**What do you like best about Wiza?**

I like Wiza for finding work email addresses and phone numbers for business prospects without having to spend a lot of time guessing or using unreliable websites. I appreciate that if it doesn't give me a good email, I don’t have to use a credit. Plus, the credits are separated between phone and email, so I can use them distinctly for the appropriate leads.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

I wish there were more ways for me to earn credits. It would be nice to earn them by referring a friend who signs up. Also, I wish I could integrate Wiza with Freshworks for my CRM and LinkedIn, but it doesn't integrate with those. Even though it was quick to set up, it's not intuitive to go through, and the Help chat bot is terribly slow.

What I like most about Wiza is how it focuses on data accuracy and usability, not just volume. A lot of prospecting tools generate huge lists, but if the data doesn’t convert into meetings, it’s wasted effort. Wiza seems built around giving reps reliable contact data they can actually use, which directly improves conversion and lets them spend more time selling instead of validating leads.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

One potential limitation is that while Wiza focuses on delivering accurate contact data, it’s still just one part of the outbound process. Reps can generate high-quality lists, but without clear insight into which segments or contacts actually convert, there’s still room for inefficiency. I think there’s an opportunity to layer in more analytics around conversion and targeting to help teams not just find leads, but prioritize the right ones.

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiza is solving the core problem in outbound: inaccurate and hard-to-use contact data. Tools like ZoomInfo can generate volume, but if emails or numbers are wrong, reps waste time validating instead of selling.

Wiza improves that by providing verified contact data and fast list-building, which means reps can trust the data and move straight to outreach.

For me, that benefit is huge — it means I can spend more time actually having conversations and booking meetings, instead of cleaning data or chasing bad leads.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

Wiza is a great tool for finding information about leads or potential clients. It’s easy to use and administer, and having a browser extension is a big plus. I also like that you can find individual email addresses and create lists. The prospecting tool is extremely useful because it lets you prospect using your own criteria. I appreciate the educational videos and the fact that the team is always reaching out to you. I especially love the autopilot feature; compared to tools like Seamless, where you have to handle each contact manually (or only a few at a time), it’s great that Wiza lets you download what you need with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

I feel like lists take a long time to download compared to other tools like Seamless. Also, the number of credits feels much smaller than what I’m used to with tools like Seamless, so I usually end up using Seamless more and saving my Wiza credits for specific lists.

It helps me find leads to start email campaigns, funnels, and marketing strategies with just one click, without spending a lot of time building lists of people who fit specific criteria.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

Wiza is very easy to use and provides great data that helps us reach more of our target market. It has become an extremely important part of our marketing process, and as a result, we’ve increased our marketing outreach by about 1000% compared to what we were able to do before using Wiza.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

The export limit can sometimes be a challenge for us, because we’d like to enrich more lists. That said, the limit is relatively generous and only becomes an issue about once a year, usually around our major trade show, when we receive thousands of contacts without e-mail addresses. Wiza have also been generous about making small exceptions and helping us handle these temporary volume increases, which has really cemented our loyalty to using this platform.

We often create and receive lists without e-mail address attached, and Wiza gives us a high-quality way to reliably match contact information with names, titles and companies, enabling Marketing outreach we would not otherwise be able to do.

I love how Wiza integrates with LinkedIn and our CRM, HubSpot. It’s incredibly helpful to be able to add each new contact seamlessly and then start email correspondence with both new and existing customers without any extra steps.

I really can't think of something that I dislike about Wiza. It's a great product and does the trick! I guess I wish they could mitigate more of the "risky" emails.

Occasionally, for smaller, regional German companies or less commonly titled roles, the tool returns fewer contact details than we’d expect, requiring extra manual research to fill in gaps. The export and bulk-processing functions can also feel slightly rigid when working with highly customized list segments; more flexible filtering and tagging options would streamline how we organize prospects for different client projects. We’ve also noticed that the CRM sync, while functional, can have minor delays or occasional duplicate entries when processing large datasets, which adds a small amount of cleanup work. For teams operating under strict GDPR standards, more granular control over data storage and export preferences would further strengthen compliance confidence.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

I recently started using Wiza as part of my LinkedIn prospecting workflow, and so far it’s been a really helpful tool — especially as a solo entrepreneur.

