What do you like best about Tabs?

Tabs' UI is easyto use and the the ability to upload a customer contract and have the system create the billing components helps with efficiency and allows you to perform a review of the setup independent of creating the components manually. The ability to load our usage data without having to put it in a special format also helps with efficiency and accuracy of data.

I especially liked the implementation process which didn't require a significant level of effort. The integration with NetSuite is pretty seamless.

I like the fact that it is easy to modify an invoice and resend to a customer if the necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tabs?

What do you like best about Tabs?

We love the contract ingestion tool at Tabs. We work with customers across a few different industries, all with unique contract structures and terms. Tabs's AI contract ingestion is agnostic to the structure of those documents and allows us to automate billing for each and every customer we serve. This has freed up a lot of time on our small finance team to focus on more value add activities like strategic decision support. What do you dislike about Tabs?

What do you like best about Tabs?

I like it that Tabs has helped us speed up our billing processes by automating contracts processing. With the help of AI, we can save our time in doing manual tasks from customer creation, entering customer data and invoice creation. What do you dislike about Tabs?

Not much to dislike as our experience during the implementation stage was generally fine. If I were to choose one maybe it's some occasion where our Salesforce got disconnected with Tabs but good thing that our friendly CSM had helped us fixed this issue with less intervention from our side. What do you like best about Tabs?

I love the intuitive nature of the Tabs product, the customer support, and the pace at which new features are being built. The platform is clearly structured and easy for the end user to navigate, the team listens to our pain points, and partners with us to use Tabs to resolve the root of our problems. Customer Success proactively shows us new features and where Tabs can help us fill in the gaps. They support implementation, so no technical work is needed from our side. The team is clear and communicative around project management, timelines, and rollout execution is clear and reliable, ensuring and smooth implementation. What do you like best about Tabs?

We began working with Tabs when they were just getting started, and our experience has been thoroughly positive. The implementation process was straightforward: we provided all of our contracts, and they generated the necessary invoices from day one. We rely on Tabs daily, whether it's for managing new contracts or conducting our regular review of the data. They successfully integrated our accounting system, enabling invoices to transfer seamlessly for accurate revenue recognition and forecasting. Over the past year, their system has evolved significantly. The addition of new features, such as cash application and support for billing in foreign currencies, has been impressive. Since incorporating Tabs into our workflow, our processes have become much more streamlined. Now, we simply upload contracts into their system, which automatically extracts all the key details to generate invoices, making our work much easier. The support team is outstanding—always available, proactive in offering assistance, and a true partner in our business. We truly couldn't operate as effectively as we do without their support. What do you like best about Tabs?

Tabs has completely transformed how we manage receivables. The platform makes it easy to track invoice status, check where things stand at a glance, and send reminders with just a few clicks. As a result, our AR cycles have improved dramatically.

Tabs also greatly enhances my ability to spot patterns in when customers pay and to confirm we’re working with the right contacts, which has eliminated tons of back-and-forth and inefficient communications. What do you like best about Tabs?

I find Tabs incredibly valuable for several reasons. First and foremost, the ease and seamlessness of setting it up was impressive, it felt like a white glove experience with excellent support from the implementation team, especially Stephanie. This made managing our busy schedule more feasible, ensuring we met our implementation deadline within three to four weeks. Additionally, Tabs has been instrumental in solving visibility issues regarding collections and enhancing our collection rates, improving our financial metrics like ARR and software metrics. The reporting features are particularly useful, converting what was once a manual process into a streamlined, integrated solution. With easy invoice generation and integration with Salesforce, Tabs has transformed how we manage our financial activities. I like the simplicity of it. The UI is very friendly and the integration with our CRM made it effortless.
