## Tabs Reviews
 ### 1. Tabs Streamlines Billing with a Clean UI, Flexible Invoicing, and Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Senior Accounting Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

What I like best about Tabs is how much it actually simplifies the messy parts of billing that used to take up way too much time. The UI is clean and intuitive, so I can jump in, generate invoices, or adjust billing terms without hunting around. I especially appreciate how flexible it is—handling things like custom pricing or mid-contract changes doesn’t turn into a manual workaround anymore.

The integrations have been a big win too. Everything syncs cleanly with our other systems, which has cut down a lot of the back-and-forth and reconciliation work we used to deal with. It’s also just fast and reliable—I don’t have to worry about delays when running invoices or pulling reports.

The AI feature for contract uploads saves me a lot of time each cycle and makes the whole process feel way less manual.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

What I dislike about Tabs is less about major flaws and more about the typical friction that comes with implementing a powerful billing system.

On the UI/UX side, while it’s clean overall, there are moments where more advanced workflows (like complex contract configurations or edge-case billing rules) aren’t as intuitive and require a bit of trial and error. There’s definitely a learning curve once you move beyond the basics.

Integrations have been solid, but getting everything mapped correctly during the initial setup took time. Aligning data between systems—especially if your CRM or accounting setup isn’t perfectly structured—can require extra effort and validation upfront.

From a performance standpoint, it’s generally reliable, but large data operations (like bulk updates or historical adjustments) can occasionally feel a bit heavy.

Pricing-wise, like most billing platforms, it’s an investment. The ROI is there, but it becomes clearer over time as you scale and fully utilize the platform. Early on, it can feel like you’re paying for more capability than you immediately need.

Onboarding and support are helpful, but implementation still requires internal alignment.

For AI and intelligence features, while useful, they still feel like they’re evolving. Overall, most of the downsides are tied to the complexity of billing itself rather than Tabs specifically, but it does mean there’s some upfront effort required to get everything running smoothly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs is solving the biggest pain point we had with billing—too many manual processes stitched together across different tools. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, our CRM, and our accounting system just to get invoices out the door and make sure everything tied correctly. Now it’s all centralized, which has made a huge difference in both speed and accuracy.

For me personally, the biggest benefit is how much time it’s saved during each billing cycle. What used to take hours of double-checking formulas and reconciling data now happens in a much more streamlined way. The UI makes it easy to see exactly what’s going on with each customer, and I don’t have to dig through multiple systems to get answers.

The integrations have also been a big part of that improvement. Data flows more cleanly between systems, so we’re not constantly fixing mismatches or chasing down discrepancies. That alone has reduced a lot of back-and-forth internally.

Performance-wise, it’s reliable enough that I don’t have to think about it—it just works when we need it to, especially during critical billing runs. And from a ROI standpoint, it’s been worth it just based on time savings and fewer errors, which ultimately impacts revenue accuracy.

Support and onboarding helped us get to that point faster than expected, especially on the scheduling side of things. There’s still effort required on our side, but having guidance on how to structure things properly made a difference.

One thing I didn’t expect to rely on as much is the AI layer—it saves us a lot of time. And having our contracts easily accessible is a nice benefit.

Overall, Tabs has taken something that used to feel pretty fragmented and made it much more controlled and predictable, which has been a big win for our workflow.

 ### 2. Streamlined Invoicing: Reduced Monthly Invoicing Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika Louisse S. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

This has improved the time spent on monthly invoice processing, including sending invoices to customers and issuing payment reminders. Previously, completing these tasks manually or processing each invoice in NetSuite would take at least two to three full days. As a result, this improvement has freed up a significant amount of time, allowing me to focus on other priorities beyond invoicing.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Automated reviewing of agreements still requires improvement, as item mapping is occasionally incorrect. These errors are typically only identified during our revenue recap process. Additionally, when updates are made to an already issued invoice (e.g., adding sales tax), the internal or unique ID in NetSuite changes, rather than applying the update to the existing record.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn’t have an automated payment reminder system in place before, but now it has been a great help. It lets us automate payment reminders to customers and makes it easier to match payments with the bank feed.