What I like most is that Wiza allows me to export verified email addresses directly from LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches. This lets me reach out to prospects via email instead of relying on LinkedIn InMail, which I’ve personally found has low response rates and doesn’t feel very personal. Being able to contact people directly has already made my outreach feel more intentional and efficient.

The setup was straightforward, and the Chrome extension integrates smoothly with LinkedIn. Even as someone who’s newer to advanced prospecting tools, I found the interface easy to understand and not overwhelming. I also appreciate that Wiza clearly shows confidence levels for email accuracy, which helps me feel better about deliverability.

I’m still early in my usage, so I haven’t fully explored all features yet, but my initial experience has been very positive. For anyone doing B2B outreach, sales, recruiting, or lead generation — especially if you’re working solo or on a small team — Wiza feels like a practical and time-saving solution.

The pricing is a little bit expensive for me. it may be the fact that it's in usd and not in inr. Otherwise, for the regular user in the US it should be just fine for what you're getting.

Real-time email verification is what I find most compelling about Wiza. Unlike other providers, it finds contact information in real time, performing a live SMTP verification to ensure accuracy rather than relying on potentially stale data. (G2)
The LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration is also a major draw for me. It connects directly with Sales Navigator to export detailed lead data in one click, there's even an "Export with Wiza" button right in the search results. (Dimmo)
And honestly, the ease of use stands out too. The data quality is solid and it doesn't take long to get up and running, it's just a practical tool for lead generation and contact management.

The credit limitations are probably my biggest frustration. Credits can run out quickly when you’re doing high-volume prospecting, which can feel restrictive depending on the plan you’re on.

Data gaps are another issue I run into. Sometimes Wiza simply has no data for certain contacts, and that slows things down when you hit those dead ends.

Pricing is also a sticking point. At around $83/month, it can feel expensive if you’re not using it consistently. For me, it really only feels worth it when I’m running high volumes.

The credit system also took me a while to understand. It wasn’t immediately clear how credits apply across different features, and better onboarding guidance upfront would have helped.

The simplicity of the platform. I also like the simple fact of being able to expedite the search process for lead generation. Platform seems easy to use and information seems to also be accurate. Not all but the one i already used seems to have worked.

I havent ran into this issue here, but i would imagine the main issue on these such platforms are the accuracy of the information given out. That could be hit or miss. But i will say the other platforms that i use i compare information and this one had different information which was a benefit. Well see hoe accurate it can actually be as i use it more.

Using Wiza, I've found it simple to extract contacts from both CSV files and Sales Navigator Lists. It has become an ideal addition to my team's outbound toolkit. Compared to other prospecting tools, it's more user-friendly and integrates smoothly with HubSpot. It also provides better pricing models making it competitive for lean teams.

It lacks the comprehensive outreach automation features that some other tools provide.

Wiza has helped me avoid relying on a static database, such as an outdated CSV list. Instead, it scrapes live data directly from our LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This means that if a prospect changes jobs, Wiza will reflect that update almost immediately, ensuring my team doesn't waste resources on "ghost" prospects who have already left the target company. Which happens frequently in LATAM. 

Additionally, Wiza conducts real-time SMTP verification by pinging the mail server to confirm whether an email address actually exists before you even download the lead. This feature is especially important for LATAM domains, which often have intricate security filters or unique local configurations. 

Finally, Wiza’s "Intelligence" features are also designed to help me find work mobile numbers. For outbound teams in Brazil or Mexico, having a direct line to a decision-maker, whether through WhatsApp or a phone call, can be the key difference between closing a deal and facing a month of no-shows.

