It makes it so I don’t have to send HR an email for every little thing which is great for both of us. While HROne does a great job overall, one thing I don’t like is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. One minor drawback is that the USD to PHP conversion rate on the platform is slightly lower than the prevailing market rate. However, the difference is not significant.
