What do you like best about Birdeye?

The Birdeye interface is user-friendly, and navigating through the interface is straightforward, for the most part. Our team at our 11 transmission shops has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 200%. Birdeye's leadership / customer service team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended, if possible. The AI options are wonderful as it provides really cool options, and are extremely user-friendly! Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

We send out text review requests daily!

Each of our 11 locations has its own requirements, and most already use software with overlapping features—so we don’t use every option provided. Birdeye stays on the cutting edge of adding new features continuously. If you don't have time to keep up with online Marketing, Birdeye fills that void quite a bit by offering add-ons that make reporting and marketing easier to manage! What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The AI review response suggestions can be improved by adding in keyword phrases to assist with 'Google Juice', and adding the city within the response. Example "Our transmission shop in Memphis TN."

The "Listings AI" is 85% ineffective for our business. We are not an 'auto repair shop' and most of the suggestions are not related to our business.

The 'reports' feature is confusing - esp. the section that shows the number of email messages sent - this number is always off for our company. There are too many columns and they are labeled in a very confusing way. Perhaps 'renaming' more of the columns so they are user-friendly would help. I often have to reach out to customer service as the column names are truly indicative of what stat they are providing (to me).

IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews, without paying, it would be nice! We don't get enough Yelp reviews to pay -and- most Yelpers are complainers, so we don't want more Yelp reviews!

The Google Business Profile "Ask for Directions" stats should truly not be displayed as this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business. No one has ever showed up at my door, yet ~48 people ask for directions each month, per Google. Wildly inaccurate! Please delete this from your stats - it makes me question other stats when I see this and know that no one has ever knocked on my door!

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Birdeye, our General Managers and front desk staff rarely made it a priority to request reviews, no matter how often we encouraged them. Since investing in this software, the owner now requires everyone to use it consistently. Collecting reviews on a regular basis has not only enhanced our reputation but also helped us remain competitive, especially during slower times. We hope that the positive feedback we've accumulated will encourage new prospects to choose our business.

From the Admin area, I can monitor which of our 11 shops are sending out emails, but I struggle to get them to also request customers' email addresses. I believe this could improve our chances of receiving more reviews. Despite my monthly reminders, only two shops consistently ask for email addresses. The others say customers are concerned about receiving too many emails, even though I explain that Birdeye only sends a single reminder if a review hasn't been left. I wonder if adding some 'helper text' in the email reminder, reassuring customers that they will only receive one email, might help. Any advice or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone considered using helper text for this purpose?

Our leadership and customer service team at Birdeye always provide excellent tips and recommendations whenever I reach out. They are fantastic—very responsive and helpful! If I request it, they send emails with screenshots and always offer to set up a call for further clarification.

The AI responses are outstanding! I use them and make adjustments as needed, but when I'm experiencing 'brain fog,' the responses are incredibly helpful and offer a variety of options, which I really appreciate. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One new thing I really like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the AI-powered content and campaign recommendations. It actually analyzes audience behaviour and suggests the best content, subject lines and sending time for each campaign. This makes it much easier to optimise performance without guessing.

Another feature I appreciate is the improved multi-touch attribution reporting. It clearly shows which channels, ads and touchpoints contributed the most in converting a lead, which helps us make smarter budget decisions.

Along with that, the WhatsApp integration for automated workflows is also very useful. We can now nurture and respond to leads instantly through WhatsApp without switching platforms.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. What do you dislike about Determ?

If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

First of all, the product is a great product. The very best I have found for this type of program. As well as having a great product, the customer service is second to none. I purchase several years ago and for some unknown reason I deleted the account. I must have been on drugs, but I never used drugs. When I got in touch with Story Chief support and gave them a copy of my receipt, they immediately sent me a link to register again. Planable has become an essential part of my workflow as a freelance digital marketer. The Campaigns feature is a standout as it pulls every piece of a campaign into one clear, strategic view and makes reporting simple with built-in analytics. Scheduling content, collaborating with clients, and getting approvals is fast and intuitive, and the visual editor keeps everything organized. This is especially handy given Planable enables me to share and get approval for content outside of social media, including blog content, emails and newsletters, press releases, and more. What do you dislike about Planable?

Planable generally doesn’t include deep social listening or advanced sentiment monitoring (tracking mentions across the web), which some larger enterprises might want. Pricing is also another factor. Pricing is per workspace or client/brand. Analytics and engagement are separate add-ons on top of the base price per workspace. Overall still a good value; just depends on your use case and number of workspaces required. NiceJob is easily one of the best tools for our company. The number one thing we love about them is their customer service. We're connected to a live person immediately, and they are always knowledgeable and friendly. This goes a long way for us! Of course, the ability to get regular reviews from our clients is equally important. Due to an unfortunate incident before we began using NiceJob, years worth of reviews were wiped from our Google listing. Thanks to this company, we were able to begin building them back immediately. The only thing that we dislike about NiceJob is the difficulty uploading clients to the database. It would be much easier to insert them one by one, rather than collecting them overtime on a spreadsheet, which must then be manually uploaded to their system.