 ### 3. Tabs Streamlines Billing with AI Contract Ingestion and Automated Invoicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik M. | Head of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs has been a great fit for our finance team. The AI contract ingestion pulls billing terms directly from our signed order forms and automatically generates invoices, so there’s no manual data entry required. It’s saved us a significant amount of time across our billing cycle and helps keep everything consistent, with the contract serving as the source of truth. The collections automation is another plus, making it easier to stay on top of outstanding invoices without all the back-and-forth.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike, if anything, it saves me so much time that I’m not even sure what to do with myself.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs brings our entire order-to-cash process into one place. Previously, billing was manual and took a lot of time; now invoices are generated automatically from signed contracts, collections follow-ups are managed within the platform, and we have real-time visibility into our cash cycle. It’s saved us significant time and reduced the data-entry errors that came with trying to manage all of this across multiple tools.

 ### 4. Clean UI, Highly Accurate AI, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam S. | Finance & Operations Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The UI/UX is clean and fairly easy to pick up after some training. The AI intelligence is really good as well, and it’s correct about 99% of the time. Support has also been solid, with the CS team getting back to us in a pretty timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Doesn't seem to work as well for enterprise customers because the sent off tabs feature limiting our ability to report on customers that don't want to be emailed directly. Many customers use SAP, Coupa, Areba, ect. and do don't want a manual invoice sent to them.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the problem of varied contract terms (monthly, annually, multi-year deals). Our sales org does a lot of things and makes a lot of comments and contract amendments. Tabs is accounting for all of it atm with their AI contract reader.

 ### 5. Intuitive Quote-to-Cash Transformation with Tabs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tianna T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I really enjoy the UI of Tabs. It's easy to navigate, which makes it simple to train new team members. This is especially important for a small team as it allows team members to easily continue where someone else left off. Additionally, one of our favorite features is that Tabs can interpret nuanced enterprise software contracts and set the proper invoicing schedule and rev rec -- it only requires a one time review from the team, and it is completely automated from there.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The areas for improvements are reporting/insights and localization. End users need a more robust mechanism for manipulating the data they need. Additionally, we ran into some issues with localization (specifically for France), which is anticipated but that would be the other area to inveset in the future.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs interprets our enterprise software contracts, creates invoicing schedules, assigns proper rev recognition, and integrates into our ERP. It reduces our AR burden significantly by being our first pass at everything in the quote to cash engine.

 ### 6. Streamlined Invoicing with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs is a slick application with constantly new features being added that improve our business operations. It's great that it enables me to get from a contract to an invoice out the door near-instantaneously without any effort from my team. I also value the direct link to our bank account, which allows me to track payments in real time. The combination of their technology and team made the implementation seamless, although it wasn't labor-free.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I'm looking forward to a time when I can use Tabs to track our auto renewals and ensure that there's a seamless process between the date the auto renewal occurs and the ongoing contracting and invoicing that's been automated.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs enables me to get from contract to an invoice out the door instantaneously without any effort from my team.

 ### 7. Turning Invoicing Headaches into Seamless Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Their cash application process is really helpful. The AI learns quickly and does a good job suggesting which invoice a specific payment is for. I also like that you can handle the entire process in Slack, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

There’s a one-day delay before bank transactions feed into Tabs. This can sometimes create a timing mismatch: if an invoice is due today and the payment is received the same day, the automatic invoice payment follow-up may still trigger before the transaction appears in Tabs.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ingesting a contract so it can generate invoices for the full duration of the subscription saves us a lot of time. Now we mainly just review whether it interpreted the contract correctly and then make small adjustments as needed, instead of setting everything up manually.

 ### 8. New Tabs Customer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derrick R. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs' UI is easyto use and the the ability to upload a customer contract and have the system create the billing components helps with efficiency and allows you to perform a review of the setup independent of creating the components manually. The ability to load our usage data without having to put it in a special format also helps with efficiency and accuracy of data.

I especially liked the implementation process which didn't require a significant level of effort. The integration with NetSuite is pretty seamless.

