My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department. It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines. It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.

Semetimes the bank feeds deisconnect more than I'd like. It's super annoying when I sit down to do my admin day and realize that I have to re-enter my password for Chase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It separates my revenue streams so I can actually see what;s making money. I've got the coffee bar, the booze and the event tickets, xero helps me to check margins on the cocktails are covering the overhead when the coffee side is slow, and definetely keeps the IRS off my back and Lets me focus on the community and the events rather than accounting. I am not satisfied with Samsara’s support service, as response times are often very long and the assistance provided is usually not very helpful. I would also like to request a review of the drowsiness detection feature, as it has been triggering alerts even when drivers have slept 8–10 hours.

Additionally, there is an issue with trailer location tracking. For example, some trailers were last detected on 10/27/2025. It would be very helpful to have a feature that checks trailer locations daily at a consistent time for inactive trailers/without truck, and every 10 minutes for trailers that are actively connected to trucks. For now, I really like the new AI features, which help us coordinate and coach drivers, but sometimes it detects some events incorrectly, especially with speeding and drowsiness. The training library is very useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that it's not pretty - aka not intuitive to use. There's always a period of struggle when someone new starts, and they usually can't find their way to what they need by accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only actual issue that we've had with NetSuite is the reporting/saved searches. Over the last couple of years there's been improvements with that and it's really upped our game as far as doing more directly in NetSuite. FloQast helps solve the challenges of tracking close tasks across multiple properties and entities. Before using it, our team relied on manual spreadsheets and email reminders, which made it hard to stay organized and meet deadlines. Now, everything is centralized — I can clearly see what’s been completed, what’s pending, and who’s responsible. It’s also made reviews and reconciliations much faster and easier to track. There are a few system quirks that can be quite troublesome, and I found that Intuit support was not very effective in resolving them. We experienced problems with our payroll not posting correctly, and no one seemed able to identify the cause. This software streamlines our daily accounting tasks, making them much quicker to complete. As a small nonprofit with limited administrative staff, we rely on QBO to help us efficiently manage over 40 actively funded projects, even though we have only a few resources available. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

As a new CA article trainee, I often found it challenging to understand how real-world transactions take place, which left me confused and made things seem complicated. However, using Tally has helped me grasp how transactions flow and connect, making the process much clearer. Whenever I work with a client who uses Tally software, I feel relieved because I can handle assignments with greater ease, better understanding, and in less time. Tally also offers a wide variety of reports, which are extremely helpful during company audits. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address.
