Square has transformed the way that we do onsite sales. We started with one square device to take on tuition payments at our front office. We now have 5 devices and use them for our Student Store, Concession Stand, Fees, Game Day Ticket Sales, etc. We will likely move to online purchasing at some point. I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. {"I am extremely disappointed with Emburse Expense Professional. The software looks outdated, as if it was built in 2006 with only minimal UI changes since then. I find this embarrassing for a billion-dollar company to have such a product on the market.","The sales process was misleading, and the claims made by the salesperson were untrue. This has left me feeling deceived by the company.","The software is expensive, at $3,000 a year for just 15 people, which I find crazy.","The setup process was challenging, primarily because the salespeople rushed us. Importing data proved to be a significant pain.","There was an inability to connect with Chase credit cards, despite being assured beforehand that it would work. This was a major issue since they suggested we get different cards instead of resolving the problem.","The software was ineffective and solved none of our expense management issues. It added more time to our workflows, ultimately slowing everyone down.","The user interface is poorly designed and feels like complete trash. Acumatica offers a wide range of features and capabilities that are very user-friendly. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the flexibility to assign various levels of access to different users within our organization. This has made a significant difference, as it allows our operations team to access the information they need for their projects directly in Acumatica, without having to rely on the accounting team for assistance. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

It can be a bit clunky at times, and to get any customization/changes done on the system can be a bit challenging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

The approval mapping feature has saved us a significant amount of time and energy, especially since our structure is quite complex with various projects and subaccounts. With Acumatica, AP items are sent directly to the appropriate approving manager, who can easily access all the information needed to review and approve them.