What I appreciate most about Wiza is its highly accurate and up-to-date contact information. As a seller who relies on multi-channel outreach, having the correct details is essential for my next call. With connect rates being so low these days, I often think, if I’m going to make the effort to call, why not ensure I have the most current phone number? It just makes sense. I’ve tried other enrichment tools, and I know other sellers who use different solutions, but Wiza consistently outperforms them all.

I am saying this from the standpoint of honesty and unbiased as possible. There is nothing I dislike like about it.

I can't think of any downsides to Wiza, it's been really helpful for my daily activities.

Wiza is helping me bridge the gap between professionals on LinkedIn that I want to connect with, and leveraging mutual connections to gain an introduction or identify the proper person at a specific company.

Since many companies are using Zoominfo, and so many people have access to the same information, it's helpful to use a different tool that isn't pushing their own agenda.

I use Wiza as part of our waterfall enrichments and find that it provides really good information for contact and database enrichment. I appreciate that our reps have reported good connection rates and email send rates with the contact information obtained from Wiza. I really appreciate that they have a native Clay integration, which makes everything easier for us to manage. They are one of the best contact information providers available through Clay. The setup was really easy because the integration is already set up for us in Clay. They are high quality for the price, and that's why I would definitely recommend them.

I can't think of anything, but we have not used the product outside of Clay, so I can't speak to their personal UI.

The main issue for me is the price point for monthly users. The annual plan is a good deal, but for someone just getting started, the upfront commitment can be a bit of a pain point.

The lead quality is excellent, and I can get them in the fastest possible time. As soon as I see them on Navigator, I’m able to download them. For me, quality and timing matter most, and this works well for both.

I like being able to pull from a large database and get verified email addresses. Since the product I sell can be used across many different industries, Wiza makes it easy for me to find the right data for all of those industries.

This isn’t Wiza’s fault, but my limited knowledge of LinkedIn made the learning curve a bit longer than I expected.

The pricing feels restrictive because there are not enough tiered options for users who only need basic features. I find myself paying for a full suite of tools that I do not actually use. Introducing a more flexible or entry-level plan would make the product much more accessible.

Very simple installation and easy to connect to HubSpot.  User friendly - I was able to find contact info very easily through the linkedIN connection. They also seem to charge fairly for the credits - 1 Credit for Phone and 1 Credit for email. Others I have tried were more expensive on Phone info.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

I wish the Icon would not appear on linkedIN and other webs sites - It can prevent access to icons on the page.  *****UPDATE - I was offered 25 Credit to sign up and an additional 100 Credits for completing this review on G2 - Very cool option and I was enjoying it  - I have 12 Credits left (from my original 25 - the additional 100 from here would come in a day or two) - The system shut me off and said my free trial had expired and it was time to pay.  This was all done over a 3 hour period - It is a very poor representation of what I was being offered - Scared to think how much they will charge me once they get a credit card.  Until I see my additional 100 Credits and I am allowed to use all of them as promised (or at least that is how is was presented) - I would be careful about paying them.

Ease of use, higher accuracy for emails than ZoomInfo, you can prospect with it, tells you if email is definite or risky with no in-between guessing, exports a full contact record into my CRM database directly from the LinkedIn page.

Unlike ZoomInfo, it will not tell you if you if that contact is already in your CRM.  Also from time to time, it can be a bit slow to reveal the email address.

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's main use for us is obtaining email addresses for desired contacts.  It does so with pretty good accuracy.  Also, Wiza is great for prospecting.  We identify the target organizations, and it integrates right with LinkedIn, so I can add contacts directly to our CRM database with a simple mouse click.  As well, it is very similar in layout to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which I find helpful.

I like that Wiza is easy to navigate. It makes it just an easy go-to when it comes to finding candidates. I appreciate the feature where I can just type everything out instead of clicking through options, and have the AI search for what I need. The initial setup of Wiza was pretty self-explanatory.

