Fixed Asset Management Software

Typically, Fixed Asset Management is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Fixed Asset Management Software.

Fixed asset management software tracks fixed assets for accounting and inventory management purposes. Assets are considered fixed when owned for long-term usage, such as hardware, software, and other office equipment. For manufacturing companies, fixed assets may include heavy machinery and warehouse properties. Fixed asset management software is similar to enterprise asset management, which keeps an inventory of tangible assets owned by a company in one centralized location. These products make it easier on accounting divisions to confirm what the company owns and which employees are using the assets. Some companies may allow workers to take assets off-site, so the tracking the return of such assets are very important. Fixed asset management software not only benefits accounting departments, but inventory management teams and warehouse managers in charge of heavy machinery.

“Effortless Bookkeeping on the Go with Xero”
What do you like best about Xero?

I like that Xero is so easy to use for my bookkeeping needs. It helps me keep everything tidy and organized, which is great-- I don't have a lot of staff, I sort of have to take care of everything, not just bookkeeping. The app portion is very handy because it lets me manage my invoices on the go, without being tied to my office or store. I can clear payments while waiting to pick up my daughter after school or at night in bed when I can't sleep. I also appreciate how straightforward it is to clear my payments and match them to bills, as it integrates seamlessly with my bank accounts and charges and remembers prior classifications. Plus, it connects almost flawlessly with Square, which is essential for running my business. I find the screens attractive and the interface more appealing compared to alternatives like QuickBooks for a similar price. It's just a good deal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Occasionally, the feed from Bank of America drops and I have to restart it. It happens maybe once a year, but it's a very easy fix. Xero walks you right through how to reconnect to a bank that is dropped. I'm uncomfortable using AI for my bookkeeping, so I don't love that Xero is pushing some AI help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Xero for bookkeeping in my small business. It keeps my records tidy and organized, and the app lets me manage invoices on the move. Xero also helps with payment matching, bank feeds, and sales projections. Xero saves me time and stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy to Deploy, User-Friendly, and Delivers Clear ROI with Powerful Predictive Maintenance”
What do you like best about MaintainX?

There are so many things I appreciate about MaintainX, from how easy it is to integrate and deploy to the level of customer service and ongoing engagement. It’s also very user-friendly for both requesters and full users. We’ve captured a lot of valuable data and produced reliable reporting, which has helped us reduce unplanned downtime on critical assets by 90%—a huge feat in most industries. We’ve also started our journey into predictive maintenance with sensor technology, and the MaintainX vibration team was able to warn us about a catastrophic failure before it happened (as verified by our senior maintenance mechanic). Compared with the L2L and Maximo platforms, the pricing feels fair, and leadership can see the ROI immediately across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

Some parts of the reporting still need tweaking for me, particularly the ability to compile all data into a single Excel report. From time to time, new features roll out—or changes are made to existing features and reporting—without our knowledge, and we end up having to contact our customer reps just to figure out what’s different.

Another issue is visibility: full users can see all open work orders, but requesters can’t. That gap can easily lead to duplicate work orders being submitted. It would be helpful if requesters were prompted to check whether a similar request already exists before submitting a new one. I’d also like a notification icon within the app itself, similar to the alarm bell in Outlook. Finally, it would be great to have a way to link related work orders together for easier troubleshooting, and I understand this is a feature within the new MaintainX Copilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we were looking for a system to document our work efforts and schedule our preventive maintenance, and MaintainX made that very easy. Soon after implementation, we began collecting both online and offline data and shifted our workplace culture to require a work order for essentially every request that involved the maintenance team. That change improved the accuracy of our machine uptime and downtime tracking for OEE metrics. With that data in hand, we built a capital project to upgrade our high-pressure pumps. After replacing the problematic pumps based on what the data showed, we achieved a 90% reduction in downtime for those critical assets in just 13 weeks.

