“Efficient Field Service Management, Complex Setup”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I really like the scheduling and dispatching functionality of Agentforce Field Service. It makes it easier to assign the right technician to a job based on availability and requirements. Having work orders, customer details, and service information in one place simplifies managing day-to-day field operations. The centralized view of service activities helps us assign the right resources efficiently and ensures that customer, asset, and service information is connected, which makes it easier for our field teams to complete service work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I find the initial setup challenging for complex scheduling rules involving multiple technician skills, availability rules, and service requirements, as it can take some time to configure everything correctly. Pricing is another area that can be a consideration for larger teams, especially when additional users and AI capabilities are needed. I think more flexible pricing options for different team sizes would make it easier to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Agentforce Field Service to streamline scheduling and dispatching, reduce manual effort, prevent scheduling conflicts, and keep work orders, technician availability, and customer info connected. It centralizes service activities, improving overall coordination and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobber?

Jobber helps automate our schedule - which is quite busy. I love the professional quoting, followups and email/text reminders. The invoicing has been a time saver as well Customer service is great - even the AI CS has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

All CRM's aren't created equal, and there is always going to be something aout a CRM that doesn't exactly fit your companies needs. Jobber is as close as it gets. I'd like to see batch invoicing, batch deleting of old jobs, and better reports when it comes to comparing last years numbers. Being able to separate out our recurring, one-time and seasonal work is ok with the tag system, but I still have to go to each clients account and manually type in a tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping our schedule straight, streamlining quotes and invoicing. Auto pay options for payments. Credit card fees are high everywhere, so no getting around those, but clients love the option to pay online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Strong Support For Service Sales And Maintenance Account Planning”
What do you like best about Zapium?

Zapium helps me connect customer service requirements with commercial follow-up. When a service visit, inspection, breakdown observation, or maintenance recommendation is recorded, I can use that information to plan the next discussion with the customer. It gives better context for proposing maintenance work, spare replacement, additional service visits, or long-term support contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapium?

The sales view can be improved with more account-level summaries, such as open service recommendations, quotation stage, expected closure month, and customer-wise maintenance potential in one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zapium helps convert service information into structured sales action. Instead of depending only on memory, calls, or scattered notes, I can refer to actual service records and inspection observations while following up with customers. This improves the quality of maintenance discussions, makes proposals more relevant, and helps account managers coordinate better with service and operations teams. “Handled ~800 signed event waivers in one weekend”
What do you like best about Jotform?

We needed e-sign liability waivers for a company racing event on short notice. I built two signature-heavy forms (per-clause initials, driver's license and insurance fields, emergency contacts, conditional logic) the day before the event and collected roughly 800 signed documents in about 72 hours without the product breaking a sweat. The builder is fast and intuitive, Jotform Sign handled legally-worded agreements better than I expected, and every submission showed up in Jotform Tables in real time so our staff could check people in at the gate from a phone. When we outgrew our plan mid-event, upgrading took two minutes and the limits lifted instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

The plan limits on signed documents are easy to underestimate. Bronze includes 100 signed docs a month, which we burned through within hours on day one, and the warning emails threatening to disable our documents landed mid-event, so the jump from the $39 tier to the $129 Gold tier felt forced rather than chosen. A pay-as-you-go signature add-on would fit spiky, event-style usage much better. Minor gripe: the volume of marketing and upsell emails after signup is heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to get assumption-of-risk waivers and release agreements signed by every attendee at a large company event, plus a stricter agreement for drivers where we verified age, driver's license, and insurance details. Paper would have been a check-in nightmare, and dedicated e-sign tools get expensive fast at that volume. With Jotform one person spun up both agreements in a day, attendees signed from their phones before arriving, and staff used the submissions in Tables to verify licenses and insurance during check-in. Around 800 signed documents collected over one weekend with zero lost paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Field Nation provides quick access to a plethora of trained professionals that allows companies like ours to expand our footprint to nationwide status in support of our customers. Customers like the option of having a single source vendor to reach out to in a time of need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Nation?

I really do not have any complaints about Field Nation. I have only had one issue where I had to go to support since the provider we selected replaced himself with an alternate who had a much lower rating but I called support and we resolved it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customers who have planned and unplanned events that require talent in areas where they do not have a physical presence. The planned events are easy as we have the time to source, vet and engage a Field Nation professional with time to plan, communicate and execute. The unplanned events are where it gets interesting and having access to the expansive network of technicians allows us to become the hero. For example, this past Sunday I received a call from one of my customers that they needed remote hands support for a Fortinet upgrade that had not been successful and in one hour I had engaged a Field Nation technician who arrived on site Monday morning at 9AM CST and by 10AM, the issue was resolved and my customer and theirs were completely satisfied. Field Nation allows us to resolves these issues without having to fly anyone to the customer site which minimizes the cost of doing business quickly, efficiently and effectively. “Modern, Intuitive Platform for QA Management”
What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

ServiceNow has been a very crucial part of my professional journey. I've been using ServiceNow for almost six years everyday to create test plans, manage test cases, log and track defects.

