In many cases they, also, identify personal emails. I have been using them for several years and my results have been very good. **What do you dislike about RocketReach?** In many cases I will receive an email and the person has recently changes jobs. They still have the old email. I wish that there was a way indicate that there is a problem without having to log into their system. I constantly have problems when I first open the app in LinkedIn. The app will just show the rocket and not go to the persons information. I will have to reset the entire app to get it to work again. I have been looking at the RocketReach web site and the program that I am currently on gives me 200 emails per month for about $500.00 per year. The web site currently shows that next year I will only aet 100 emails per month for that same price. I have yet to need customer support and I don't implement it into any of our other tools, but there also isn't a need at this point. **What do you dislike about RocketReach?** I can't say that I have any true dislikes, but I have found that at times it is a little behind in updating when a person has left a company and should no longer be listed in the role.
