dislike about Route4Me?** When inputting address .csv files to begin routing, we need to manually search through every address to ensure that the correct address is going into Route4Me. Any addresses that lost their unit number (as an example) during import, has to be entered manually on our run sheets. This may currently be being resolved as there wasn't many addresses to update this week **What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking over 1500 addresses each week and creating efficient routes for the logistics team. I often use it to organize requests. As I receive a request I insert the address on route for me and I am able to most effectively drive around the city. **What do you dislike about Route4Me?** There was a new update that caused you to have to open a separate window in order to view a route. There was a few times were I had over 500/1000 stops and I wasn't able to create a single map. I instead had to created multiple maps and take screenshots and stich them together using a third party. **What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving an organization problem for me withen my company. And it also helps me keep my emails down. I am the commercial sales for a tree company and will get requests to look at trees throughout the week. My territory is Columbus and it's surrounding area so driving efficiently means less gass and less miles driven. Less than a half-percent location error rate in some cases. Other software had misrouted stops in the 5% - 10% range. Tracking is accurate and detailed. UI is easy to learn and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Route4Me?** Several buttons to push when a driver arrives at a location. We cannot mass upload notes/status changes to accounts (which makes isolating collections accounts difficult). If I have 300 stops in my address book that need to be skipped/not serviced, then I have to hand-enter the information. **What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using paper maps, and there was a steep learning curve when onboarding a new team member. With R4M, a new driver is 90% comfortable with the software within one day and proficient within one week. Also, new drivers on day one still have a 100% completion rate, meaning all the stops were serviced. With paper maps, at least 5%-10% were missed by a new driver on the first day. ### 38. The routing algorithm is phenomenal and allows for great flexibility in solving for numerous parameters. I have tested a wide collection of offerings from other providers, and Route4Me was the clear winner. Additionally, the added flexibility in terms of optional modules is welcome, as well as the customisability of the system. We also extensively use their API gateway to great success, it is stable, efficient and comes with easy to understand documentation! Last but certainly not least, their support team is second to none. Period. In my years of managing relationships with software providers, I have never experienced the level of support that Route4Me provides - I cannot stress this enough. They will respond immediately to support requests, and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, the team works tirelessly to solve the problem almost immediately. Currently, there isn't a quick way to calculate/enter their overnight breaks to show whether they're on time or not in the admin dashboard. **What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?** We would have to plan all our technician's routes from plots on a map.