I like the fact that it is easy to modify an invoice and resend to a customer if the necessary.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I don't dislike anything presently. I look forward to being able to modify the reminder email messages in the future.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary benefit is the reduction in time to bill due mainly to Tabs' ability to take our usage data in the format we obtain it and get the usage amounts accurately allocated to the customers and product lines with minimal need to change formatting.

 ### 9. Contract-to-Revenue Automation with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs has supercharged our contract to revenue process. Contracts come in from Hubspot, invoices, products, and revenue schedules are created automatically with audit history. This removes so much manual effort from our AR team, allowing us to focus on more important strategic initiatives. The support team is extremely helpful, shoutout Robbie. Tabs Agent for cash application is super helpful, I can do it right in Slack. Their roadmap for future Agents is very impressive.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Sometimes the product can be slow and a bit buggy, but the support team is super responsive and resolves issues quickly. Contract processing can take some time and occasionally has errors.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to think about tedious manual invoicing and revenue work. I have a one-stop shop for all things invoicing and revenue management. Tabs has become my source of truth for ARR and GAAP reporting, removing the need for messy and fragile offline spreadsheets.

 ### 10. Tabs has automated our post sale cash processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego R. | Director of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

We love the contract ingestion tool at Tabs. We work with customers across a few different industries, all with unique contract structures and terms. Tabs's AI contract ingestion is agnostic to the structure of those documents and allows us to automate billing for each and every customer we serve. This has freed up a lot of time on our small finance team to focus on more value add activities like strategic decision support. We also love that Tabs integrates well with our entire tech stack and supports our already existing processes.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Tabs is still a young company so there are some features that need a bit of polish, but the fact that they are young and small means that feedback is quickly acted on.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs automates our billing, subscription management, contract management, dinning, and collections processes.

 ### 11. Exceptional Automation and Integrations with Tabs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monette Q.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I love how Tabs saves our team countless hours by automatically ingesting contracts, pulling out products, and setting up future invoices. This automation allows us to be reviewers instead of preparers, and we no longer need to track future invoices manually. I also appreciate the automation for auto-sending future invoices and performing dunning. The ability to generate revenue waterfalls and ARR schedules in Tabs is invaluable, with fully tagged products. Tabs seamlessly integrates with our accounting books, saving us additional steps, and the integration with Salesforce helps our AEs stay updated on customer payment statuses, which is crucial for their commissions. The comprehensive functionality and built-in automation from contract execution to billing are wonderful. I find all the features valuable as they save us hours managing billing, collections, and revenue recognition, effectively eliminating the need for an AR Accountant.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

One area we are waiting for Tabs to stand up is consumption and getting that area more automated. This allows us to not have to upload a .csv file and invoices can be generated quicker.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs saves countless hours by automating invoice setup, revenue recognition, and syncing with Salesforce for payment visibility. It eliminates manual spreadsheets, automates dunning, and integrates with accounting, reducing the need for additional hires. All features of Tabs streamline our billing and revenue processes seamlessly.

 ### 12. Streamlined Billing, Needs Better Tax Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I feel that the implementation of Tabs went pretty smoothly, despite a few discrepancies from what was initially promised during the sales cycle. Once everything was configured, the system has been working smoothly, which, given the risks associated with a substantial billing change, is quite reassuring. For the most part, our customers seem happy with the new invoicing process.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I find the sales tax process isn't very seamless, especially when selling to customers in multiple locations across different states. There's no integrated way between Anrok, which we use for our sales tax calculations, and Tabs to itemize those sales tax amounts by location on a consolidated invoice.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs streamlines billing and revenue recognition, lets us move away from QuickBooks, and provides robust revenue capabilities. We're enhancing efficiency by planning a direct interface with Tabs, eliminating manual creation of customers and invoices.

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The flexibility and collaboration to meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Any problems/issues have been addressed head on with the Tabs things. There are growing pains as they are a new company, but I know they will resolve them and continue to excel.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs is solving our complex and unique billing solutions. We have saved hours each month to streamline previously manual billing procedures.

