What do you like best about Wiza?

Very simple installation and easy to connect to HubSpot. User friendly - I was able to find contact info very easily through the linkedIN connection. They also seem to charge fairly for the credits - 1 Credit for Phone and 1 Credit for email. Others I have tried were more expensive on Phone info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wiza?

I wish the Icon would not appear on linkedIN and other webs sites - It can prevent access to icons on the page. *****UPDATE - I was offered 25 Credit to sign up and an additional 100 Credits for completing this review on G2 - Very cool option and I was enjoying it - I have 12 Credits left (from my original 25 - the additional 100 from here would come in a day or two) - The system shut me off and said my free trial had expired and it was time to pay. This was all done over a 3 hour period - It is a very poor representation of what I was being offered - Scared to think how much they will charge me once they get a credit card. Until I see my additional 100 Credits and I am allowed to use all of them as promised (or at least that is how is was presented) - I would be careful about paying them. What do you like best about Wiza?

I have been using Wiza for eighteen months, primarily to find contacts through Sales Navigator on LinkedIn. I appreciate how easy it was to set up initially, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free. Wiza consistently helps me schedule meetings every month, which greatly supports my workflow by ensuring that meetings are organized efficiently. I find the export feature particularly useful, as well as the prospect tab feature, which adds value to my use of the tool. Overall, Wiza's ability to streamline contact finding and meeting scheduling reinforces my choice, and I'm pleased with its performance. What do you dislike about Wiza?

It can be very slow. word recognition of Business Search isn't the best. would be nice if it didn't have to be exact for it to show results. i also find searching by URL rarely ever brings back a result. As well, in Job Information, I feel like searching HR should yield results for Human Resources but does not. Would be good to have some groupings of job titles. Ex. searching HR should bring up human resources and related titles like People and Culture Manager, Payroll Manager, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wiza makes prospecting so much faster. Being able to pull leads straight from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrich them, and verify emails in real time is a huge win. The CRM integrations (like Salesforce and HubSpot) are smooth, and the exports are quick. It saves me hours each week and helps keep my outreach lists much cleaner. The credit system can be frustrating — even if an email isn’t valid, it sometimes still consumes credits. Email accuracy is generally good but not perfect; I’ve had a few bounces. What do you like best about Wiza?

Wiza has become a staple in our marketing toolkit. I love how intuitive it is. There was no learning curve, and the results show up fast. The real magic for us is how Wiza unlocks targeted lead data with almost no friction, making it easy to launch very specific ad campaigns across different platforms. We’ve been able to reach the people we actually want to talk to, rather than wasting budget or effort on dead-end lists.
