**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned very easy to use and intuitive, not just for me, but also for buyers. I've even received direct feedback from prospects and buyers about how easy it is to use. I love the insights and analytics it provides into who accesses the materials and enters the deal room, giving me valuable intent insights from a sales perspective. I also love how having deal rooms helps me streamline my engagement with prospects and organizes everything in one place, keeping it tidy and organized.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I guess, a feature that probably would be valuable is having some kind of intelligence built into Aligned in terms of the context of a sales opportunity. Potentially providing suggestions or prompts to maybe add new or fresh material. Should a sales cycle take a long time, and perhaps there have been less interactions from the buyer side with the deal room over the course of the period. Something of that nature, I guess, to allow me to maximize usage of the deal room and keep it as fresh and updated for the buyer as possible.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned for deal rooms, streamlining engagement with prospects by centralizing resources, creating an organized space for buyers to review materials, eliminating the need to sift through emails.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that Aligned allows me to do everything in one place, not only tracking tasks but also having all the files together. It saves a ton of time and makes my organization appear a lot more professional to the organizations we're trying to work with. I also find it relatively intuitive since the setup took only a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I think there are a few things on there that just are applicable for me. Some of the different boxes and functions that you can add files to or add documents, I don't necessarily need. I think it would be really cool to be able to view files directly in the app, like open up an Excel sheet or Google Doc within the app and just view it there, rather than having to download it. It would also be helpful to get heat maps on how long somebody is actually spending on a certain page of a document or if there's a certain thing within a document that they keep going back to.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned eliminates email threads, centralizes documents, and reduces time spent searching for files, making our organization more professional. It replaces spreadsheets and Google Docs, allowing everything to be in one place, simplifying task tracking and improving efficiency.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I use Aligned to collaborate with prospects and clients, and I love that it serves as a one-stop shop for them to access all the content, see next steps, and easily share access with other members. It's easy to use and takes just 30 seconds to create a new room. The analytics feature is incredibly valuable to me as it gives me an idea of what my prospects are mainly researching. I find it helpful that Aligned can also serve as a hub for internal teams to get a better understanding of where we are in the sales process. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

more integrations with external platforms, it would be good if we can embed our product into Aligned interface so it can work as a testing environment as well

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like the ease of use and the fact that the paid plan allows you to have an unlimited number of rooms. I like that it does not require any coding and is very DIY and user-friendly. I also appreciate that Aligned is built with the sales team in mind, not just the end users or clients who will be reading it. What I like most is that Aligned invests a huge amount of money and time in training folks via its library or workshops on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I couldn't really explore a lot of tools during the trial version to fully understand the efficacy of those features. Also, I couldn't fully understand how AI works within Aligned to help create certain things.

Aligned wraps up information beautifully, making it easy for anyone to access all the details in one place. It prevents information from getting lost in a trail of emails.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like the interface and how streamlined the web experience is with Aligned. Its intuitive nature makes it easy to use. I also appreciate how multiple parties on our side can collaborate in a shared workspace to refine a presentation for a client. Aligned presents functions and features in a way we haven't been able to achieve in-house, making it an attractive turnkey tool that we're looking forward to using more robustly across our Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Sometimes the tyranny of choice is a challenge. There are so many potential ways we can customize a workspace in Aligned. It really does require some expertise or a power user on their side. To illustrate the functionality and to equip our Salesforce with best practices and, just some tips as to how to best utilize the space to make it a very clear and clean presentation for prospective clients. Not at this time, unfortunately, Aligned doesn't integrate with our CRM.

Aligned helps us present materials interactively, improving how we explain our services. It informs sales leadership when a client engages, sparking further conversation. It turns complex resources into engaging content, going beyond calls or emails.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like the simplicity for the end user to get everything they need without having to spend precious time chasing different links. Aligned makes the purchase process as easy as possible, which is great because we want our clients to have a smooth experience. As a user, I find it handy to maintain a sort of library of documents or links that we send out often, and Aligned makes it really easy to drop down and click into the materials that are most frequently shared. It's really user-friendly for us as a team and significantly easier for our clients too.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I guess I've had one experience or two where I had a hard time verifying what the individual deal room for one client looked like compared to another client because they were different. The sandbox or preview functionality caused some confusion here and there when I was trying to make sure it looked the way I wanted for two pretty different clients. So that would, I'd say, be kind of the main thing there.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Aligned simplifies the purchase process by consolidating all relevant materials in a deal room, making it easier for clients to review and access what they need with a single link. It also allows me to track document engagement, which is really useful.

