The biggest win for me is having everything in one place. Before this, our job info was scattered across texts, notes, photos, and a couple of spreadsheets. With MotionOps, the crew finally sees the same details I see - job notes, pictures, schedules, all of it. It cuts down on the “what’s the address again?” calls during the day. I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it did take us some time to let go of our old habits. For me, not relying on at least five spreadsheets was a completely new experience. Scheduling and communication were our biggest headaches. Jobs would change last minute, and half the crew wouldn’t get the update. We also had issues with lost job notes and delayed invoicing because we had to chase down details after the fact.

Now everything is logged right away - hours, notes, photos - and I can invoice faster because I’m not guessing what actually happened on the job. The team shows up better prepared and we waste less time driving back to grab something we forgot. MotionOps just makes the day run tighter and saves me a ton of back and forth. Outside the rare outage I have not had many complaints. It would be nice to be able to build forms easier such as inspections and incorporate that with the inventory sales. For example if I create an order for a lock change to be able to create an inspection form with required photos that includes marking the inventory used so that the final report not only shows what was done at the property, but what inventory can be billed for it. It makes the most optimized routes (pun intended) versus any other routing software I have tried yet. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't. This program offered so many features which made it stick out from others. This was the only program that was this easy to customize and had all the features we were looking for. We offer a unique and broad amount of services so finding something universal was very important. When I have trouble I can message a customer service rep and they are quick to answer my question and find a solution. Sometimes, they even do the action for me and teach me how to do it on other documents. Our paperwork/app is constantly live as we are a 24/7 restoration company so being able to reach out and get a response so quick is super helpful to resolve any issues and keep our divisions running efficiently. Our techs use this app even during their emergencies in the middle of the night and the property receives the email and is aware of whats going on immediately. The fact that this program will email paperwork and photos keeps our customers informed at all times is amazing and has been so useful for any issues we run into. Our technicians were able to ease into the app seamlessly. They were able to complete paperwork efficiently and they would make me aware of changes that needed to be made and I could go onto the browser and change it immediately for them to submit paperwork. We are a small company that was still using physical sheets of paperwork out in the field and it was a very smooth transition switching over to this. Within weeks, we were able to covert all of our divisions over to the app. It helped us resolve our main customer complaints about paperwork and photo. Overall, this program has elevated our business and level of our customer service. Our company has been using this program for over 3 years now with over 10 divisions that each require several forms. This has made it so easy to communicate with customers along with acquiring all of the information we need for billing purposes. These forms have also been great with court cases and getting invoices paid because we are able to see approvals and signatures from our customers. Since we first started, we have added new forms and divisions and implementing the app to the daily routine of our guys has been easier than ever. This is our main form of communication and keeping record of all services and jobs we perform so it being so simple and customizable has been amazing for us. What do you dislike about Forms On Fire?

The only complaint I have about Forms on Fire would be the amount of time it takes for the form to submit. It does not always automatically sync. Sometimes, the technicians out in the field have to reload their app or press "force sync" in order to receive it. But once they do that, it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forms On Fire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a disconnect with communication with our customers. They werent receiving paperwork all the time or it was lost. A lot of the time, customers needed photos for insurance or paperwork emailed to them. Now we can hold our techs accountable and we can make sure that everytime paperwork is completed, photos are required, and customers are guaranteed to receive a copy. It also helped us keep better track of our "paper" trail. There were times our technicians lost the physical copy of their paperwork. It also saved time in our office since we would have to scan and convert each piece of paperwork to be able to put it in our scheduling program. What do you like best about Badger Maps?

I love that Badger Maps allows us to visualize when we last visited a client or specific types of businesses. This feature helps in comparing and contrasting, aiding in our decision-making process. The 'Lasso' tool is also great for circling where we want to go, making it a useful feature. The ability to visualize different types of businesses is incredibly valuable and we are planning to sort by the value of clients, which I believe will be amazing. What do you dislike about Badger Maps?

Loading potential clients and the zooming in process can be problematic. The 'redo search' feature when looking for specific types of businesses leaves room for errors and missing places. It would be great to type in the type of business we want to visit over an entire state and save them in bulk.
