Aligned has completely changed how our team engages with clients and advances deals. Rather than juggling countless email threads and searching for attachments, we now have everything—proposals, collateral, timelines, and next steps—in a single, shared space. This level of transparency fosters trust with our customers, as they can track progress in real time and always know what to expect.
The analytics feature is particularly useful: I’m able to identify which content is most effective, see who on the client’s team is interacting, and determine which areas of our mutual action plan require additional attention. The templates also make it much faster to set up new rooms and ensure consistency, while still offering enough flexibility for personalization. Although my overall experience has been very positive, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. When it comes to branding and visuals, I’ve noticed that logos or images sometimes appear misaligned, particularly when their shapes or aspect ratios vary significantly. Introducing a more adaptable way to display logos and images, or having them adjust automatically, would be beneficial. Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have the option to share only specific sections or tabs of a room, instead of the entire content, especially when only certain parts are relevant to a particular stakeholder.