I like how Aligned centralizes all content, context, and collaboration, solving the problem of fragmented deal communication. I find it helpful to package everything in a way my champion can actually use internally, instead of piecing things together across emails and attachments. The setup was quick and easy, and it didn't take long to get a clean, effective workspace up and running.

At times, organizing and updating content within the workspace could be a bit more streamlined, especially as deals evolve. A simple way to update content once and push those updates across multiple sections or rooms would save time and reduce duplication.

I like how you can set up Aligned as a template. Everything you really need is there, and you can just tailor it. It's quick and looks really professional, which goes down well with clients. The speed at which you can respond to people is great, and it helps ensure that people feel heard. It's very organised and keeps everything in one centralised location, which is incredibly helpful instead of having to sort through a ton of emails and different chains. The integration with Salesforce and Google Drive is also really helpful as it automatically updates our presentations within Aligned. It's very easy to use and intuitive. The setup process was easy, and I've bought it now at two seperate companies because of how powerful it is.

I like that Aligned is very easy and simple to use to upload any content and share information. You can set one of these rooms up in minutes. It's also nice to reuse the material by uploading video clips and outside content. The initial setup was very easy, and I use the digital sales room to engage with my prospects and customers. Aligned helps create a one-stop shop for myself and my prospects to go to for sharing content, success plans, and staying aligned on the outcomes we're trying to solve for the customer. It enhances the buyer's experience, which helps them view you as a more trusted partner. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Maybe some small nuances. I don't think the Gong link works ideally, but you can do a workaround through the embedded link upload.

What stands out most about Aligned is how effectively it removes friction from the sales process. It provides a single, shared space where buyers and sellers can collaborate in real time, shifting the dynamic from “chasing updates” to actually moving decisions forward. Rather than dealing with scattered emails, missing attachments, and unclear next steps, everything stays structured, visible, and aligned to the deal.

From a revenue perspective, that level of clarity really matters. It helps shorten sales cycles, improves stakeholder engagement, and keeps momentum going—especially in complex, multi-threaded deals. It also fits well with how modern buyers prefer to engage: on their terms, with transparency, and without unnecessary back-and-forth.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned is tackling one of the biggest problems in complex sales: fragmentation.

Most deals don’t fall apart because the product isn’t a fit. They fall apart because communication, content, and stakeholders get scattered across emails, decks, threads, and internal silos. That fragmentation creates confusion, slows momentum, and makes it difficult to keep the process on track.

Aligned pulls everything into a shared, structured workspace, so stakeholders, content, timelines, and next steps all live in one place. That level of clarity reduces friction throughout the buying journey and makes it easier to move deals forward.

For me, the benefits are immediate: faster deal cycles because there’s less back-and-forth chasing; stronger stakeholder alignment, especially in multi-threaded enterprise deals; clear visibility into engagement—who’s involved, what’s being viewed, and where deals are stalling; and a more controlled, professional buying experience that builds trust with exec-level buyers.

The net result is more predictable pipeline progression and higher conversion.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like how easy it is to template and duplicate rooms with Aligned, because I have created a set of room templates that have the content and case studies I need for my target prospects all ready to go. This helps me customize rooms quickly for different types of prospects with the right targeted content. It's also a plus that Aligned integrates with our CRM, HubSpot, and Slack, which gives me more visibility into actions against the rooms. The initial setup was very easy, and I've found their customer service to be good, especially with Jessica being very communicative.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I have no complaints. I will say, it is valuable to have the rooms "gated" so you can see who else is getting into them, but sometimes that has been a deterrent to people clicking through into the room. I don't see that as a flaw in Aligned, you just have to decide if you want the lowest barrier to entry (and therefore fewer analytics) or higher analytics and risk fewer visitors in general.

I use Aligned for sales alignment with prospects, tracking conference engagement (marketing), onboarding new employees, and sharing targeted content for projects. The room templates help me quickly customize rooms for different prospects.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I love that Aligned allows me to tell when people are in the room and track engagement, which helps me understand what the customer is focusing on and what's most important to them. This can give insights not directly presented in our past conversations. Aligned also helps me stay in contact with customers and mitigates the back and forth of very long email threads. It lets me see engagement and push deals forward easily, understand gaps, and excel in areas that differentiate me from the competition. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The ability to add certain documents, shape certain images, and make it a little bit more user friendly could be improved. Sometimes images, such as the banner, don't fit correctly. In certain sections, URLs or videos don't appear properly.