What I like most about ServiceNow Field Service Management is that it provides a easy, modern and intuitive user interface making users to navigate and update efficiently and also how it centralizes the entire testing and defect management process. It makes collaboration with developers, product owners much smoother by providing clear visibility into test execution, defect status and project progress

In my experience, ServiceNow integrates well with other tools like automation tools and CI/CD pipelines allowing teams to track defects, incidents, and test execution from a single platform. It improves traceability and helps stay aligned in the release process

From a QA perspective, I've always appreciated its performance and reliability, even when multiple users work simultaneously. It helps teams stay productive with minimal delay

I believe ServiceNow offers strong value for organizations because it brings testing, defect management and service operations on a single platform.

Another strength is its onboarding experience and support, the documentation, knowledge base, and community resources make it easier for new users to get started.

Finally, about ServiceNow AI capabilities, like the AI-powered search, intelligent recommendations, predictive insights, and virtual agents. This features help automate repetitive tasks, improve decision making and enhance productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

If I had to mention one thing I dislike it would be that because it is feature-rich platform, it can feel a bit complex for new users. There can a learning curve when navigating different modules, workflow and configurations. Some customizations and integrations require technical expertise which can increase implementation time.

Once the users are familiar with the platform and proper processes, these challenges become much easier to manage. In my experience, the benefits in terms of efficiency, collaboration and automation far outweigh these initial challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

My primary use of ServiceNow has been for creating test plans, managing test cases, and logging defects over the past six years. The biggest problem ServiceNow solves for me is centralizing the entire QA process in one platform, instead of using multiple tools or sheets, which improves traceability and collaboration across the team.

It has benefited me by making it easier to manage testing activities, monitor defect status, track progress, and communicate effectively with developers and product owners. Having a single source of truth has helped reduce manual effort, improve productivity and ensure that testing is well organized throughout the SDLC. Overall, ServiceNow has made my day yo day QA activities much more efficient and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Time-Saving Visual Tool for Territory Management”
What do you like best about Badger Maps?

What I like most is the nice visual of the map. I like being able to set places, search by liposuction or cosmetic surgery, and look at a visualization on a map. It saves me time because instead of going on to Google and looking for a certain area, Badger Maps eliminates that extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Badger Maps?

I would usually have a hard time with the platform and the ease of being able to list those out if I'm in an area. I would like it better if when I'm in an area, Badger Maps could just tell me everyone around who does cosmetic surgery or liposuction. If it could populate that into a quick list based on the specific zip code in order, that would be helpful. So I could go from Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3 in a list on that day. I also really need the ability to weed out any reconstructive plastic surgeons or plastic surgeons owned by a hospital system or a larger health system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Badger Maps helps me find new practices or doctors doing liposuction, saving me time by eliminating manual searches on Google. I like its visual map and the ability to search by specific procedures like liposuction or cosmetic surgery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“XOI is a Versatile and Customizable tool.”
What do you like best about XOi?

The ability to show our customers every aspect of their system through detailed workflows, videos, pictures, and plenty of supporting details has the biggest impact. It helps clearly explain why we’re recommending specific improvements and enhancements. We also use XOI workflows internally for oversight, parts ordering and receiving, vehicle inspections, and system surveys for new equipment. The equipment capture and the databases we create are extremely useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XOi?

The Virtual Mentor Center has both pros and cons. Virtual troubleshooting can lead to great advice, but it can also result in a completely wrong diagnosis because it depends heavily on the information my field team provides. The initial setup was also time-consuming, since creating and adjusting workflows requires fully manual input, and we often need to make changes after getting feedback from team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use XOi to reduce paper use while documenting service calls and maintenance more effectively. It’s customizable, making it easier to manage equipment data so we can reliably track service history and identify equipment replacement needs without hassle. It is a great tool for verifying completed work and for interacting with clients when they have questions after physical site visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The Complete All-in-One Solution for Field Operations”
What do you like best about MobiWork?

One of the things I've appreciated most about working with MobiWork is how receptive their team is to customer feedback. Whenever we've identified a need or an opportunity to improve the platform, they've been willing to listen, collaborate, and work toward a solution rather than simply saying it can't be done.

For our business, we needed an all-in-one solution to manage projects from the field through accounting. One of our biggest challenges was tracking work in progress (WIP), budgets, and installed quantities in a way that gave us real-time visibility. We brought that need to the MobiWork team, and they worked closely with us to develop and implement a Work in Progress feature that fit our workflow.

