What do you like best about RocketReach?

I appreciate that RocketReach allows me to get company information and some good contact info for clients, which is quite valuable for my work. I find being able to look things up from the RocketReach extension very useful, as it integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enabling me to rely on it as my primary search tool. This is particularly advantageous because it lets me find brand-new contacts who are not yet in the RocketReach database. This capability effectively augments my prospecting efforts. Additionally, integrating RocketReach with HubSpot is beneficial since it allows for direct porting of information, streamlining data handling and improving workflow efficiency. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I find the user interface of RocketReach to be highly confusing and inconsistent. The setup process was not enjoyable, primarily due to the unintuitive design, which often requires performing tasks differently across various sections. This inconsistency creates frustration and hampers usability. Additionally, the interface feels outdated, resembling a legacy system with unnecessary features tacked on. It requires a complete overhaul to align with modern standards and improve functionality. What do you like best about RocketReach?

What I appreciate most about RocketReach is how quickly it delivers solid, verified contact information with minimal friction. The intuitive interface and Chrome extension make it easy to find email addresses, phone numbers and social profiles right when I’m looking at someone’s LinkedIn or company page. The quality of the data stands out — meaningful enough to unlock outreach that actually works. On top of that, the seamless integrations with major CRMs and tools streamline workflows so I spend less time copying and pasting and more time engaging the right people. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

What I dislike about RocketReach is that while the contact data is generally accurate, some results can still be outdated or incomplete, especially for smaller companies or less active professionals. The pricing can also feel a bit high for individual users or small teams, and the number of monthly lookups on lower-tier plans is somewhat limited. Occasionally, search filters don’t return the most relevant results, and it can take a few tries to find the exact contact you’re looking for. What do you like best about RocketReach?

I've used RocketReach since early 2020 and have found by far it is the best research tool on the market for the price. It provides me with everything I need to successfully reach out to contacts I need and has been accurate enough for my needs. Some of the things I've used with research tools like Zoominfo is now being offered by RocketReach. One being a list of similar companies.

RocketReach allows me to export contacts into excel so I have a hardcopy of the contacts I'm researching.

RocketReach is very easy to use, so anyone can use it.

RocketReach has done a great job of increasing the number of features they offer and it has become easier to search a contact from LinkedIn due to the seamless ease of integrating between the two platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

There is little I'm dissatisfied with when using RocketReach. I've always found it accurate enough for what I need, but occasionally it provides information on a contact that is information about their old job and role, but this is becoming more and more rare.

"RocketReach: Excellent for Lead Generation, but Beware of Cancellation Policy"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

RocketReach has long been the industry leader in lead generation and contact info for outreach in all facets of business. I have used this service for a decade. As a talent booker, I often used it to find hard to reach contacts of people who I needed to track down and reach out to. It was easy to input their name, company, Linkedin, etc and was delivered their phone and email address easily and without too many clicks. The ease of use was always appreciated.

I have since used it for biz-dev and cold email outreach which has also been very efficient and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Their cancelation policy leaves a lot to be desired - there is no automatic renewal warning and the service is not cheap, so that did come as a shock when I was in a year where I was not using the service and could not reverse the charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Handy for Direct Outreach, But Pricing's a Stumble"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I mainly use RocketReach for cold emailing when internship hunting. I love that it actually works most of the time, with legit emails, which is super valuable when you need to get seen by a human. The LinkedIn integration is fantastic, as the little sidebar on LinkedIn saves time by allowing me to grab info without leaving the tab. The Chrome extension is definitely my favorite feature because it saves me from having to open new tabs when I'm on LinkedIn. I also appreciate the verification score, which tells me how likely an email is to be real with a percentage or a green check. Plus, sometimes RocketReach pulls up personal emails like Gmail or Outlook, which can be helpful. The clean interface is another plus—it gives me just the name, role, and contact info without clutter. All in all, RocketReach just fits seamlessly into my existing workflow and makes the daunting task of networking feel a little more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The price is insane, especially for students like me. The cheapest plan is around $48 a month, which is way too expensive on a student budget. The free trial only offers 5 lookups a month, which is hardly anything. I'm forced to use them sparingly or create new accounts to get more credits. Sometimes the 'verified' emails aren't reliable, and they bounce back even when marked with a green check. It's frustrating to waste a credit on those. The credits don't roll over, so if you don't use them all in a month, you lose them, which feels like a scam. Cancellation can be tricky; I've read warnings about auto-renewing and use a virtual card to avoid unexpected charges. What do you like best about RocketReach?

As a journalist, it is my go to site for finding names and contacts. With so many apps and websites to use to find information, I find that RocketReach has more complete contact information. A lot of sites only have the latest info, while RocketReach provides historical information as well. I've often reached out to people at an old email address with much success, so I use the site daily. I also really like the interface which allows me to quickly find what I need with little effort.
