I've found the most success when utilizing the LinkedIn function - in being able to locate information using their profiles. **What do you dislike about RocketReach?** I've used both the annual membership and the monthly membership. Because our company already provides our own software we use - sometimes my usage varies. Unfortunately my plan does not include phone numbers. If it did, I would be able to use all my credits entirely. The entire experience, from unclear plan messaging to the scripted, dismissive customer support, felt like a bait-and-switch. I canceled immediately, but I'm still stuck with a month of service I don’t want.
