What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

It was easy to start using and did not require complicated setup. I use it regularly, and it fits well into my daily clinic workflow without making things complicated.

In my daily clinic work, there are many small things happening together like patient follow-ups, diet plan work, and staff coordination. It is easy for small tasks to get delayed when the day gets busy. Sometimes I had to check different places just to see what was pending.

What do you like best about Jobber?

I like that Jobber is really easy to use both on the computer in the office and on the field, which makes my work much easier. Especially in the field, it is very simple to use, and everything we need is right there. The clients can sign, we can bill, and they can pay on-site, all seamlessly. It's amazing how all the essential information is available, showing what needs to be done. The easy-to-use scheduling dashboard allows us to reassign technicians to tasks and reschedule customers effortlessly. I appreciate how we can set aside customers to be scheduled later without losing track of them. Invoicing is really easy too, with options to send off payments and remind customers via text messages and email confirmations, all integrated nicely. What do you dislike about Jobber?

The only thing I think is the maintenance agreement program. That needs to be honed in a little bit more. It can get confusing if you set it up as a recurring job. It should be a standalone process for just service agreements, so that our customers it's easy to navigate for them, and it's easy for us to know that there's a maintenance agreement customer that's due for service or needs to get their percentage discount as part of the membership. What do you like best about Jotform?

This platform is a do-it-all solution. First I set out to use it to collect basic information for intake/onboarding. Then I realized it could create PDFs from input as well. I have used it to replace a number of other different software options (including Adobe) since now I can build PDFs along a branded template right in Jotform. I felt like the product is excellent for the price, my only qualm is that I wish I could add a colleague to the account without needing an enterprise subscription. The UX can be a little tricky since there are so many options, and several of the options relate to different aspects of the same form/task - for example it's easy to accidentally switch between the form builder and the pdf editor. All that considered though, if you get lost, the AI builder is excellent at getting you back to where you wanted to go in the first place. The AI can even take a stab at building pretty accurate forms, and can answer questions about conditional logic/intent. There are tons of helpful integrations as well and I am looking forward to seeing how Claude can be used with the new integration to enhance overall performance of this tool with regards to my daily efficiency. What do you dislike about Jotform?

Very little honestly. Performance is excellent. As mentioned, I do think the only flaw is that there are so many features it's easy to get lost in a feature you weren't looking for - but that's opened my eyes to the platform's capabilities so realistically not a bad thing. For the free/inexpensive plans (I'm on the Silver plan) there's no real onboarding or account-based support team but the AI takes very good care of any questions you might have. What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform is replacing email back-and-forth conversations in trying to collect the correct onboarding documents from our customers, saving us hours in admin time. Now we're using it as a contract-builder, wherein we can input a few details and produce a fully consistent and compliant PDF document to just pop into Docusign for signature. The biggest win for me is having everything in one place. Before this, our job info was scattered across texts, notes, photos, and a couple of spreadsheets. With MotionOps, the crew finally sees the same details I see - job notes, pictures, schedules, all of it. It cuts down on the “what’s the address again?” calls during the day. I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it did take us some time to let go of our old habits. For me, not relying on at least five spreadsheets was a completely new experience. Scheduling and communication were our biggest headaches. Jobs would change last minute, and half the crew wouldn’t get the update. We also had issues with lost job notes and delayed invoicing because we had to chase down details after the fact.

Now everything is logged right away - hours, notes, photos - and I can invoice faster because I’m not guessing what actually happened on the job. The team shows up better prepared and we waste less time driving back to grab something we forgot. MotionOps just makes the day run tighter and saves me a ton of back and forth. What problems is Field Nation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have customers who have planned and unplanned events that require talent in areas where they do not have a physical presence. The planned events are easy as we have the time to source, vet and engage a Field Nation professional with time to plan, communicate and execute. The unplanned events are where it gets interesting and having access to the expansive network of technicians allows us to become the hero. For example, this past Sunday I received a call from one of my customers that they needed remote hands support for a Fortinet upgrade that had not been successful and in one hour I had engaged a Field Nation technician who arrived on site Monday morning at 9AM CST and by 10AM, the issue was resolved and my customer and theirs were completely satisfied. Field Nation allows us to resolves these issues without having to fly anyone to the customer site which minimizes the cost of doing business quickly, efficiently and effectively. I like how Route4Me makes route optimization easy, even with a large number of stops. The automation saves a lot of time compared to manual planning and generates efficient routes. I appreciate the real-time tracking and visibility, allowing me to monitor driver progress and adjust quickly if needed. The user-friendly interface stands out too; it's simple, intuitive, and well-organized, making it easy to use even for new users. The initial setup was straightforward, didn't require much technical knowledge, and helped me start planning routes quickly. Route4Me very effectively handled our routing needs for a company with roughly 50-100 employees, coordinating multiple drivers and routes without much complexity. What do you dislike about Route4Me?

While Route4Me is very effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One thing that could work better is the speed and responsiveness when handling very large route uploads—sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected to process bigger datasets. While it gets the job done, there are moments where the interface feels slightly less intuitive compared to the desktop version, especially when making quick changes on the go. Another area for improvement is customization in reporting and analytics. It would be helpful to have more flexible reporting options or easier ways to extract detailed insights tailored to specific business needs. Lastly, occasional GPS inaccuracies or delays in real-time updates can happen, which can impact tracking precision in some cases. Outside the rare outage I have not had many complaints. It would be nice to be able to build forms easier such as inspections and incorporate that with the inventory sales. For example if I create an order for a lock change to be able to create an inspection form with required photos that includes marking the inventory used so that the final report not only shows what was done at the property, but what inventory can be billed for it. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't. I love the fact that Appenate eliminates the need for using two different software by allowing us to put reports, photos, videos, and attachments all in one place. The customer service is also a standout feature for me; Lisa and Charlie are the best and go above and beyond for any question or problem I have. They are always happy to help and never seem annoyed by anything I ask, always diving right into it. Switching to Appenate from Adobe also gave us better customer service support and helped us bring our vision to life with a fresh new template.
