"Supremely easy"
What do you like best about UpKeep?

Very intuitive. From the get-go, it's very easy to navigate. Other CMMS systems I've used in the past, both in Military/Aviation as well as service shop programs, always had a massive learning curve. You had to keep cheat sheets until you memorized everything with the old databases/CMMS programs I've used. My first day of training, I was basically a pro after about an hour. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

There are a few things that I feel could be streamlined. For instance, when I need to print or save a Work Order. I open the work order, then I click print, then it brings up another window, and you have to export it, save it, and either print it from there or email it. Then when you're done, you have to close like three or four windows to be able to access another Work Order on that same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Day vs Night"
What do you like best about UpKeep?

This has been day vs night compared to our prior CMMS software. I love the easy to navigate user interface. The mobile app has been extremely handy to use. Vs our other software we used prior to this, i love that i can quickly interact with an actual human being for customer support!

I feel as a team we've been able to keep track of things much better, and once we've been using this for awhile i feel it will prove to be extremely beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Honestly nothing yet...I've been extremely happy with the transfer to UpKeep and i feel the team over there is always open to feedback if any issues do arise.

What do you like best about UpKeep?

I appreciate using UpKeep to manage tenant complaints effectively, as it provides a centralized platform where everyone can easily see the status of various issues. Previously, coordinating through emails required contacting multiple individuals, which was cumbersome. I love the comprehensive data and reports available at the end of each week, which help me assess what worked well and what didn't. Using UpKeep's analytics, I can track technician performance, see how many complaints they attended to, assess the amount of time taken, and organize tasks more efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and well-received by everyone, reflecting ease of use that enhances overall adoption. I value the platform’s well-thought-out design, which facilitates smoother operations and offers clarity into maintenance processes, thus significantly improving workflow management. The tool has allowed us to track and report on our service tickets (both proactive and reactive) in real-time, and in a much more manageable way - allowing for greater visibility into common recurring issues and address them before they become significant problems. What do you like best about UpKeep?

I love UpKeep for its ease of use, which is crucial with multiple departments using it to generate work orders. It ensures that the process is straightforward and prevents any confusion among users. Being able to organize work orders efficiently helps keep track of details like who, what, and where, which is of great importance. The customer support has been incredible from the start, providing amazing assistance as we set up the system, which boosted our confidence and comfort, knowing that help is readily available. The software has effectively helped us track completed work orders in detail and maintain accurate inventory levels. Although inputting information was initially time-consuming, it turned out to be entirely worthwhile, contributing to our smooth operations. UpKeep has become an essential tool in our daily operations. The interface is clean, intuitive, and visually well-designed, making it easy to access and review all key maintenance and equipment information. Implementation was straightforward, and our team quickly adapted to the system with minimal training.

We use UpKeep frequently across departments for managing stock reports, technician updates, and detailed equipment listings. The new voice-to-text note feature has streamlined documentation and improved communication in the field.

Customer support has also been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions. What do you like best about UpKeep?

UpKeep has been an outstanding tool for helping us stay on top of our assets and ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule. The setup process is simple and intuitive—especially with their built-in AI features.

One of my favorite aspects is the triggered work orders feature, which automatically generates work orders in real time. This makes maintenance management seamless and responsive. UpKeep also empowers our team to self-monitor their tasks and stay focused on completion rates, which in turn gives management valuable insights for performance reviews.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

While UpKeep is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The per-user pricing model can be limiting for larger teams, and it would be helpful to offer more flexibility or tiered options. Additionally, view-only users could benefit from expanded permissions to enhance visibility and collaboration without requiring full licenses.

We’d also love to see further development of UpKeep’s Edge tools, with expanded capabilities for tracking temperature, flow, and pressure measurements. Finally, it would be valuable if their EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) solution integrated better with guest-facing documentation, such as incident or injury/illness reporting forms. What do you like best about UpKeep?

Upkeep allows our team to organize, calendar, and document requests and subsequent work with minimal effort. Our team is able to show our larger organization what we are doing "behind the scenes". Upkeep stores all of the information in one place so that if we have a similar issue in the future, we can easily find how to fix the issue and how often the issue presents itself. Our techs love the simplicity of the app! If we ever have any issues, customer support is quick to respond, normally having a solution within 10 to 20 minutes. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Our team looked at switching to another CMMS, purely because of the price. We trialed another program and let one of our main techs trial it as well. Within a day he very directly expressed how he thought it would be a bad decision to switch to the other program. He preferred Upkeep and viewed it as worth the cost. We could spend less money, but if the product was not used it would be to no benefit. We stuck with Upkeep because it is worth its cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UpKeep?

Upkeep has proven to be an asset to our team, the reporting to members that allows accuracy and precise details pertaining to the conditions, upkeep and home maintenance. It allows for quality checks on purchases and team use. Our Representative Diego is amazing; he is responsive and displays genuine care for your needs and prioritizes our concerns when brought to his attention.

The system is easy to utilize and user friendly. Creating and implementing systems is easy and when not certain Diego is always able to assist.