I would say 50% of the time, the phone numbers aren't even correct on there. You guys really need to make sure that the phone numbers are correct and do what you state they are. I stopped using Wiza for phone numbers because I wouldn't be getting a hold of any of the people that I was trying to call.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

I like Wiza for its customization features that help me accurately target my ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in sales. It's beneficial because the data I extract for prospecting is always relevant and accurately ICP targeted. Additionally, I appreciate that Wiza provides filters to isolate my ICPs, such as company size and job seniority, which helps me build hyper-targeted lists. The platform is easy to get started with as it's not complicated to integrate, sign up, or begin using.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

Most of the mobile numbers for the United States are accurate, but not all of them. It is challenging to find prospects from Australia and Europe. The prospect quality and the details extracted are poorer than what I expected. Wiza needs better support for regions other than Northern America, like the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. The Chrome extension only has fundamental features and could be improved so that I wouldn't need to access anything else.

Easy to use. When I’m searching on LinkedIn as usual, WIZA pops up and lets me know I can access emails and phone numbers to contact people for networking purposes. If an email address or number can’t be found, my credits are returned. I use it pretty often and took awhile to run out of credits!

Sometimes an email address isn’t accurate, and I only find out after I’ve sent an email and it bounces back. I wish there were a way to get credits back in those cases. This happened a while ago, so I’m sure they’ve fixed it by now.

I don't have to spend a lot of money or time to find the information, WIZA is already where I need it to be!

What I like most about Wiza is how fast and accurate it is for pulling contact data directly from LinkedIn searches. While Wiza is powerful, credits can burn fast when running large-volume exports or enrichment jobs, especially if multiple searches return partial or unverified email results. **What do you like best about Wiza?**

Wiza makes prospecting so much faster. Being able to pull leads straight from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrich them, and verify emails in real time is a huge win. The CRM integrations (like Salesforce and HubSpot) are smooth, and the exports are quick. It saves me hours each week and helps keep my outreach lists much cleaner.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

The credit system can be frustrating — even if an email isn’t valid, it sometimes still consumes credits. Email accuracy is generally good but not perfect; I’ve had a few bounces. Also, some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which adds to cost.

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiza takes the manual work out of building prospect lists. Instead of copying data or chasing down emails, I can generate and verify contacts at scale in minutes. This has improved the efficiency of my outbound campaigns, reduced bounce rates, and freed up more time to focus on engaging prospects instead of hunting for them.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

I love Wiza's accuracy and ease of use, which are critical as I work in the Sales Department, approaching a lot of people. It provides me with correct contact details and email addresses, which is incredibly helpful for outreach and gathering prospect details. This assistance is essential for achieving my targets effectively. I also appreciate how quick and straightforward the initial setup of Wiza was; I could install and start using it right away without any hassle. This user-friendly experience has made my work more efficient. Additionally, even during the free trial, Wiza works properly, meeting my needs without issue. I am impressed enough that I rated my likelihood to recommend Wiza a 9 out of 10.

I don't have a paid subscription, so my ability to use Wiza is quite limited.

**What do you like best about Wiza?**

Wiza has become a staple in our marketing toolkit. I love how intuitive it is. There was no learning curve, and the results show up fast. The real magic for us is how Wiza unlocks targeted lead data with almost no friction, making it easy to launch very specific ad campaigns across different platforms. We’ve been able to reach the people we actually want to talk to, rather than wasting budget or effort on dead-end lists. Honestly, it almost feels like cheating (in the best way) when you see qualified leads rolling in from sources you’d never find otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Wiza?**

If I had to mention something, I wish I’d found Wiza sooner. :)

**What problems is Wiza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiza solves the challenge of reaching high-value prospects who aren’t easily found through traditional tools. We can unlock contacts directly from proprietary sources-- something that used to be nearly impossible or required multiple, clunky steps. Once we have those prospects, Wiza makes it easy to pull them into our other platforms so we can launch truly targeted, multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, digital ads, all from the same base list). That flexibility is a huge advantage: we’re not limited to just one channel or pipeline, and every outreach effort is built on current, real data. It keeps our marketing sharp, efficient, and way more effective than before.
