What I like most about Xero is how easy it is to keep day-to-day financial records organized in one place. We use it to track invoices, expenses, bank transactions, and financial reports without needing to move between multiple systems.
One feature I particularly value is the bank reconciliation workflow. Matching transactions and keeping records up to date is much faster compared to manual tracking, and it gives better visibility into our financial position at any given time.

Subscription management and updates work exactly as we expected. The UX is really great, and Chargebee’s copilot is especially helpful for day-to-day tasks. I love how BILL AP/AR enables me to easily process and receive electronic payments. It saves a lot of time since I don't have to print and mail checks or go to the bank to deposit checks. The thing that’s stood out the most for us is how much of our quote-to-cash process is now in one place. Our pricing is usage-based and fairly involved, but Sequence handles it without us having to develop a bunch of workarounds. What I like best about Tabs is how much it actually simplifies the messy parts of billing that used to take up way too much time. The UI is clean and intuitive, so I can jump in, generate invoices, or adjust billing terms without hunting around. I especially appreciate how flexible it is—handling things like custom pricing or mid-contract changes doesn’t turn into a manual workaround anymore.