In addition, because MaintainX was so easy to implement, we decided to digitize our Master Sanitation Schedule for the Sanitation team. This not only supported our quality and food safety goals within the plant, but it also freed our Maintenance mechanics from work orders that were better suited for the janitorial staff. “Sage Intacct: Scalable Financial Control with Powerful Dimensional Reporting”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

What I like most about Sage Intacct is how effectively it brings together financial control and scalability with perfect UI for teams across the world without being feeling overly rigid with reasonable pricing and return on investment, while the support team is also tremendous and readily available.

A few standout areas:

Dimensional accounting

This is probably the biggest differentiator. Instead of creating endless GL accounts, you can analyze transactions by dimensions like entity, department, project, customer, location, or employee. Reporting becomes dramatically cleaner and more flexible.

Strong multi-entity and consolidation capabilities

Intercompany accounting, currency handling, and entity-level reporting are much smoother compared to many mid-market ERPs. For growing international businesses, this is a huge unlock.

Reporting flexibility

Custom dashboards and real-time financial visibility are excellent. Finance teams can move closer to decision support rather than just transaction processing.

Open ecosystem and integrations

It integrates well with tools like Salesforce, payroll systems, expense platforms, and BI tools including Power BI and other FP&A tools. That makes it powerful for building finance automation stacks.

Cloud-native architecture

No heavy on-prem maintenance drama. Updates are smoother, accessibility is better, and remote finance operations become easier.

Audit trail and controls

The system maintains strong auditability and role-based controls, which is valuable from both governance and compliance perspectives. All the way, it is now going towards building AI landscape within Sage's existing capabilities for which I am really excited to look into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

What I dislike most about Sage Intacct is that sometimes it feels like an incredibly powerful finance engine wrapped inside workflows that still require too many clicks, workarounds, and consulting hours.

The biggest pain points I’ve seen repeatedly from finance teams and user reviews:

Heavy reliance on add-ons and consultants

Many advanced workflows, custom reporting needs, or operational capabilities require additional modules, partner support, or paid consulting. Costs can snowball faster than expected.

Some workflows feel unnecessarily rigid

Editing transactions, handling approvals, bank reconciliations, and intercompany processes can sometimes involve too many steps or reversals. Users frequently mention friction in day-to-day operational accounting.

Permissions and controls can become cumbersome

Strong controls are good for governance, but users sometimes feel basic tasks become overly permission-dependent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's best suited for our business as we are operating in consulting services company spread across multiple countries in Asia and Americas. It enables us managing thousands of timesheets smoothly where we invoice them to customers while keeping in line all the existing operational accounting procedures with real time performance across all regions. “Simplified Compliance and Fleet Management”
What do you like best about Samsara?

I work in the ground transportation industry and I use Samsara as an ELD for regulated chauffeurs and to track safety, maintenance, and as a GPS. Samsara has helped us take our pre and post trips digital, cutting down the number of apps our chauffeurs need to use and digitizing a previously paper-based process. I like the simplicity of the user interface, which means there's a very low barrier to being able to use it. I also appreciate how it makes several regular processes easier from an administrative perspective, such as IFTA taxes, chauffeur accountability, and following up on service issues. Setting up new drivers and users has been incredibly easy, and it is one of the simpler software programs that our chauffeurs use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

Some of the features we'd like to utilize are an additionally paid feature, I wish that we could further customize our IVRs, but the cost was prohibitive for us. I wish that speed limits were updated more regularly. I understand that we can go in and manually override based on adjustments, but the system only pulling updates quarterly often means that some of our chauffeur safety alerts wind up inaccurate until the system catches up. None of our current tools integrate with Samsara. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Samsara digitizes our pre and post trips, reducing paper use and app clutter. Its user-friendly interface simplifies processes like IFTA taxes and chauffeur accountability. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One of the harder things at my job is when we put a job into Miter we have to wait until the next morning before it will show up in our other system. When doing the mock cases we were able to go through different screens throughout Miter. Having done them and going back in now has benefited the whole company. “Easy to learn, Time-Saving Integrations, and Rock-Solid Reliability”
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

Accessibility from mobile devices, easy excel sheet upload for bulk adding bills, and the very user-friendly UI are my favorite features. Its the easiest one to train inexperienced staff on by far.

