The biggest issue for me is the number of small bugs I run into. The duplicate option doesn’t always work as expected, and the timer can be a bit frustrating. Sometimes I start the timer, but the time doesn’t show up unless I refresh the page. The same thing happens with updates from other people on the team, I sometimes have to refresh to see their changes. It’s not a huge issue, but when you’re working in real time, having to refresh the page again and again can get annoying. I’d really like to see the live updates and syncing work more reliably. Before using monday, it was harder to keep track of tasks, updates, and who was working on what. A lot of information was spread across different places, so it was easy to miss things. Pricing increases very rapidly if you upgrade the tier of the product or use any advances feature like upgrading to advanced, premium or enterprise or by increasing the number of people. Jira always helped in planning agile tasks, bug tracking and creating story. It is very useful in tracking bugs and incidents and creating story else you will forget lots of things. It would be nice if Asana was more customizable to you or even to the organization. Perhaps the option to put your own logo on there or implement your colors could be nice. I used Asana to essentially create a living syllabus during grad school. I was able to map out my entire semester, add my due dates, the assignment descriptions, notes, and even the assignments themselves. I then used the widget feature on Apple to put Asana right in the middle of my home screen so I always knew what I had to do that day. It has really been a game changer for me. My wish: To be able to share boards in dedicated instances. Unfortunately, in May 2026, Conceptboard changed the "sections" in such a way that I lost many hours of work; and objects were automatically defined as "sections" where it makes no sense. Trello is easy to use, but the UI/UX can feel crowded when managing large projects with many cards and boards. Some integrations require extra setup, and performance can slow slightly with very complex boards. The pricing can become expensive when advanced features are needed. There’s very little to dislike about Airtable. It’s continually being updated with new features and additions - which is fantastic - but it can also mean that user-builders sometimes struggle to take full advantage of the more powerful new capabilities as they arrive. One straightforward problem that Airtable has helped solve across many developments and implementations I’ve worked on is the easy centralisation of core business data. For any business, this brings clarity and insight grounded in reality - something that’s hard to achieve when data is disconnected and scattered.<br><br>When data is more visible, operations become more visible too. Stronger data cohesion also supports better analysis, helping turn information into knowledge and, ultimately, wisdom. The main thing I dislike about Celoxis is that it can take a while to learn and get comfortable with, especially for new users. It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

The life time value of product is a great ROI for the features it offers. It solve the major issue of organizing and collobrating with the team. Ability to create tasks / assign / and govern along with task comments is a great way to keep things rolling. Since the introduction of Project Chat and 1-on-1 feature, it is now a comprehensive Project Management and Client Interaction tool.
