Sage InTacct is a little large for all our uses. I adopted this system from my predecessor and I was not really trained in the full functionality of the tool. With our third party adoption I'm also not able to access the community forum to get information from the community, which can be a little frustrating at time. The system is missing a lot of options, such as automatic notifications for drivers in the far-left lane and notifications for heavy speeding. The speeding data is available, but you have to dig through the data and search for each speeding event manually instead of having it automated. There are also a lot of false violations, and speed detection can be incorrect because Samsara has the wrong speeds recorded in their system.

Overall, the system doesn’t feel designed to be customized to fit specific client needs; it seems more like a one-size-fits-all setup. Our safety team gets involved with driver violations at different levels, and the review department is the very first step in our process because of how many false violations we see. Once a violation event is touched by anyone, that person is automatically assigned as a coach to the driver for the remainder of their employment, and that default behavior makes it difficult to manage violations appropriately.

Another limitation is the inability to create your own violations when you notice something on the camera that Samsara missed.

Account managers are completely absent from trying to help with any issue. The account manager and his manager (in our case) are both ignoring any of our attempts to reach out for help.

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

the ability to have everything in one place, prior to that, in order to pull all the correct "fees" from Amazon, that required a a A2X integration and subscription between Amazon and QB online. That was so much work and so many things went wrong all the time, and no one wants to waste time in marlaky. We also had a accountant on top of that, so it was just ridiculous, and that is the case for all e-commerce companies at scale. Finaloop completely solved that stomach turning issue. I maybe have some reservations about how the reports are currently being presented. It would be beneficial if there were improvements in the presentation of reports, particularly with the inclusion of tutorials or features that cater to specific needs such as manufacturing accounts. I find Cyrtos a little hard to understand, especially during daily use. The analysis of equipment is difficult, and there is no proper bifurcation or clear categorization of equipment. As of now I think some of the loading times could be improved. This mainly includes the transaction tab. If we edit a transaction directly from this tab, or even bulk edit, then refresh the page, it takes a while to re-load the transactions.
