"Fantastic platform and even better team"

What do you like best?

The targeting we're able to get to with our campaigns is unparalleled. Between looking at intent based on pages viewed, layering in in-house marketing/CRM data, and RollWorks' proprietary AI, I'm confident our ads are being shown to the correct people.

What do you dislike?

Only downside is something any growing organization would come up against as it relates to server space. As we have a massive amount of data that can be pulled from RollWorks, when trying to look at large datasets in one place, the server isn't always able to keep up and means we have to compile smaller snapshots to get the full picture.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reach net new prospects, nurture contacts we've engaged, target very specific contacts/accounts, provide specific content at specific parts of the sales cycle.

"A great complement to other digital marketing channels"

What do you like best?

Rollworks seems to have a good selection of placements across multiple networks, which makes it easy to appear like you're everywhere to prospects who've previously visited your site and haven't converted.

What do you dislike?

It's an advanced feature, but I wish it was easier to automate the process of pushing granular conversion data into my marketing automation so I have more detail around what's driving view-through conversions. Right now, it's a manual process to load this report data and ensure that our Rollworks campaigns are getting partial credit for driving engagement.

Make sure to check in regularly with the team at Rollworks and ensure that you have a good feedback loop going with what works and what isn't to ensure that they can help you to optimize your campaigns.

We wanted to ensure that we were present on as many different channels as we possibly could. Rollworks gave us another channel that we could us to both prospect and retarget the right audience.

What do you like best?

Being a machine driven tool,many clients may face difficulties in its initial understanding as well as linking it up with other softwares to acquire maximum output and cordination,it also requires finance and dedication in its apllication in order for one to use it effectively for instance in contact discovery

Its a good and efficient software to use in the modern state as well as to the skilled staff and clients.

"It's like doubling your demand gen team without hiring more people"

What do you like best?

Rollworks has helped us reach and penetrate accounts that we've been struggling for years through their lead locator product, and help provide clarity into the effectiveness of advertising at each stage in the funnel through their accelerator program.

What do you dislike?

I want to say the price, because who doesn't want to pay more, but I do feel we're getting a positive return on our investment with them.

My biggest complaint is that they no longer support Twitter, which they used to do.

I recommend ensuring that you set up your Salesforce instance to ingest Rollworks data because it can be a great tool for enriching account information.

"Top of the Line Programmatic Display Tool"

What do you like best?

The robust capabilities, dedicated account management, and design services make getting started with RollWorks not as cumbersome as it could be. Programmatic display is a monster, so it's worthwhile to have a vendor that acts as a partner in the process.

What do you dislike?

Onboarding can be a challenge no matter what. I feel like they could do a better job of understanding their client's knowledge of programmatic display from the beginning, then filling in the blanks. After a year in, I am still learning things that I wish had been explained from the start.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Clean up the reporting dashboard to make it easier for admins to use and understand. Concentrate on really teaching customers with programmatic display entails during onboarding instead of only focusing on what's needed for launch.

"Lots of improvement"

What do you like best?

Ads are served up to the right people and we have recently gotten comments that people are seeing our ads. This helps us drive more people to our website and events.

What do you dislike?

There are some bugs. Copying and editing ads or campaigns often pop up with errors saying it cannot be completed at the time, which can slow down the process of the campaign. Also, contact matching can take a long time, but that appears to be true of Choozle as well

We are using it for branding and driving people to events. We recently got a comment from someone we invited to an event that they already been seeing lots of ads for the event before signing up.

"Good platform for retargeting"

What do you like best?

The integrations for Marketo and Salesforce are what sets this tool apart from Google and other ad platforms, in my experience.

What do you dislike?

The customer success and support teams are responsive but not always the most technical. I had to set up the integration between Marketo and Salesforce myself. I am also a bit skeptical about the account matching they do through IP lookup and the targeting of users by job role.

Onboarding took longer than anticipated.

I use Rollworks mainly for retargeting purposes. The capabilities are much more robust than what Google offers.

What do you like best?

I love the ease of of this tool, the software is designed in a way that the user interface is friendly. Customization of this software is great, it enables me to customize it to my preference.

The customer service is poor, I encountered bugs but I had to contact them several times before they helped solve the problem.

"RollWorks: B2B Display"

What do you like best?

The account management at RollWorks is very strong. Our account rep has worked closely with us to implement all live campaigns. The platform optimizes based on an algorithm which makes a lot of this service very hands-off. The reporting is great as well.

What do you dislike?

We have found the value of view through conversions but it wasn't communicated clearly in the sales process that our definition of conversion and conversion value was different.

It's an expensive media commitment for the year but is an incredibly strong product.

We are retargeting nearly all of our web traffic to push them back to the website to convert or engage as a nurture through the sales cycle.

What do you like best?

Visitor identification is one great feature in this tool.

Pipeline management is very efficient.

Integration with Marketo makes this tool better than other tools.

What do you like best?

The RollWorks interface learns in real time and optimizes based off of user data. This allows us to learn from the data rather than making assumptions about our audience.

Using Rollworks we are able to do hyperfocused account based marketing and deliver the right message at the right stage of the funnel. There are also a lot of features to discover untapped audiences and pull them into campaigns. In addition Rollworks helps us engage accounts that are coming up for renewal.

"Best tool ever!"

What do you like best?

I love that RollWorks turns propects into customers. It helps with identifying, engagement and marketing.

Sometimes it can be a little hard to understand. But once you get the hang of it, it's easy!
