What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like most about Rippling is the customer service and the platform itself. It's a close tie. The platform is very easy to use, and the icons are great, making it pretty self-explanatory. I was able to teach myself a lot of it. On top of this, the customer service has been amazing. I love that there is a question mark that lets you ask a chatbot at any time, day or night, and you get an automatic answer. It even leads you to video links on how to do something. If that doesn't work, it also gives me the option to talk to a live person through a Zoom call. The customer service aspect is outstanding, especially my benefits adviser or account manager and my Rippling account manager, who have been phenomenal in responding and answering any of my questions very timely. What do you dislike about Rippling?

I would say that it took me a few tries to enter my time off policy the way that I wanted. It was pretty self explanatory, though, with all of the questions but I had to create more than one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest issue I have found with Paycom is the Time Clock application. While trying to run a Time Clock kiosk on an iPad, it can be difficult to setup based on how Paycom requires a link to authenticate, then the active link changes. With Paycom being a single solution that covers everything from the Candidate Search to the Employee leaving, Paycom helps solve many issues. One thing that has really helped us is that Paycom is an easy and quick way for students to manage their working hours. What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

This is a platform to avoid at all costs.

When it comes to withdrawals to local bank accounts, Deel relies on third-party providers that constantly block transfers due to vague "additional checks." On top of that, Deel repeatedly asks for documents such as IDs, invoices, and work contracts—even though Deel itself generates and stores those invoices, and my work contract is already available on their platform. As for my ID, I'm not changing my identity every two weeks. If you've already verified my identity, why am I being asked to provide the same documents over and over again every time I want to access my salary? Can't you just forward those documents to payment provider and stop harassing people on every salary payment??

Everything is hidden behind generic references to "compliance," yet nobody can provide a reasonable explanation for why the same documents must be resubmitted repeatedly. I fully understand the need for compliance and verification. What I do not understand is why verified documents already in your possession are not sufficient, and why every withdrawal turns into another round of document requests and payment delays.

The withdrawal process is also highly misleading. Deel advertises local bank transfers as taking 2 days with $0 fees. In reality, funds can be held for far longer while these endless verification requests are processed. Meanwhile, fees are still being charged through their payment providers.

My bank is not the issue. Once the provider finally releases the funds, they arrive in my account the same day. The problem is that the provider repeatedly blocks and delays the release of funds due to the issues described above.

Customer complaints are routinely met with generic, copy-pasted responses that fail to address the actual problem.

What makes this even worse is that these delays directly impact people's personal finances. When your salary is being held up, you're effectively pushed toward using Deel Advance with hefty fees and alternative payout methods that come with additional fees. It feels like the platform creates a problem and then profits from offering the solution.

After dealing with this repeatedly, it is difficult not to question what is actually happening behind the scenes while funds are being held for extended periods with little transparency. Shady business.

I feel that the application lacks a little more information. There are some things that might be on the web platform, but they are not in the application. On the other hand, the payslips arrive a few days after the payment, notifying that the salary is on its way when it actually arrived a few days ago, but it doesn't represent any inconvenience. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. What do you like best about BambooHR?

I like the small touches like the confetti that goes over updates for birthdays and anniversaries. I like how easy it is to book time off, and track you annual leave across the year. If we didn't have Bamboo HR it would take a lot of work for me to track my allowance, I could easily loose track as well. I like that when I submit my feedback for my quarterly performancethat it doesn't show my manager straight away and vice versa. It can be difficult to have honest conversations if we have time to prep / rehearse versus speaking off the cuff and in the moment. It loads quickly. It was easy to get setup on when I first joined which helped my onboarding run smoothly. I have not used any AI or integrations, i'm not sure I would find them useful or they would add to what I already use it for. I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. What do you like best about Central?

I use Central to manage our payroll and benefits, and I really appreciate that it's all set up and I don't have to think about it. This makes it really easy for us. We've been using it from the very beginning when we first set up payroll for our startup company, and it's worked seamlessly the whole time. Central also manages state filings and stuff for us, which is kinda like having an HR team. It's really nice because we have Slack access to them, and it's insanely cheaper than hiring actual HR employees. Having fewer things to think about on that front is super helpful. What do you like best about Asanify AI?

I like the pricing and the features of Asanify AI, which fit well for a startup like ours. The set of features we get at this price point is genuinely useful, especially since we didn’t want to invest too much in an HRMS tool.

Each month, Asanify AI supports our payroll processing by generating payslips, calculating how much needs to be paid to each employee, and automating salary communications to employees. For leave management, it keeps everything organized, shows leave accrual for each employee, and sends notifications. We can even approve leave with a simple response in Slack, which is very convenient because we don’t need to log in to the portal.

For attendance management, it clearly informs us of the days we need to pay for by the end of the month. I also found the initial setup straightforward, since the Asanify AI team handled it for us and helped us get up to speed quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asanify AI?

I think the main aspect that didn’t work well for us was a fixed, non-editable feature in the payroll module. When doing F&F calculations or generating payslips, you sometimes need to add custom items, but some of those fields aren’t editable. As a result, the payslip and payroll setup can feel a bit rigid, which isn’t ideal when you’re working with an HRMS tool and need flexibility.

Also the performance of overall tool is good only for beginers and one's we grow we will move away to more structured HRMS tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Asanify AI for payroll, attendance, leave, and document management, and it helps automate tasks such as payslip generation and leave notifications. I rely on Eddy to streamline our core HR workflows at Pinnacle Tech Solutions, making employee onboarding quick and paperless. I appreciate its time-off and PTO tracking features, which keep our development sprints on schedule. I find it valuable that Eddy centralizes employee records, HR documents, and compliance checks in one intuitive platform, simplifying access and management for our team. What I appreciate most about Eddy is its simplicity and focus on small-to-mid-sized tech teams. Its interface is clean and fast, and it doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features. The time-off and PTO workflow is especially smooth, making employee requests and management approvals efficient. Onboarding new developers is drastically easier with digital paperwork and document signing all in one place. Eddy feels built for people who write code, not just HR professionals. What do you dislike about Eddy?

First, its integration with developer tools like Slack, GitHub, and our project management software is basic and requires manual data entry instead of automatic syncing. Custom reporting is also limited—we can’t easily generate tailored reports for team turnover or PTO patterns tied to sprints. Localization and regional compliance settings aren’t flexible enough for cross-state hiring, and there’s no native support for developer-specific onboarding items like equipment tracking or access provisioning. The mobile experience feels simplified, lacking key desktop features. Additionally, customer support response times can be slow, and advanced automation for recurring HR tasks is missing, forcing us to use manual workarounds that reduce efficiency.