 ### 15. Big Time-Savers for Contract Review and Month-End Close

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

AI contract review saves us a lot of time manually entering in terms. Creating revenue schedule along with invoicing schedule also speeds up month end close.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

We've had some issues with the Netsuite integration, but the team has worked quickly to help resolve them. The platform can be a bit click heavy, but the benefits outweigh the negatives.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large number of contracts with non-standard terms and Tabs ingests those contracts to create the revenue & billing schedule. That just leaves us to review them.

 ### 16. Tabs is a great tool to automate your billing and revenue processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick L. | Senior Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I like it that Tabs has helped us speed up our billing processes by automating contracts processing. With the help of AI, we can save our time in doing manual tasks from customer creation, entering customer data and invoice creation. One cool thing as well is that it sends automated reminders when we have to send the invoices or remind collections to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Not much to dislike as our experience during the implementation stage was generally fine. If I were to choose one maybe it's some occasion where our Salesforce got disconnected with Tabs but good thing that our friendly CSM had helped us fixed this issue with less intervention from our side.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our legacy tool, we were looking for a feature where our revenue recognition can be seen with real time data and the one that gives us accurate monthly revenues and deferred revenue figures and I am glad to say that Tabs was successful in offering this service to us in HockeyStack. Another problem that has been solved was the manual creation of Customer profile from our old platform but now this has been automated and not only that, our SFDC is now integrated with Tabs as well so we can really see all contracts coming in and we can be reminded to send these new invoices to our customers.

 ### 17. Intuitive Tool with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matti H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I love the intuitive nature of the Tabs product, the customer support, and the pace at which new features are being built. The platform is clearly structured and easy for the end user to navigate, the team listens to our pain points, and partners with us to use Tabs to resolve the root of our problems. Customer Success proactively shows us new features and where Tabs can help us fill in the gaps. They support implementation, so no technical work is needed from our side. The team is clear and communicative around project management, timelines, and rollout execution is clear and reliable, ensuring and smooth implementation. Henry and Isabella specifically are so timely in their response, take ownership, and help us look at the whole picture to ensure long-term solutions.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I would love more insight into the data ingestion, so I could understand what is possible to bring back in Salesforce. I think I could do more with the information they collect.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tabs to automatically push Order Forms from Salesforce into Tabs and create invoices. Tabs also pushes information back into Salesforce as an additional check for our Deal Desk Team.

 ### 18. Seamless Implementation and Effortless Invoicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The implementation process with Ali Ahmed was easy, mainly because he was very on-top of all items that needed to be taken care of on my end. We were on frequent calls to handle all my questions. Our systems connected relatively easily, and I haven't had any issues in sending + collecting invoices.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The contracts do take 24 hours to process, which is a bit longer than I expected for a modern AI product.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had issues following up with customers who had overdue payment. This system digests invoices easily and creates invoicing schedules that make it simple to understand where my customers stand.

 ### 21. Billing Automation and Contract-Based Pricing Are a Big Win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefanos C. | Finance Operations Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The billing automation and contract-based pricing have been a big win for us. The platform is intuitive, and Sam has been great to work with, very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

We’re still early users, so so far there isn’t much to dislike.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re relatively new to Tabs, but it has already made a strong impression. We’re primarily using it for billing and sending invoices, and the automation around contract-based pricing structures has eliminated a lot of manual work for our team. Being able to upload contracts and then have invoices generated accurately and consistently has been a huge time-saver. Overall, the platform feels intuitive and well thought out, and we’re looking forward to exploring more of the reporting and insights as we continue to scale with it.

