I use Xero for my freelance graphic design business, and it’s made invoicing and payments much easier to manage. I create and send invoices directly from Xero and let clients pay through PayPal, which works well for my workflow. When payments come in, I reconcile them against invoices and keep everything organized in one place. I also track my software subscriptions and run basic reports to see where I stand each month. It seems to me that Sage Intacct has many tools and functionalities. We switched to Sage Intacct because it has too many functionalities. While some things may be lacking, it makes up for it with many other functionalities and add-ons that the application has. It helps us a lot in the accounting area when it comes to recording, modifying, and adjusting invoices, as well as in the automated calculation of taxes and the download of complete reports. Additionally, the connection with other applications, like Rippling, allows us to synchronize transactions with corporate credit cards. I also value the greater customization option that Sage Intacct offers to create specific and detailed reports, something we didn't have with our previous software, QuickBooks. Teampay is software that helps modern businesses request, approve and track purchasing in real-time.
Also listed in Expense Management, Purchasing, Procure to Pay

I love that Teampay integrates with our accounting software QuickBooks and keeps a log of all the requests I've made and those that have been approved. I can quickly send a message to my supervisor if something hasn't been approved, explaining the item, and I can attach documentation to support my request. It also allows me to export all my transactions to an Excel sheet, making budget reconciliation easier at the end of the year. The ability to integrate with QuickBooks and export to Excel really makes my life easier and probably cuts my work in half. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that NetSuite is very easy to customize. You can hire a consultant to customize the system or write a script, and the system can be expanded or tailored based on different business needs, making it almost like a bespoke system for any business. It's also very easy to use and understand. Being a 100% cloud-based system is a great benefit, especially since we have people working across the globe and it allows us to see data in real-time without waiting for transactions to process. So, yeah, it's a great benefit to have such an easy-to-customize and fast cloud-based system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have journals that I sell during my courses, and Square Point of Sale makes it easy to accept multiple forms of payment. I like that it works on phones and tablets because I carry both with me. It also allows me to set up multiple ways to pay, using both a tablet and a phone, meaning there's no limit to where I can go and use Square, making it simple for people to purchase from me even if they don't have cash. The setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i really like about the shopify POS is how simple and easy it is to use. You dont need much training to get started, and everything feels quite intuitive. The best part is how smoothly it connects with the online store, so managing products and orders in one place becomes super convenient. I also like how fast the checkout process is and how everything stays synced in real time, like inventory and customer data. It saves a lot of effort and makes daily operations much easier, especially if you are handling both online and offline sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kosh.ai is a software platform that automates finance reconciliation and operations from any source in real time.

Prior to Kosh, we were manually reconciling finance transactions. Given our scale of operations, it was quite a tedious task. Using Kosh we have completely automated the reconciliation process but have also improved the other related workflows. The platform is quite configurable. The Kosh team has been very responsive in addressing any changes in our workflows. They anyway did a great job during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Switching to Campfire from Netsuite has been an absolute game-changer. As a CFO running a multi-currency, multi-legal entity operation, I’ve dealt with clunky, frustrating accounting software before. Campfire? A totally different story.
This platform is a dream—it’s intuitive, fast, and actually fun to use. I used to dread logging into my old system, but now? I look forward to it. Campfire helps us get more done with fewer headaches, and that’s everything in today’s “do-more-with-less” world.
Even better, Campfire is a new player in the space, and they’re already shaking things up. They’re releasing new features weekly (seriously, the pace is wild), and the product road map has me genuinely excited for what’s next. It’s clear they’re building this for the long haul, and I’m here for it.
Shoutout to Justin from customer success—this guy is a rockstar! His support is so good it makes other companies’ “white-glove service” look like amateur hour. Whether it’s the migration (they did everything for me!) , setup, or random questions, he’s been there every step of the way.
If you’re thinking about switching, stop thinking and just do it. Campfire is next-level awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli is the only finance operations platform centered on AP.

Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. With Stampli, all of the invoices pending approval are in one place and easy to review and approve, or provide feedback when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
