What I like best about Field Force Tracker is that it feels like a platform designed with the realities of field service businesses in mind. From the recruiter/delivery side, we’ve noticed that some field technicians, especially those not tech savvy, initially struggle with navigation particularly when it comes to logging jobs, updating time entries, or accessing historical service tickets. A bit more UX polish and clearer onboarding guidance would go a long way in reducing the learning curve.
