What I like most about Arcade is how it turns a normal product demo into something interactive. Instead of sending screenshots or long videos, I can create a clickable demo that feels like a real product. It is very easy to create demos without coding. I don't need engineering help or complex tools. I can just capture flows and publish them quickly. Another good thing is that it helps explain complex products simply. For SaaS products with many steps or screens, Arcade makes it easier for users to understand how things work. I like that the demos feel fast and lightweight. They load quickly and don't feel heavy like long screen recordings. It is also useful for onboarding new users. Instead of long docs, users can click through and learn by doing. Arcades work well for marketing and sales teams too. Sales can share demos directly with prospects without setting up a live call every time. I also like that it helps reduce back-and-forth questions. Sales can share demos directly with prospects without setting up a live call every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike is that advanced customization options are limited. Sometimes I want more control over design or branding. For very large or highly dynamic products, keeping demos updated can take time when the UI changes frequently. Pricing may feel a bit high for small teams, especially if they only need a few emos. There is also a learning curve at the beginning. especially to understand best practices for creating clean demos. Sometimes demos can feel too linear, especially if the product has many possible paths. Analytics are useful but could be more detailed, especially around user behavior inside the demo. It would be helpful to have better version control, especially when updating demos frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
