What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I think i mostly use that super fast way to ask a customer something. That has been very helpful since we have gotten our ratings and engagement to go up. I am sitting here semi- dazed on my couch but i can still bring up all the reviews from google, facebook etc., all in the same place. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

One negative review comes in and bam, the ratings drop instantly. Then you get eight 5 star reviews in a row and it will take a month or two for the numbers to move even an inch. When i brought it up to sprout they just sort of shrugged. Also, the reporting area is kind of a maze. There is no search bar. You click through arrows until you hopefully find the correct report. What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before i used sprout, i had to check each website individually to view my reviews. Which was stupid. Now all of my reviews route to one dashboard and i can respond without switching apps. What do you like best about SOCi?

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. Sometimes though when you upload a photo on Instagram you can manipulate the photo size like on the app so sometimes I have to post directly from Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We use Hootsuite now after using Sprout Social for several years. We've found that Hootsuite allows our team to manage workload easier by having the ability to cross-post to nearly all platforms at one time for each of our clients. Also, managing private messages and comments takes less time from our team members each day, including Hootsuite's ability to filter and automate responses to certain types of messages. What I have been most impressed with in the past is Hootsuite's customer account team and implementation processes, although it has not been as helpful as of recent. We have had dedicated people in the past that were always there when we need them and were very helpful when we come across issues. We use Hootsuite every single day, at all hours of the day to manage content publishing. It is very easy to train employees to use. With our plan, we can integrate as many social media accounts as we need into Hootsuite. We also love the reporting and analytics tools, as it can separate organic posts vs paid/sponsored posts. I love being able to customize my reports and format it to fit each client's needs to show the most powerful data and results that make an impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

1. Facebook sharing

2. Filtering out/Removing spam and malicious links in comments/messages (also reporting spam/banning user)

3. Change cover photos/profile pictures

4. A big one: white-labeling reports. We can have our logo, yet they still all show Hootsuite on them.

5. We can't see or respond to Facebook reviews!

6. Boosting and promoting has a lot of issues to where it shows successfully boosted/promoted yet later we find it never went through to Meta, yet shows boosted in Hootsuite. This is causing us more time with budgeting and confirming spends are live.

7. The app has a lot of bugs. The notifications do not load on any of our team's devices even with troubleshooting through the Support team.

8. Several of the reports will show varying data even with the same dates for the same post whether paid or organic. Some of the numbers do not add up to be accurate between reports.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Posting on multiple platforms for each client. We don't have to sign in and out of every single account to make posts, so we can schedule ahead and even promote the ad all in one step. This saves our team members so much time to be able to give extra support in other areas for our clients. Our clients also love the easy to understand and custom reports we give them each month from Hootsuite. This saves us again from going into each account and platform to pull analytics one by one. I wish Birdeye had the ability to send out "texting blasts" for marketing purposes. Also, I do wish Birdeye was able to make more of a "profile" for all contacts. What do you like best about Vista Social?

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything.

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I wish it had more features per platform for customization. I'm guessing due to the platforms themselves (meta business suite struggles with this) things like location aren't always something you can add to the post. Being able to add location definitely helps target the posts more, but I'm still seeing good results. First of all, the product is a great product. The very best I have found for this type of program. As well as having a great product, the customer service is second to none. I purchase several years ago and for some unknown reason I deleted the account. I must have been on drugs, but I never used drugs. When I got in touch with Story Chief support and gave them a copy of my receipt, they immediately sent me a link to register again. Everything is clearly laid out, and even someone new to social media analytics would find it easy to navigate.

The ease of implementation was another standout for me. I didn’t need IT support or hours of tutorials. Within just a couple of clicks, I had it integrated with our existing tools, and it fit seamlessly into our workflow.

What I love most is the number of features it offers. From tracking mentions and analyzing sentiment to keeping tabs on competitors, it’s like having a Swiss Army knife for social media listening. And the cherry on top? Their customer support team. They’re not just responsive—they’re genuinely helpful and make you feel like a priority, even for smaller issues. What do you dislike about Determ?

If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

What problems is Determ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Determ has made a huge difference in how I monitor brand sentiment, competitors, and audience engagement. Before using it, I spent hours manually searching for trends and mentions, and I still worried I was missing something. Now, Determ does all of that for me in real time.

One specific example: During a product launch earlier this year, Determ alerted me to a surge of mentions about a feature we hadn’t emphasized enough in our campaign. Thanks to those insights, we were able to adjust our messaging on the same day, leading to better engagement and more positive feedback from customers.

In terms of frequency of use, I use Determ multiple times a day—it’s an essential part of my daily workflow. Nothing in particular really jumps out to me when asked this question other than the price does get quite high when managing a large volume of accounts since it is by social connections instead of groups. for instance I manage the socials of 16 restaurants and that translates to 48 licenses when you each has a tik tok, instagram, and facebook page. What do you like best about Cloud Campaign?

I can schedule a month's worth of posts for 5 different properties in under 4 hours. I also love the Google Drive integration and how it automatically pulls new images into the software from the drive, as I add them. What do you like best about NiceJob?

NiceJob is easily one of the best tools for our company. The number one thing we love about them is their customer service. We're connected to a live person immediately, and they are always knowledgeable and friendly. This goes a long way for us! Of course, the ability to get regular reviews from our clients is equally important. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. We now have a perfect 5.0 rating, with over 55 reviews from our clients, in a matter of a few short weeks. This product is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NiceJob?

The only thing that we dislike about NiceJob is the difficulty uploading clients to the database. It would be much easier to insert them one by one, rather than collecting them overtime on a spreadsheet, which must then be manually uploaded to their system. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?

NiceJob helps us to consistently get reviews from our clients. Despite our best efforts in-house, they just don't review us. NiceJob has the magic touch! What do you like best about Mentionlytics?

I really like how Mentionlytics helps me track posts across multiple platforms and channels during my campaigns, which is super helpful. It's great that I can not only see how many posts went live but also access detailed insights on likes, engagement, and interactions on comments. These insights help me understand what works and what doesn't, so I can decide what to focus on or discontinue. It also gives me a record of the campaign's overall performance and engagement across different channels. What do you dislike about Mentionlytics?

I feel like the dashboard can be more pleasant to the eye. It's not as cognizant as it could be unless we use many colors. I prefer a more minimal design and more monotone because there's way too many colors and different things happening on the dashboard. A uniform color code or design would work better for me. What do you like best about Synup?

Very easy to use. Once it's set up, it runs on auto-pilot. T

-The AI review responder sounds very natural and friendly, and even responds to details from the review itself (IE: if a client's pet name is mentioned, the review response mentions the pet name).

- Directory Listings have been very easy to manage and review

- Keyword heat map is great

- Customer support is responsive & helpful

- AI generated content is easy to use

- One dashboard for social posting & GBP posts are very easy to use

What do you dislike about Synup?

My only 1 issue, which was resolved, was that I had a hard time connecting one of my business's FB account to the Synup dashboard, as if the software couldn't recognize multiple businesses connected to the FB admin.