 ### 22. Amazing Team and Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacy H. | Fractional Corporate Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

We began working with Tabs when they were just getting started, and our experience has been thoroughly positive. The implementation process was straightforward: we provided all of our contracts, and they generated the necessary invoices from day one. We rely on Tabs daily, whether it's for managing new contracts or conducting our regular review of the data. They successfully integrated our accounting system, enabling invoices to transfer seamlessly for accurate revenue recognition and forecasting. Over the past year, their system has evolved significantly. The addition of new features, such as cash application and support for billing in foreign currencies, has been impressive. Since incorporating Tabs into our workflow, our processes have become much more streamlined. Now, we simply upload contracts into their system, which automatically extracts all the key details to generate invoices, making our work much easier. The support team is outstanding—always available, proactive in offering assistance, and a true partner in our business. We truly couldn't operate as effectively as we do without their support.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Only thing that slowly needs some work on it is the payment application and the international aspect. Everything else is wonderful.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs has made things much easier for us for revenue recognition, the ability to forecast and send out invoicing to our clients once scheduled. All of our contracts are in one location and readily available for us to review and make adjustments. We are able to allow our billing process to basically run itself with us doing small reviews and tweaks.

 ### 23. Powerful Automation, Needs Improved Pricing Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I like how Tabs helps us automate billing, making the process more consistent. Building up from the product to the invoice is a feature I appreciate because it ensures consistency in our products, preventing issues like having products with drastically different names. Tabs is also good with handling a lot of data and it ingests customer contracts pretty well. The initial setup of Tabs was pretty good too.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Some of the functionality around calculating for unit pricing could be better. If there is a way to easily display all products by their total unit pricing across all customers, that would be really cool.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs helps us automate billing, reducing the manual effort of building invoices. It establishes product consistency and ingests customer contracts well.

 ### 24. From A CFO’s Desk: Tabs Is a True Growth Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izzy M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I value how Tabs helps us streamline the big financial levers of the business while making managing contracts and ARR much more transparent. We have better control over AR and cash flow thanks to Tabs. The platform takes what can be complex and time-consuming tasks and makes them easier to track, manage, and act on with confidence. Tabs not only streamlines contracts, ARR, AR, and cash flow through smart automation, but their team is also fantastic to work with. They are supportive, responsive, and committed to the value they provide

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I wish we could manage our contract management through them - partnering with our CRM tool and automate that process. Perhaps it's in the product roadmap? Otherwise, I don't have anything negative to speak to.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs has taken what used to be a manual, time-consuming process—renewals, revenue tracking, ARR, AR, and cash flow—and streamlined it into one platform. ### 29. Streamlined Billing with Seamless Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I feel like Tabs has found the right balance of simplicity without compromising on the feature set. With Tabs, I can accommodate all kinds of billing and manage invoicing as we scale. The platform is pretty easy to use and self-explanatory, even the learning curve on configuring products, billing schedule, and revenue schedule was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Small things during onboarding, for instance, contracts took some time to process - seemed like a one-off issue though.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs acts as a source of truth for revenue, automating billing, pricing, invoice generation, and tracking the lifecycle of invoices. It balances simplicity with a robust feature set, accommodating various billing needs as we scale.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Very occasionally, I run into bugs or issues (i.e., invoices not accurately reflecting a contract), but support is lightning-fast to respond, and the problems get resolved extremely quickly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extreme time savings in quote-to-cash process

 ### 31. Seamless Setup, Exceptional Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russel D.

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I find Tabs incredibly valuable for several reasons. First and foremost, the ease and seamlessness of setting it up was impressive, it felt like a white glove experience with excellent support from the implementation team, especially Stephanie. This made managing our busy schedule more feasible, ensuring we met our implementation deadline within three to four weeks. Additionally, Tabs has been instrumental in solving visibility issues regarding collections and enhancing our collection rates, improving our financial metrics like ARR and software metrics. The reporting features are particularly useful, converting what was once a manual process into a streamlined, integrated solution. With easy invoice generation and integration with Salesforce, Tabs has transformed how we manage our financial activities. Furthermore, the integration with QuickBooks and Salesforce has made revenue recognition and invoice management a breeze, allowing our finance team to quickly review and approve them. Customer service sets Tabs apart; they are consistently helpful, hiring the best people to address and service our needs effectively. I am impressed by how well Tabs assimilates product feedback into their roadmap, reflecting their commitment to improvement and customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

None

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Tabs solves collection visibility issues and improves collection rates. It simplifies invoicing and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and QuickBooks, easing revenue recognition. Reporting features reduce manual effort in tracking ARR and NRR.