It also securely integrates with our bank feeds for real-time information, our sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay) to import transactions, and as of recently even our shipping provider, so that all bills and bill payments are automatically synced. Saves me SO much time!

in 5 years I don't recall any performance problems or outages, and it runs smoothly even on my dated office PC.

The deal we got from our sales rep was great (received 50% off the first 3 years), he helped with all the setup and the silliest of questions we had from our move as we had switched to QuickBooks Online from QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, and was available for questions even many months later, when we were looking to find a new Warehouse Management Software with integration into QBO.

They constantly seem to add and update new features - recently introducing AI generated messages for invoices and reminders, making things a little more customized for our clients, rather than the generic "Hello, here's your invoice." blurb.

Excited to see what the future holds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

One of our company files is very large because we imported 4+ years of detailed data from QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. As a result, I’m unable to open that company file from my mobile device, which prevents me from using features like importing receipts by taking a picture of them or accessing the file on the go.

It would be great if there were a lite version that still allowed access to the basic functions of the company file, even when the full file is too large to open on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, which had to be installed on a remote desktop so all of our staff could access it at the same time.

With QuickBooks Online, staff can work not only from home but also on their personal devices, without needing remote desktop access or any special installation. On top of that, the more modern features, like integrations with several services we already use, have improved our workflow and saved us a lot of time, which has been a nice treat. “Acumatica Delivers Flexibility and Scalability for Global Growth”
What do you like best about Acumatica?

I love that Acumatica is truly cloud-based, making accessibility seamless for our global teams. The generic inquiry (GI) feature is a game changer, allowing even non-technical users like me to build custom reports and dashboards easily. Its intuitive web interface makes onboarding new employees quick, and the scalability means we can grow without being handcuffed by the ERP system. The consumption-based pricing structure is also a huge plus, and the reliability has been outstanding compared to previous systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but the process of migrating from our old system was complex, especially consolidating customers from multiple databases. Integrating new acquisitions and handling multi-currency, multi-tenant setups required extra effort and some creative workarounds, but Acumatica’s flexibility helped us address these challenges. I’d also say that while AI features are promising, we’re still exploring their full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scalability and flexibility are the biggest strengths for us. Because of features like attributes, we’ve been able to design the underlying data structure so it can live in both big and small buckets, depending on what we need. That makes it easy to add something like a brand attribute for a new product, and then have the data automatically flow throughout the data ecosystem we’ve created. “Modern Platform with Streamlined Features”
What do you like best about Rillet?

I use Rillet for our company ERP, and it really feels like a modern platform built for finance teams today. Compared to legacy ERP systems, which can be clunky and overly complex, Rillet offers a sleeker experience. I especially appreciate how much functionality lives directly inside the platform. Managing prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrual workflows, and other reconciliations natively in Rillet instead of using separate Excel work papers creates real operational efficiency, which is hugely beneficial during our month-end close. This integration of processes within Rillet saves time and improves visibility into our financials, lowering our risk by reducing dependency on disparate Excel files. Implementation was a piece of cake thanks to a great team at Rillet, and the historical migration of data from QuickBooks Online was the easiest I've seen in my career. Additionally, we integrate banks, payroll, and billing systems directly into Rillet, and it's worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

I'd probably say reporting and analytics. Some of the reporting capabilities are still maturing compared to legacy platforms that have been around forever. But what's impressed me is the pace of iteration. It feels like every week new features, enhancements and reporting improvements are being rolled out. So while there are still areas evolving, it hasn't really slowed us down because the team is highly responsive and the product velocity is extremely strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet offers a sleeker platform for finance teams, reducing reliance on external spreadsheets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing visibility into financials. The Kosh team has been very responsive in addressing any changes in our workflows. They anyway did a great job during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. “Limble CMMS Streamlines Preventive Maintenance with Exceptional Support”
What do you like best about Limble?

What stands out most to me about Limble CMMS is how much it simplifies and strengthens our preventive maintenance process. It removes a lot of the human error that typically comes with manual tracking and makes it significantly easier to manage assets and stay on top of PM schedules.

