Before using MaintainX, we tracked our reactive maintenance on a whiteboard. That left us with very little detail on what actually needed doing, no image evidence to support the request, and no reliable way to assign the job—especially if the right person didn’t see the board.

Now that we have MaintainX, we can create work orders and assign them on the go, and we use the comment feature to discuss the specifics as we go.

The CoPilot AI integration has also helped team members interact and find solutions to problems without having to sift through an entire manual themselves.

I dislike the login feature. I don't always have my phone with the app handy for verification, so I always have to do the extra step of sign in other options, and then send a code to my email. We have found that some of the AI safety alerts are incorrect and the AI is not able to compensate or correctly detect action items if there are glasses on the driver's face or if the driver is taking a drink. The camera has helped identify safety concerns and opportunities that we had not previously been aware of. We have also been able to streamline communications and route planning with the fleet leading to increased efficiency for both the driver's schedule and customer needs. I would like to see them continue on the AI front. Right now, there needs to be more AI built directly into the system that you interact with in order to keep up with its competitors. The ability to use agentic AI and communicate directly with an AI agent in terms of updating information or even report building just by having a conversation explaining what you want to see within the system. Automatic revenue recognition is something that I wasn't aware is not an obvious thing when it comes to other similar solution, so having it is great.

The pricing model is predatory. Once they have your data in their system they can simply increase the price at any time. They are doing that now by 40% for Quickbooks online plus. They know that customers won't like it but they also know that the cost of migrating all the data is higher than the price increase. Zapium helps convert service information into structured sales action. Instead of depending only on memory, calls, or scattered notes, I can refer to actual service records and inspection observations while following up with customers. This improves the quality of maintenance discussions, makes proposals more relevant, and helps account managers coordinate better with service and operations teams. The only aspect I wish we could improve is leveraging the AI-driven forecasting in purchasing. Right now, due to market volatility and limited historical data, we can't fully rely on it yet. Some legacy staff struggled with the increased controls and structure, and the change management was tough for a few people. The biggest issue we had was with the old app; it didn’t function as well as the new one. We ran into problems in the field when trying to load it, which meant staff often had to fill out completion notes later. The new app is much better, and staff can add all notes in real time. This saves them from having to think back and remember every detail afterward, and it leads to more accurate documentation. We also had an issue with the global search being too broad, without the ability to filter out things we weren’t looking for, but that has been fixed as well. PM documentation is the biggest benefit. We didn’t track PMs the way we do now, and it’s likely saving us a lot of money. Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. Report customization options are too few, can’t adjust layouts to match local German audit forms. Bulk editing reconciliations runs sluggishly. It lacks native connection to our internal file server, so I manually upload all supporting documents monthly. We previously handled all closing work via scattered Excel sheets. FloQast consolidates all closing procedures into one platform, unifies team task tracking and provides traceable audit materials. One thing I dislike about Mekari Jurnal is the live chat feature with customer service. When using this feature, users need to manually close the chat window, which can be inconvenient. In my opinion, it would be better if the chat feature were designed as a floating pop-up on the web page or integrated into a dedicated menu within the dashboard, making it more accessible and user-friendly. The various automated features for creating journal entries and calculating depreciation are very beneficial to me, as they significantly improve the efficiency of my work and save a considerable amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes in the Fleet View menu, when I’m looking at a specific truck and click the back button, it takes me to the Fleet View - Vehicles page instead of Fleet View - Live. This was a bit confusing when I first started using Motive, but I’ve gotten used to it now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s hard to pick just one feature, but as a fleet manager, it’s crucial for me to be able to view a truck's trip history, and of course, the video footage. Thanks to the cameras, I can review recordings to understand what happened during an incident or in any situation where information from the driver isn't enough. The fuel level feature has also helped me out more than once, and being able to check truck fault codes helps clear up a lot of details. I’d say these are the tools I use daily, and they give me the highest efficiency. Additionally, I integrate the Motive API into our internal software. DualEntry has no native CRA-compliant tax templates for Canadian corporate filings, forcing us to export ledgers and manually adjust figures for T2 tax returns. It does not support guaranteed Canada-based data residency, creating PIPEDA compliance risks when storing sensitive client financial records. Native integrations with popular Canadian tax-prep tools are missing, and their support team has limited practical understanding of Canadian tax-code requirements. Since it lacks Entra-ID single sign-on, we manage team access separately. We still manually cross-check outputs to meet CRA reporting and PIPEDA requirements. Compliance-related configuration was a challenge with no built-in Canadian-tax-specific settings, necessitating custom internal workflows for CRA reporting and PIPEDA client-data safeguards. While Refrens is quite easy to use, some of the more advanced accounting and reporting features could be improved. There could also be more customization options for invoices and reports. Refrens helps us simplify and centralize our invoicing, estimates, payment tracking, and basic accounting workflows. Previously, a lot of this involved spreadsheets and manual follow-ups, which took time and made it harder to keep everything organized.

I maybe have some reservations about how the reports are currently being presented. It would be beneficial if there were improvements in the presentation of reports, particularly with the inclusion of tutorials or features that cater to specific needs such as manufacturing accounts.