 ### 32. Amazing experience and super easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward S. | Business Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I like the simplicity of it. The UI is very friendly and the integration with our CRM made it effortless. Stephanie and the support team were super helpful and made the onboarding process extremely smooth. Once we got all set up, I really started loving it. All you have to do is press a button. Gets rid of all the manual tasks post-deal close.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Can't pinpoint anything at the moment. Any issue we had got resolved on the spot thanks to Stephanie and the team. All of our requests were considered on the spot and made possible.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs is helping us get rid of all the manual tedious tasks we have to do post deal sign. They do this with their butter smooth integrations with HubSpot and QB, making it super easy and quick.

 ### 33. Streamlined revenue and invoicing automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina C. | VP Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs makes it easier to centralize and automate revenue and invoicing that would otherwise be done manually in spreadsheets. Onboarding was simple, and customer support is very responsive. For finance and accounting teams, it reduces time spent on invoicing and reconciliation while also improving visualization of revenue data.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

While very helpful, some features overlap with existing processes, which makes it feel more like a time-saver than a truly essential system. You need to be fully bought into leveraging all the features to make it worthwhile.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs helps automate revenue recognition and invoicing workflows that were previously handled manually in spreadsheets. This reduces the risk of human error, saves the finance and accounting team significant time, and provides clearer visibility into revenue streams. The improved automation and visualization also make month-end reconciliation faster and more reliable.

 ### 34. Streamlined A/R Platform that Greatly Enhances Operating Leverage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serg Z. | Head of Finance and Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs has transformed our A/R workflow across all product lines. Our contractual agreements are often complex, with conditional, stair-step logic that varies from customer to customer. Previously, a dedicated support team had to manually interpret each contract and translate its terms into invoice schedules. With Tabs, this entire process from contract parsing to invoice generation is fully automated.

The results have been significant: we’ve reduced time spent on invoicing and follow-ups by more than 50%, freeing our team to focus on higher-value internal initiatives. The platform’s intuitive, streamlined UX benefits both our internal teams and our customer-facing experience.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Implementation of ad-hoc discounts to invoices is fairly cumbersome. Platform also has difficulties accounting for mid-contract terminations and properly flowing the logic into reporting requiring Tabs' CS team to make changes on their backend (Tabs team is working on building out feature capabilities).

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Contract ingestion, parsing, and invoice creation
- Automated billing and dunning
- Revenue Recognition & ARR Reporting

 ### 35. Effortless Contract Uploads That Auto-Create Invoices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

How you are able to upload a contract and the invoices are created for you. You can review and make changes if needed.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Sometimes it is glitchy and does not always user friendly. It feels like at times there was no UI/UX designer behind it but rather was designed by a developer.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to create our own invoices

 ### 36. Tabs Automates Billing Seamlessly, Minor Hiccups Resolved Quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yan G. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs has significantly streamlined our billing process by automating contract workflows. Thanks to its AI-powered automation, we’ve eliminated a lot of manual work — from customer creation and data entry to invoice generation. I also appreciate the automated reminders that notify us when it’s time to send invoices or follow up on collections. It saves us a ton of time and helps us stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

There’s very little to dislike. Our implementation experience was smooth overall. The only minor issue we encountered was an occasional delayed contract processing, but that was resolved quickly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs has made revenue recognition and forecasting much easier for us. The platform automates our invoicing process, allowing us to schedule and send invoices to clients seamlessly along with reminder emails. Having all our contracts centralized in one place makes it simple to review and make adjustments as needed. Our billing operations now practically run themselves. We only need to perform quick reviews and occasional fine-tuning.

 ### 37. Best in Class All-in-One AR Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | Senior Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Invoice generation, email reminders, collection sync. It's an all-in-one software to take care of AR.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

It's currency conversion has been bugging our team, but they are actively working on it, should be taken care of very shortly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a butt load of time creating invoices and sending to clients on a monthly basis.
Also takes care of the payment collection sync process to ERP.

