I find Cryotos incredibly easy to use, which is a major advantage in managing my reports efficiently. I find it frustrating that when I press 'submit', there is sometimes no response from the system, which interrupts the workflow. Additionally, it would be more efficient if the software allowed for easier editing of calibration data specifically, while keeping other fixed information intact, since we frequently calibrate equipment and need to update reports without changing all details. I used Cryotos CMMS for raising maintenance request to our IT teams, like software update request, driver setup, cloud installation and so on! Once it is created, our IT Team will address the request and I could track it in real-time. Our maintenance process was streamlined, tracked in real-time, and closes the ticket on-time! The product has turned out to be lot buggier with editions of workflows super tough.

The product releases are very incomplete though they are in a nascent stage for trivial use cases we have to reach out to their Customer Success Team.

Support system are quite broken though they are actively taking customer queries. Resolution is getting delayed as they have onboarded several customer customers.

The product has bugs in iOS platform workflows are not having the same functionality in the andriod.

Improvements are addition of new features are not at a faster scale, the current product is similar to what they launched few years before.

User requests are not entertained for addition of new features

Easy to use Ticketing System is the good point in Cryotos. Easy to learn. Easy to Teach everyone about it. PC and Android integration is the very good part. Implementation is good in Cryotos we can implement on every IT enviournment. Customer support is good and supportive in Case of Application downtime. We use this app frequently. There are very least things that i dislike about cryotos. But one thing is very annoying which is asset management. Suppose we have 3 Different Locations and this application does not show you only single location. It shows you all the assets in all location. This is a digital tool that makes the integration between SAP and our maintenance schedules so seamless, all are transparent, hassle free compared to SAP regular methods. we can digitally analyze the cell wise machine wise performance, that is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i have already explored the possibilities of using NFC in Cryotos, but in my opinion, adding the facility to scan a QR code, that may contain asset code of the specified machine, and it will immediately open the meter reading input forms. the same should allow me to view the PM history also.