As a result, we can now track project budgets, installed quantities, and overall progress in one centralized location. Having everything tied together has significantly improved our visibility into project performance, reduced the need for spreadsheets and manual tracking, and given our team better information to make decisions throughout the life of a project.

It's refreshing to work with a software company that treats its customers like partners and is genuinely invested in building features that solve real operational challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

My biggest challenge is finding enough time to fully explore and implement all of the features MobiWork offers. I know we're only using a portion of its capabilities. The support team is always quick to respond and help resolve any issues, which makes implementing new features much easier. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the search functionality to make finding information, projects, and records faster and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

MobiWork is truly a one-stop solution for our business. From time tracking and dispatching to estimating, project management, and billing, it brings everything together in one platform. “Route4Me Makes Route Planning and Optimization, and Real-Time Driver Tracking Effortless”
What do you like best about Route4Me?

Route4Me has become an indispensable tool for our organization. It lets me create optimized routes, view the key information I need from my drivers, and track their progress in real time. Being able to see exactly where they are on the route also makes it easy to reach out with updates or questions whenever needed. I also love the recurring routes capabilities, which allow me to set up the same routes months in advance. I can set them to publish so I can refine them before the next time the driver accesses their route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route4Me?

Sometimes, running reports isn’t the most intuitive process. Also, I wish that changes made in the address book automatically flowed to the routes and recurring routes. With a multistep process, things are sometimes missed. Pin colors for stops are another challenge. When I add a stop to a route, I wish the pin would automatically match the other pin colors already routed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Route4Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We pick up from hundreds of destinations every month, which works well for me and makes it easy to plan routes. I also find the option to download spreadsheets and share that data with drivers very valuable. And the ability to set up recurring routes is a HUGE timesaver. It’s an easy-to-use platform with an intuitive UI. I’m able to build and design forms myself, and whenever I need support, the team is only an email or a Zoom call away from helping to resolve the issues at hand. We’re a £13 million turnover fencing company, and this platform has single-handedly revolutionised our business. For the monthly fee, and considering how well the system has integrated with our existing systems, the Appenate team—especially Charlie—have been key to our expansion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?

“Reliable, Low-Maintenance Route Optimisation That Pays for Itself”
What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

We run wholesale frozen fruit and food distribution across Victoria, so getting drivers to the right doors in the right order, within the right time windows, is the whole game. OptimoRoute has become one of those tools we genuinely don't have to think about, which is about the highest praise I can give a piece of software.

The interface is clean and gets out of your way. Planning a day's routes is straightforward, and when we need to step in manually by dragging a stop or locking a sequence, it's easy enough that anyone on the team can pick it up without a long training curve. But the real value is in the optimisation itself. It juggles time windows, vehicle constraints and stop counts and hands back routes tighter than anything we'd build by hand. For time-sensitive deliveries that matters a lot. Fewer kilometres, less time on the road, exactly what we want.

It's also rock solid. We plan daily and it just works. I can't remember the last time it gave us grief, which is why it sits firmly in the "leave it alone" category of our stack. Part of that is how cleanly it slots into our workflow via the API, so orders flow through to routing without a lot of manual handling. It plays nicely with the rest of our systems rather than forcing us to bend around it.

On cost, it pays for itself comfortably. The savings in driver hours, fuel and kilometres more than cover it. (Tom, a rough figure on km or hours saved would make this land harder if you've got one.) And getting there was painless. Setup was smooth and support has been responsive the few times we've needed it. No drama, no chasing.

Overall, it's reliable, smart and low-maintenance. If you're running multi-stop delivery routing and want something that quietly earns its keep, it's an easy recommendation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptimoRoute?

Honestly there isn't a lot to fault. If I had to pick something, the reporting is a touch shallow when you want to dig into the numbers properly, and a few of the features we'd like sit on the pricier tiers. Neither is a dealbreaker, and neither has ever stopped us getting the day's routes out the door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OptimoRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem it solves for us is route planning at scale. We deliver frozen product to a lot of stops across Victoria every week, all with their own time windows, and building those routes by hand was slow and never as tight as it should be. OptimoRoute takes the order list and turns it into efficient, sequenced runs in minutes, which frees up time we used to lose to planning and gets the drivers out the door sooner.

The flow-on benefits are the ones that actually matter to the business. Tighter routes mean fewer kilometres and fewer driver hours, which keeps our delivery costs down. Hitting time windows reliably keeps customers happy and keeps a temperature-sensitive product moving rather than sitting in a warm truck longer than it needs to. And because the planning is largely hands-off now, it's one less thing the team has to babysit each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