 ### 38. Great source of truth for revenue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somina L. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs makes revenue reconciliation and accounting closes much smoother. We previously did not really have a source of truth to map all of our contract and invoice data to (or had multiple sources we had to check), but Tabs has allowed us to consolidate it into one. The team has made the transition and implementation very smooth as well

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The overall time to implementation has taken longer than expected, but this may also be due to factors external to the Tabs team

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client previously had no source of truth for the contract schedule, and the data in their CRM and invoicing and accounting software were all producing different outputs. Tabs allows us to have visibility into all of these items, consolidated into one software

 ### 39. Tabs automates your AR process and reconciles to the actual contract, saving time and resources.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen P. | Head of Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs is the only platform that ingests the actual contract pdf and isn't dependent upon accuracy of manual inputs into another data set. Statsig uses tabs to invoice every customer and it helps us track down past due AR, helps our customers pay timely and understand their invoices, and saves me hours of work each month. Our implementation process was relatively seamless and shockingly fast. Their support team is also excellent and communicative.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

With any new platform there is going to be some thrash as they grow and release new features, but so far this has been minimal.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Tabs our billing platform was completely manual. Tabs automates this process using the actual signed pdf of the contract and saves us hours each month end in invoicing.

 ### 40. Tabs was a game changer for our billing process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isida A. | Finance Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs has made a big difference for our team by helping us automate the billing process for our highly complex, non-standard contracts. There is so much flexibility in the platform, allowing us to create billing schedules thats take into account every discount, renewal, go-live etc. Tabs is intuitive and easy to use, and the CS/support teams have been always available for us.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Contract processing could be improved, nevertheless still decent

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating automated invoicing schedules that are highly flexible and allow us to accomodate complex contract and billing terms. Also, payment reconciliation with cashapp makes the payment collection way easier. The broad range of integrations that Tabs offers allowed us to connect with our billing and tax softwares quite easily.

 ### 41. Rocket-fueled team with the right mindset about billing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

When comparing vendors, going for the new kid on the block, held certain unknowns.
However, the Team has shown from day one that this was the right call.
The Tabs team thinks about billing the right way and built a product like Financial professionals truly want a workflow to work.
During the onboarding they have been nothing but extremely helpful and moved insanely fast to remove any blockers.
The tool is easy to use, and because of the AI nature, you can move around the tool in a more natural way, and can do the same action from within different parts of the app, subject to what your role is, or what task you are doing in that moment.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The processing of documents isn't instant, so if your workflow (after signature of PO/order form) expects to immediately move to the billing stage, you might be delayed by a bit.
There were some kinks during the integration on both our set up and the integration, but the team resolved those quickly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing, revenue recognition, cash collection, revenue KPIs

 ### 42. Tabs executes on the vision of Agentic Order to Cash Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Chief Financial Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Real agentic automation of the Order to Cash cycle. The platform ingests our contracts, schedules out our billing and rev rec schedules accurately, and then drafts up the recurring invoice stream. This was a process that would take countless hours from our revenue accountants but can now be managed much more efficiently. We will be able to scale much more effectively as we grow and acquire companies rather than having to add headcount to support the volume.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Implementation took longer than I was expecting - we went live with invoicing about 5 months after we signed our contract. There was a lot of specific training on our model, and a pivot we had to make halfway through, that I wasn't anticipating.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 200 customers across our entities that we service in a variety of different billing models (subscription, project, T&M, etc...). There is a ton of manual work that goes into reading contracts, adding new lines into our Excel revenue tracker, making adjustments as contracts change, scheduling out all the billing, executing the invoicing process, then chasing overdue payments and applying cash. Tabs has largely automated this process so that our revenue team can review and check accuracy vs. the hours and hours of hands on keyboard accounting work.