Aligned helps me stay in contact with customers and cut down on long email threads. It helps resolve communication gaps, shows engagement, and lets me understand what the customer prioritizes, helping me push deals forward and stand out from the competition.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned really useful for sharing information and updates with stakeholders and working through complex proposal processes. It helps me connect and grow with new buying groups efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is how it organizes and explains content in client-centered ways and provides insights into whether the content resonates and measures engagement interest. The analytics are super important to me, even when the usage insights aren't attached to a specific user. It's helpful to see that the information is valuable, relevant, and keeps us top of mind. It seems the initial setup was pretty easy and smooth, which is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish the library was more automatic, like anytime something is uploaded I wish we could route it as "custom" or "general" and access general docs more easily for repurposing in future proposals. I also wish we could have multiple different rooms for each account since I often work with many different business units.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like the usability of Aligned overall. It's very intuitive to use, and I was able to figure out exactly how to use it in just one day. I really like the overall structure of how Aligned is laid out. I also really like that I can do things like embed videos, upload documents, and PowerPoints. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I got set up in about a day or so and had my first room up and running.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Aligned doesn't have a great mobile viewing experience from what I've seen. And I think that layouts could be improved, giving me a little bit more flexibility if I wanted to use a side-by-side layout for a portion of my digital sales room. More types of content blocks would be helpful in the future.

Aligned helps me provide customers an easy way to view content in a low pressure environment at their own time.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I appreciate that with Aligned, I could sign up without having to pay a subscription, even though there are subscription options for more detailed use. I also like that when I share it with someone, they don't have to sign up to view the room, which is great. The initial setup was really easy, and I might have used Google to log in, but I didn't need to pay.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I found Aligned a bit too clunky for use in a transactional sales role. Building a bespoke sales room was too much of a time sink for me because I'm on back-to-back calls and need to quickly bash out follow-ups. It took too long for me as I often have just a couple of minutes before calls. It would be great if Aligned could ingest the call transcript and build the sales room itself, which I could then tweak. That would be awesome.

Aligned helps me set up a sales room without needing a subscription. However, for my transactional sales role, it's too time-consuming. It would be great if it could auto-generate sales rooms from call transcripts, so I can tweak them efficiently.

I like how Aligned consolidates all of the post-meeting follow-ups, instead of going back and forth through email or phone calls. I like how everything is in one platform; I can send a link to prospects, allowing them to evaluate us as if we were walking them through our product. The initial setup of Aligned was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Our product has confidential aspects of it, and I usually make them enter their email. I wonder if there could be a better way to maintain confidentiality? The customer gets freaked out when they have to enter their email. Maybe like, once the link is sent, it can't be sent again?

In the top bar, where the highlights are displayed, it should be possible to click and be taken directly to the corresponding section, rather than having it as a separate interaction.

It has been extremely helpful for our partner program, allowing us to centralize all information in one place that’s easy for everyone to access. In our sales process, it also brought greater organization, which we believe positively strengthens our image with prospects.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Aligned allows me within a sales opportunity to centralise all of the key information, documents, case studies etc that usually would get sent on email and lost. 

The platform allows for bi-directional information flow, with the added bonus of analytics to understand deal engagement. The overall UI of the platform is simple and clean, and can be learned very quickly. 

I currently have it integrated to my Google Drive, with the future aim of expand this to more of our company platforms.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

As of currently, there's nothing to dislike.

The checklist feature really speeds up our onboarding process. Setting up our template and using it for our 'rooms' is super easy.

The email functions. I would like to see it in more areas. Also using the @ feature within could work better. I have to @ in the beginning of a text and not anywhere within, which isn't the greatest if you want to call out a specific person to do an action in the middle of the comment. Though I do find that clients sometimes don't know how to use it so we've started providing training. It would be nice if we could have meetings with the client automatically load into the Aligned room.

I love how it becomes a focal point for what prospects and customers actually care about. Including your creds deck can feel obligatory, but in reality, it’s rarely looked at post presentation (no surprise). What Aligned gives me instead is a lens for seeing which assets are genuinely interesting to them and how I should shape my next conversation.