Implementation was straightforward, and the support from the Limble team has been exceptional. They’re consistently responsive, every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received immediate, helpful answers. Their reliability and attentiveness make a huge difference in day‑to‑day operations.

Overall, Limble CMMS has made maintenance more efficient, more accurate, and far easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

Aside from that missing feature, I haven’t run into any real issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Reduces Human Error:

Limble takes a lot of manual guesswork out of maintenance tasks. By automating schedules, reminders, and documentation, it significantly cuts down on mistakes that happen with paper logs or scattered spreadsheets.

2. Improves Preventive Maintenance Execution:

Preventive maintenance becomes easier and more consistent. Limble ensures tasks are completed on time, tracked properly, and documented without relying on memory or informal communication.

3. Simplifies Asset Tracking:

It centralizes and organizes asset information, making it easy to see history, status, and maintenance requirements all in one place. This keeps technicians aligned and eliminates confusion about what needs to be serviced.

4. Keeps PM Schedules Accurate and Up to Date:

Instead of manually updating service intervals or trying to remember when something was last maintained, Limble automatically manages and displays upcoming PMs, helping prevent overdue work and unexpected breakdowns.

5. Provides Reliable, Fast Support During Implementation and Daily Use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clean, Intuitive UI with Fast Performance and Helpful Support”
What do you like best about Refrens Accounting?

At Tech Daddy Global Solutions, what stands out the most about Refrens is its clean and intuitive UI/UX, which makes it very easy to use even for non-tech users.

The platform offers useful integrations and works smoothly without complications. In terms of performance, it is fast, reliable, and handles daily operations efficiently.

From a business perspective, the pricing is very reasonable, delivering strong ROI considering the features provided. Their support and onboarding are also helpful and responsive, making it easy to get started.

Additionally, the growing use of AI and automation features helps simplify tasks and improves overall productivity.

Overall, it’s a well-balanced tool that combines simplicity with powerful functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refrens Accounting?

At Tech Daddy Global Solutions, while Refrens works well overall, there are a few areas for improvement.

Some advanced features and integrations can be expanded further, especially for scaling businesses. Occasionally, minor performance lags or UI refinements could be improved for a smoother experience.

The AI features are useful but still evolving, and there is scope to make them more powerful and insightful. Also, adding more depth in reports and customization options would make it even better.

That said, none of these are major issues, and the platform continues to improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Refrens Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

At Tech Daddy Global Solutions, Refrens helps solve the problem of managing invoicing, quotations, payments, and basic accounting in one place. Earlier, handling these tasks across different tools was time-consuming and prone to errors.

With Refrens, everything is streamlined — creating professional invoices, tracking payments, and managing client data becomes quick and organized. This reduces manual work and improves accuracy.

It also helps in maintaining a professional image with clients through well-designed documents and smooth workflows. Overall, it saves time, increases efficiency, and allows us to focus more on business growth instead of operational hassles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Access UBS?

What I like best about Access UBS is the centralized access to multiple banking and investment services in one platform. The interface is clear and professional, and it makes it easy to monitor accounts, execute transactions, and track investments securely. The platform is reliable and well-suited for both personal and business financial management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access UBS?

While Access UBS is robust, some features could be more intuitive for new users, particularly for advanced investment tools. Additional integration options with external accounting or portfolio management software would also improve workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simplicity and Remote Access Shine, But Mobile App Lags”
What do you like best about Kashoo?

I use Kashoo for my small business accounting, and I find it to be easy to use and fast. The simplicity of the platform allows me to do my accounting remotely, which is a big plus for me. I can start my accounting tasks at the office and finish them at home in the evening. I also appreciate that the integration aspects are well done, even though there are not as many as I would like. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app is really limited, it didn't work with accounts that have multiple currencies, it's really slow to start, and doesn't support Face ID logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kashoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kashoo is online and easy to use, allowing me to do my accounting remotely. I can start accounting at the office and finish it at home, making the process fast and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
