
I appreciate that RocketReach allows me to get company information and some good contact info for clients, which is quite valuable for my work. I find being able to look things up from the RocketReach extension very useful, as it integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enabling me to rely on it as my primary search tool. This is particularly advantageous because it lets me find brand-new contacts who are not yet in the RocketReach database. This capability effectively augments my prospecting efforts. Additionally, integrating RocketReach with HubSpot is beneficial since it allows for direct porting of information, streamlining data handling and improving workflow efficiency. I find the user interface of RocketReach to be highly confusing and inconsistent. The setup process was not enjoyable, primarily due to the unintuitive design, which often requires performing tasks differently across various sections. This inconsistency creates frustration and hampers usability. Additionally, the interface feels outdated, resembling a legacy system with unnecessary features tacked on. It requires a complete overhaul to align with modern standards and improve functionality.