 ### 43. Streamlined AR Processes, Exceptional AI Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan L. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I love the advanced AI resources in Tabs for extracting complex contractual information. It ensures timely invoicing and payment collection, offering significant accuracy and time-saving advantages. The comprehensive support and the onboarding team help maximize platform benefits seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

I think one area where Tabs could be improved is by offering a fully integrated system that allows us to create contracts and proposals directly on the platform. Currently, I have to rely on additional software for this purpose. Although Tabs integrates with multiple platforms, such as DocuSign and PandaDoc, enhancing this capability could eliminate the need for additional tools. A more thorough integration would further streamline processes and provide a more comprehensive solution.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs reduces human error, ensures compliance, automates billing and payments, and integrates data systems, providing a comprehensive accounts receivable solution within a single platform, saving time and improving accuracy.

 ### 44. Great Experience Working with the Tabs Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The implementation process went smoothly, and the team at Tabs was very hands-on in helping us get up and running on schedule. Tabs continually works to enhance their platform by improving functionality and adding new features. Whenever issues arise, the support team is always quick to respond and assist with troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The cash application process could be improved, particularly when it comes to handling batch transactions and partial payments.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs automates our billing process across multiple entities. Tabs is also improving the speed of cash collections with AR management and automated customer payment reminders.

 ### 45. Quick, Responsive Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I like the quick support that comes from the support team

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Like many startups, they don’t have a lot of prescriptive processes in place yet. Because of that, you can sometimes run into errors that likely could have been avoided.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing automation

 ### 46. 5 Star Review - Accounts Receivable Mastery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Royce W. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

It is such a great integration with QBO and really streamlines the Accounts Receivable / Revenue processes. Can control so much in the app and not worry about sync to QBO. A really great company to work with and evolve. They are very responsive to questions or needing help.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Not necessarily there fault, but you can't manage already made invoices in QBO in TABS.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It manages Accounts Receivable really efficiently. Saves us time that we spent handling in QBO. It takes care of billing, revenue management, and more

 ### 47. Time-Saving Revenue Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

I really like how Tabs saves a lot of time on billing and revenue tracking. The onboarding and support teams are extremely helpful and responsive. It's easy to set up, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into resolving any bugs swiftly. The team is very responsive, which adds to the positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Sometimes there's minor bugs, but the team does a great job in making sure they are resolved swiftly.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tabs helps me create and manage invoices, saving a lot of time on billing and revenue tracking.

 ### 48. Administrative Director

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana C. | A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

The team behind Tabs. They are a true partner listening to our business needs and iterating useful features quickly.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Our contracts are complex. This is less of a critique of Tab but rather an acknowledgement that our product and product is complex. There is some review we do have to do with invoices that go out. Tabs has worked seamlessly once contract set up is complete though!

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Tab to bill for hardware and software products. We went from no platform that did this to implementing something that would create and schedule invoices, help us collect payments, and help apply payments correctly.

 ### 49. Robust Contract-to-Cash Platform That Streamlines Invoicing and Reconciliation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

Tabs is a robust contract-to-cash solution that can handle complex contract terms, pricing, and revenue modeling. In my experience, Tabs completes about 80% of the work required to invoice a client and match bank transactions to outstanding amounts, which streamlines a large portion of the process. Easy to integrate, use, and setup account, with responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

Tabs doesn’t really have any major weaknesses. The price isn’t cheap for a premium product, but for organizations operating at scale, it can still deliver significant ROI.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom contract ingestion through invoice generation, revenue schedule creation, and matching transactions to outstanding receivables. Tabs reduces the amount of manual intervention needed to generate invoices and receive payments from customers.

 ### 50. Game-Changing A/R & Revenue Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick Q. | Senior Associate, Corporate Advisory, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Tabs?**

We have experienced significant time savings during our monthly reconciliations and the accounting close process. By implementing an accurate, automated collections matching system, our executive team now has clear visibility into both historical and forecasted cash collections. This improvement has allowed us to shift the time we once spent managing A/R aging toward more strategic priorities.

**What do you dislike about Tabs?**

The implementation process does require a significant time investment from the team, which is both expected and necessary to help prevent any issues after implementation. As Tabs continues to grow, I would appreciate seeing more reporting features added.

**What problems is Tabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer manually creating invoices in QBO and Bill.com, manually sending reminders for outstanding invoices, and manually matching incoming payments to the correct invoices.
