The only other thing I haven’t loved is that, when we were interested in adding mass texting capabilities, we discovered our initial integration wasn’t sufficient. We tried to update our integration using an SFTP file transfer; however, there wasn’t a quick or simple way to filter the necessary data from our software into the correct format to support further integration. We run a lot of niche campaigns so doing keyword research and getting recommendations on how we can expand the reach of content has been really helpful. It feels like not all mentions are being captured. Some very basic mentions seem to be missing from Facebook, X, website, or Instagram. Metrics are sometimes missing on captured mentions. The AI insights also aren’t great; they definitely read like AI slop. ChatGPT does a much better job analyzing and coming up with insights just by reading the exported Excel file. Reporting to clients has been very straightforward. I can build custom reports with an automation script using the exported Excel reports, and overall the workflow works well. The tool I used before stopped including X mentions in its Excel reports altogether, and its custom PDF reports weren’t tailored to what I needed, so it ultimately became a useless tool with a heavy price tag. This one has definitely given me more room to work across different projects and keywords, since the limits feel very reasonable for the price plus I'm saving time every morning. From my experience, Kontentino seems to work a little better in Chromium-based browsers than in Firefox, and very occasionally I get logged out for no obvious reason.
