"A Easy Way to Collaborate with Customers!"
What do you like best about Aligned?

1. Allows us to easily collaborate with customers without long email threads and info/docs getting lost. Everything is in 1 place!

2. We can set up a mutual success plan and process overview from first meeting to closed deal so everything is in the open and nothing is left to assumptions.

2. A very easy set up and onboarding. You can be fully set up within minutes.

3. A Clean UI that is easy to navigate.

4. Getting notifications on room visits gives us great insights into the buyers experience, allowing us to understand the shareholders involved and the information most interesting to them.

5. The CS and support teams have been fantastic helping us with setup and answering questions/tickets.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

What do you like best about Aligned?

I like how clean the finished product looked and the ability to share a custom page with prospects. I did not do a full implementation or integration, so I can't speak to these. Customer support is good so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

The only downside I can see if the price, not because it doesn't accurately fit the product, but because we don't really NEED this tool. We can just as easily email or share documents with prospects/customers for free. Also, it was a little confusing to share another tool with prospects/customers. We were already trying to onboard them for our product and teach them something new, so having an additional tool we had to expose them to/train them on added more difficulty rather than streamlining the process.
