**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find it very user-friendly, with helpful suggestions, and the best part is that it's free. There isn't a paywall restricting access, so we can actually use the product, try it out a few times, and then decide whether we want to commit further. Honestly, if I'm able to close some of the deals I'm currently testing on Aligned, I will definitely recommend it internally and push for my company to get us the paid version.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike. I've only used it a few times, so I still need more time to fully test it out. Honestly, though, I think it will be difficult for me to find something I don't like.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all the relevant documents for a deal organized in one place has been very helpful. It makes it much easier for the buyer to share information with other stakeholders, and it even helps identify new stakeholders involved in the process. I also appreciate the ability to restrict access by company email addresses, which is especially valuable when handling confidential information. I'm optimistic that this will help shorten sales cycles at my company and support me in reaching my quota.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Aligned helps us set clear expectations with buyers right from the start. We use mutual action plans to lay out the key steps, timelines, and responsibilities, and buyers really appreciate knowing what’s coming next. The sales room also makes it easy to keep documents and updates in one place, so everything is simple to find when needed. On our side, internal teams stay aligned on what we’ve committed to, and overall the conversations feel more transparent.

Some buyers need an explanation at the beginning to understand how it works. The custom templates feel limited, and the setup takes time for each opportunity.

I really like the ease with which we can add content from a variety of sources into Aligned. I also value the ability to create client-specific rooms as this enables us to really target them with relevant content. I use Aligned as the endpoint for sharing content from other sources like YouTube, blog links, and PDFs.

Updating branding across the numerous rooms is a chore. Would be better if there were a way to update them centrally. More centralised options for building out the brand library, including banners.

I really like the easy UI and user experience of Aligned. It's straightforward to add things or delete things and update them without having to go through a complete rebuild. The initial setup was also very easy, taking only a couple of minutes.

There's not dependencies. So if we update a date for one thing that has dependencies below it, the dates change for everything. They only change from that initial piece that we make an adjustment on.

I like the customizations in Aligned - I can add documents, embedded links, and recorded calls. My favorite feature is the analytics. I like that I can track who entered the workspace, what they viewed, and the questions put within the workspace, all in real time, so I can reach out to them directly.

I wish you could add a checkbox kind of like they have with timeline and next steps but for anything that I want to check off.

I like that I can create a central headquarters for each of my deals. It keeps all my materials, timelines, and documents in one place, which makes managing my sales cycles much more efficient. With the number of opportunities I handle each month, having everything organized like this helps me stay focused, on track, and in control of every deal.

Honestly, I can't find anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned addresses the issue of deal clutter that I used to face. Previously, every opportunity seemed to be spread out across emails, folders, and various decks, making it difficult to keep track. Now, each deal has its own dedicated space, allowing me to store all my materials, timelines, and documents together. This setup makes it much easier to manage multiple sales cycles at the same time. I feel more organized, able to stay on track, and in control throughout the entire process so there's no more chasing down information or losing momentum in the middle of a cycle.

Simple and easy to use. I don’t have to spend much time showing a customer how to use it, which makes the whole process smoother.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

You can’t upload multiple files at once. As an implementation manager, we often need to upload several documents, and sometimes the customer does as well, so having to upload them one by one takes a lot of time.

It allows me and the client to work in one unified workspace where we can view all documents in one place. This includes documents the client uploads, as well as a dedicated area where the client can access and review our materials.

The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. I love that I can create templates and customize rooms based on the customer's needs. The notifications about views help me understand where my prospects priorities are.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I feel like the analytics aren't as detailed as some of their competitors. The tool I used at a previous company would give me analytics not only on what the prospect was looking at, but also details like what pages they were looking at in a slide deck, as well as for how long. I am using the free version today and plan to see a demo of the paid version to see if the analytics improve.

If several user accounts are browsing the same portal, the chat notifications pop up a lot.

Once you learn how to use the platform, creating rooms is very simple and quick. I like how Im able to customize rooms for my prospects and clients easily, selecting content from our library, uploading call recordings, and proposals so that everything is in one place. 
I also like the notifications to see which clients are engaging with the content.

Cant think of anything. Ive reached out to the Aligned team with a couple of challenges and my emails were addressed very quickly.

What I like best about Aligned is how it centralizes and simplifies the entire buyer-seller collaboration process into one intuitive workspace. Honestly what I dislike most about Aligned is that it can feel a bit limited and clunky at times, like it doesn’t have all the features you expect so you end up wishing there were more customization or ways to change the look and layout for your brand, and some people say it takes a while to learn all the tools because the learning curve is steeper than you thought it would be, plus sometimes integrations with other apps aren’t perfect and you can hit annoyances when trying to make everything flow smoothly.

Aligned is solving several core problems that often slow down or derail B2B sales and customer success processes, and that has directly benefited me by making engagements smoother, more transparent, and more efficient. First, it tackles the chaos of scattered communication and content — instead of juggling endless email threads, PDFs, spreadsheets, and chat messages, everything related to a deal or customer lives in a single shared workspace, which reduces friction and makes it easier to keep both internal teams and buyers aligned.

It also makes the whole experience more transparent. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress and see what’s been done, what’s coming next, and who’s responsible. It gives both our team and the client a clear view of the big picture.

The biggest thing I wish Aligned had is status updates for each task. It would also help with accountability — both for our team and the client — and give a more accurate picture of overall progress. Even a simple traffic-light or dropdown status system would make a big difference in keeping everyone aligned in real time.

If it wasn’t for Aligned, I honestly don’t know how I’d close my multi-product deals. I use it to present complex solutions in a way that’s clear, visual, and sets me apart from competitors.

It is so easy to use and create tailored rooms for clients. Once you have implemented the main items, the rest is a piece of cake. 

And clients love the experience: it feels collaborative and transparent. Plus, the insights are wild! I can see exactly how long clients spend in the Aligned room, and there’s a direct correlation between time spent there and deals closing. It’s like seeing the future of your pipeline in real time.

Today, I even use it to onboard people on my team and present complex internal proposals. 

It can literally serve any purpose. 

Couldn’t recommend it more to anyone.

I don't like that anyone in my company can edit my Aligned rooms. There should be an option to share or clone rooms without giving everyone on the team editing access, but I haven’t found a way to do this yet.

Another issue I’ve noticed is that some links don’t always integrate smoothly—they either don’t display well visually in Aligned or can’t be previewed at all. Aligned says this is the responsibility of the other side, and while that might be true, I still wish there were a way to resolve it.
