What do you dislike about Apptricity Travel and Expense?

My company uses an old version from 2007. It is not user friendly. When you use the software often you get used to it. For someone at a company that only uses it a couple times a year it is challenging to remember how you are supposed to do it because a lot of steps are not labeled. What do you like best about Apptricity Travel and Expense?

I like that the Apptricity system easily list all expenses and allows me to follow policy as well as track spending. I always know that I am within our company's compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apptricity Travel and Expense?

I dislike the ease of use when adding expenses for a group. So if there is a meeting or conference with several people, it is very hard to break out the hotel meals and accomodations per person. This needs to be corrected by Apptricity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is straight-forward and simple to use. Allows an easy flow through the process from assigning an expense to an expense report to getting a status of a submitted expense report Everything is broken up into easy-to-understand tabs and navigation through the software is simple to do. . In the few times that I have travelled abroad, it seems that Appricity doesn't always handle the foreigh exchange rates as smoothly as I would hope. I always need to work a little harder than normal to make everything match up correctly based on my foreign receipts and the amounts that Appricity shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Easy to export the expenses from the unassigned corp credit card charges

2. You can attach the receipt of all expenses together.

3. Spilt expenses where the common bill paid by a single employee.

4. Track the status of a submitted claim and shows how many days pending with whom

1.Can NOT attach the receipt of individual expenses for a charge if required

I like that my expenses are automatically downloaded into the program and I am able to assign my expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are a first time user, it is hard to understand where to go and what to do. Even the manuals take a while to get through to fully understand what you need to do. Also, it alerts management that there are approvals needed but I think that it needs to send reminders if not approved after a certain lengths of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All versions of our software offer alerts and reminders, but some companies choose not to use them. Also, it seems you're using an older version of our software: you'll be pleased to know that our updates offer significantly more automation and drag-and-drop to our interface, making it more intuitive and reducing the number of steps needed to create, file and approve reports. Speed it up. Seems to hang or lag as it processes. Also, integration of complete expense attributes from mobile device so that it does not need further action via website login.
