"Essential Sales Tool: Effortless, Organized, and Friendly"
What do you like best about Aligned?

I’ve been using Aligned for over a year, and it’s quietly become one of the most loved tools in my sales process.

What I like most is how simple it is to give buyers one link with everything they need: proposal, deck, plan, case studies, and follow‑up materials. Instead of scattered emails and random links, the whole buying team can come back to the same shared space, comment, and stay on the same page. It makes me look more organized and makes it much easier for my champions to share internally.

The interface is clean, logical, and easy to pick up. I didn’t need any training, and my buyers haven’t needed explanations either — they just open the link and start using it. It helps me deliver professional‑looking proposals and collateral without a lot of extra work.

The freemium plan was a big deal for me. It let me use Aligned on real deals, build some momentum, and prove the value before I ever paid for it. By the time I upgraded, it already felt like a natural part of my workflow.

Overall, it’s been a genuinely great experience: simple, helpful, and focused on making real deals easier to run, not adding more noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

I think the HubSpot integration is only available on their Enterprise plan. Makes it a little prohibative for a small team but I get why... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Protecting the Margin and the Muse"
What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned is brilliant at creating a unified historical record. I can link the initial concept phase tasks to the final purchase orders and vendor bills. When reviewing a project six months later, I can see exactly what materials were spec'd, how much time was spent on sourcing, and the final profit margin. This helps us refine our quoting for future projects, especially around complex items like custom joinery or imported tiles, which often erode our profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

The bane of every designer’s existence is the scope creep from clients who want "just one more little change." With Aligned, this becomes a financially manageable event, not a catastrophic cost overrun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Free, and Packed with Helpful Suggestions"
What do you like best about Aligned?

I find it very user-friendly, with helpful suggestions, and the best part is that it's free. There isn't a paywall restricting access, so we can actually use the product, try it out a few times, and then decide whether we want to commit further. Honestly, if I'm able to close some of the deals I'm currently testing on Aligned, I will definitely recommend it internally and push for my company to get us the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike. I've only used it a few times, so I still need more time to fully test it out. Honestly, though, I think it will be difficult for me to find something I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Deal Management That Keeps Me Organized and Efficient"
What do you like best about Aligned?

I like that I can create a central headquarters for each of my deals. It keeps all my materials, timelines, and documents in one place, which makes managing my sales cycles much more efficient. With the number of opportunities I handle each month, having everything organized like this helps me stay focused, on track, and in control of every deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned makes it incredibly easy to keep everything about a deal in one shared space. I love how intuitive the platform is. It doesn’t take long to set up, and even clients who aren’t tech-savvy can navigate it easily. It’s been a game-changer for transparency and collaboration with prospects. The ability to track engagement and see when stakeholders interact with the workspace is especially useful. Customer support has also been very responsive and proactive, which makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

Occasionally I wish there were a few more customization options. For example, being able to tailor templates or branding a bit more deeply. Also, the analytics section could go a little further in showing long-term engagement trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The cure to all my client facing gaps"
What do you like best about Aligned?

What I Like About Aligned

What I really like about **Aligned** is how it brings everything together in one place. It keeps all the client communication, documents, and milestones organized so there’s no need to chase through emails or notes — everyone can see exactly where things stand.

It also makes the whole experience more transparent. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress and see what’s been done, what’s coming next, and who’s responsible. It gives both our team and the client a clear view of the big picture.

From a client’s perspective, it feels professional and easy to use. Everything they need is right there, and it reflects well on us — it shows that we have a structured, organized process that’s built to keep things moving smoothly.

I also appreciate how it helps with consistency across clients. Whether it’s a new implementation or a handoff between specialists, Aligned keeps everything documented and easy to follow, which saves a lot of time and prevents things from slipping through the cracks.

Overall, it makes collaboration feel more seamless and keeps everyone on the same page — literally and figuratively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

The biggest thing I wish Aligned had is status updates for each task. Right now, it’s great for organizing deliverables, but it’s hard to quickly see what’s “in progress,” “waiting on the client,” or “complete.” Having clear task statuses would make it so much easier to track movement, set expectations, and know where things stand without having to dig through comments or messages.

It would also help with accountability — both for our team and the client — and give a more accurate picture of overall progress. Even a simple traffic-light or dropdown status system would make a big difference in keeping everyone aligned in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a Cease-Fire with Sales"
What do you like best about Aligned?

My job is to drive revenue. Aligned connects the dots from the first click all the way to the final invoice. It shows me the revenue generated per campaign. This has been huge for justifying our budget asks, because I can show, in actual dollars, the direct profit contribution of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

This is the hidden gem. Before Aligned, we’d run a huge Q1 lead gen push only to find Sales was busy closing year-end deals. We wasted time and budget generating leads that sat on the shelf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Virtual rooms that actually move deals forward"
What do you like best about Aligned?

It’s been a straightforward way to spin up secure, branded rooms where prospects can find everything—demos, PDFs, pricing scenarios—without digging through email chains.

The engagement view is genuinely helpful; being able to see which files a stakeholder looked at and for how long makes follow-ups a lot more targeted.

Our team likes that non-technical folks can navigate rooms easily, so procurement, finance, and ops all stay on the same page during evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

Duplicating similar rooms for multiple prospects still takes a bit of manual work; more bulk actions or templates would save time.

Invites occasionally get missed, so we nudge prospects manually—stronger in-room reminders and delivery controls would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A real 'WOW' moment for client-oriented Sales"
What do you like best about Aligned?

It's been a gamechanger for our sales process, providing a centralised experience for new prospects and consistently getting a 'lightbulb' moment with them. It's something that we have implemented team-wide and use for every single sales process, as it works off pre-built templates we developed as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

I don't have particular dislikes about the platform, though I wish it was possible to set it up in a multilingual fashion or brand it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Multi-Product Deals"
What do you like best about Aligned?

If it wasn’t for Aligned, I honestly don’t know how I’d close my multi-product deals. I use it to present complex solutions in a way that’s clear, visual, and sets me apart from competitors.

It is so easy to use and create tailored rooms for clients. Once you have implemented the main items, the rest is a piece of cake.

And clients love the experience: it feels collaborative and transparent. Plus, the insights are wild! I can see exactly how long clients spend in the Aligned room, and there’s a direct correlation between time spent there and deals closing. It’s like seeing the future of your pipeline in real time.

Today, I even use it to onboard people on my team and present complex internal proposals.

It can literally serve any purpose.

Couldn’t recommend it more to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

I don't like that anyone in my company can edit my Aligned rooms. There should be an option to share or clone rooms without giving everyone on the team editing access, but I haven’t found a way to do this yet.

Another issue I’ve noticed is that some links don’t always integrate smoothly—they either don’t display well visually in Aligned or can’t be previewed at all. Aligned says this is the responsibility of the other side, and while that might be true, I still wish there were a way to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
