I like Wiza for finding work email addresses and phone numbers for business prospects without having to spend a lot of time guessing or using unreliable websites. I appreciate that if it doesn't give me a good email, I don’t have to use a credit. Plus, the credits are separated between phone and email, so I can use them distinctly for the appropriate leads. I wish there were more ways for me to earn credits. It would be nice to earn them by referring a friend who signs up. Also, I wish I could integrate Wiza with Freshworks for my CRM and LinkedIn, but it doesn't integrate with those. I feel like lists take a long time to download compared to other tools like Seamless. Wiza is very easy to use and provides great data that helps us reach more of our target market. The export limit can sometimes be a challenge for us, because we’d like to enrich more lists. That said, the limit is relatively generous and only becomes an issue about once a year, usually around our major trade show, when we receive thousands of contacts without e-mail addresses. It is pretty fast to use and the enriching worked better than I thought it would. The UI is also very friendly as well, the look is engaging enough and pretty intuitive. Didn't really take me a lot of time to learn, I barely needed a demo to get it done as well. the AI is also on point, it is actually finding the right things I ask for.