The UI is solid, too. There are lots of ways to present content, from large windows to carousels, and you can easily pair imagery with supporting text.

Some of the team are using it for heavier workloads, and we haven’t had any performance issues. Support has been excellent, and we're very much looking forward to seeing more innovations with AI to help optimise how we use the platform.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like Aligned as a free-flowing data source that I can shape the way I want for my client interactions. I use a number of different tabs to include information such as executive summaries, security information, and FAQs. I find that clients enjoy the various levels of depth, and this even helps shape many of the rooms that I create for specific buyer personas.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I would love if Aligned had a spell check option on the platform. And I think it could be a little bit more user friendly. It seems that it can be a little bit clunky sometimes.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned to reach new buyers within target client accounts by compiling lots of information into a single link instead of sending individual emails with attachments.

My prospects love it, and that's what matters most to me. It has become an easy medium for me to keep my prospects up to date from start to finish and the feedback I've gotten has been overwhelmingly positive.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Nothing that I really dislike, although I do wish I cold assign/name the people who visit the rooms I create

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned is solving a major problem - prospects ghosting me. I benefit heavily from seeing that someone might be reluctant to respond to my email, but they regularly visit the room. This tells me to continue reaching out and it's a matter of time.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that I can create a standard template in Aligned and also that I can see a client's progress, when they accessed the training page. It's been pretty easy to set up and is very useful for sharing training steps and resources with clients, while tracking their progress all in one spot where the rest of our team can also see and follow along.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Would love if it also had client success/relationship management features as well, and/or had the ability to function as a cms

Aligned helps me share training steps and resources with clients and track their progress in one place. It also allows the team to follow along, and I like creating standard templates and seeing when clients access the training.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I appreciate how Aligned helps keep my projects organized by storing all files, presentations, and proposals in one central location, making it easy for prospects and clients to access and collaborate without having to scroll through multiple email threads. One of my favorite features is the mutual action plan, which is a living, breathing document that I can easily edit after each meeting or task to keep us aligned and on track.

I wish there was an integration with Fathom for video recordings and note taking

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

It is not a Traditional CRM. It works as an execution layer where the real work happens and it centralised every bit of buyer seller collab. Automatic Summarizing calls and tracking shareholder engagement that helps us to remove the friction that typically causes deals stuck. it is a complete collaborative  workspace for all the team members. Perfect Magic Lies in its intent signals, real time tracking of complete deal process is helping us to close the deals better and faster way.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

There no button to 'Download All'  for buyers also there are some bugs when viewing large PDFs and analytics that sometimes struggle to distinguish between a new decision maker and a fake email gatekeeper. there is no multi language support and rigid task management can make it feel a bit too small for bigger orgs.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is eliminating multi threaded email chains that often lead to lost documents. By provinding Mutual Action Plans, it helps us to transforms a one sided sales pitch in to a collaborative pitch. Alerts for deal management to the all stake holders that helps to close the deal faster and in colloborative way.

I find Aligned easy to use while still allowing for some creative freedom. It helps me stay organized and present value in one place to potential buyers and partners. Knowing when people are engaging with my content is super helpful as it helps me understand if or when I need to take action to keep a conversation moving. Although I wasn't involved in the initial setup, I found it very easy to get going when I had a login.

I wish there was an easier way to capture who is engaging with the room without explicitly making them fill out the information.

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like how Aligned gives us visibility into who is visiting our content and for how long. It's super easy to customize modules and share or re-use templates from the library, which saves us a lot of time. I also appreciate being able to hide or show tabs of new information when it’s relevant in the buying cycle. The ability for external visitors to comment enhances engagement, and forwarding links is straightforward. Aligned serves as a central hub, making it easy to bring new team members up to speed. It was very easy for us to get up and started with Aligned as our first digital sales room solution. Onboarding was quick, and creating templates for the team was seamless, allowing us to have standard content modules that can be copied and adjusted as needed.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish that there was better version control (though the library does allow you to replace all existing versions) and that the pages supported more custom styling and HTML options. The out-of-the-box works well for quick use cases, but not as flexible when it comes to changing layout or embedding outside elements.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned centralizes our communication by creating digital rooms, reducing lost emails and making it easy to track engagement. It simplifies sharing, customization, and keeps stakeholders informed, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
