There are a few system quirks that can be quite troublesome, and I found that Intuit support was not very effective in resolving them. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

- Only thing I can think of is that you need to create crypto gain/loss accounts in QBO because, as a result of QBO, they cant value transactions in USDC. We arent trading, we're an operating entity, but having the ability to categorise (based on your QBO chart of accounts) and then natively sync to QBO is super helpful. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address.
