What do you like best about RocketReach?

I’ve found RocketReach to be one of the most reliable tools for outreach, especially when accuracy really matters. Instead of spending hours guessing who the right person might be, RocketReach helps you quickly zero in on the actual decision-maker and gives you direct contact details that are usually spot on.

What I like most is how practical it feels in real work scenarios. Whether it’s conference follow-ups, targeted LinkedIn outreach, or building a clean prospect list, it saves a lot of manual effort and reduces the back-and-forth that comes with incorrect or generic contacts. The filters are intuitive, and it’s easy to narrow down by role, company, or geography.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I believe the interface is one area where RocketReach can improve. While the tool is functional and delivers on accuracy, a more intuitive and streamlined user experience would make it easier to navigate, especially for first-time users.

Additionally, having more free credits to search email IDs would allow users to better evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the ease of searchability and the ability to discover contact information through LinkedIn profiles. I appreciate the keyword and phrase search feature for finding contacts when a name is not known. RocketReach, while not as built out as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, allows me to discover new names and contacts that I was not already aware of. The initial setup was very easy and seamless. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I find the contact lists can be inaccurate or out of date. Also, I'd like more specifics at an employer level, like a cleaner way to filter or break down contacts at a specific business. The filter options could be improved with the ability to filter by various job titles and specific roles. The information is there, but it's not as user-friendly and intuitive as it could be. The ability to get contact information for people that I want to connect with at companies regardless of their LinkedIn profile even existing. Also, the comprehensive search tools make it easy to narrow down your contacts at companies to the specific people you're looking to speak with, for example, the IT Department at a software company that handles the hardware and not software or platform integrations. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

For me, the least helpful tool is getting personal e-mail addresses. I'm not trying to recruit people to work for me and I would find it extremely rude to contact someone at their personal e-mail address regarding their profession. I'd also prefer more specifics about phone numbers. It seems that Rocket Reach does have a hard time tracking virtual numbers and knowing if they are personal, professional, cellular, or something else such as a VOIP system. I like that the information provided is more accurate than on other platforms I’ve tried. It’s also very easy to integrate with an existing CRM, such as Hubspot. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The main downside is that the filters for finding contacts aren’t as easy or as quick to use as I’d like. The browser extension also runs into issues at times, and I end up needing to restart it or even reinstall it. On top of that, it isn’t very easy to speak with a customer support representative when I’m trying to resolve a problem, since the first option is the AI powered chat. What do you like best about RocketReach?

I find RocketReach super easy to use. It's easy to find company and personal information, and it's well organized. I also like that it includes revenue figures, which are helpful. The initial setup was super easy and very intuitive; I didn't need to follow instructions, I just dove in and started using it, getting better as I went along. Being able to find email addresses, both business and personal, is one of the real keys for me. This feature is super helpful, especially when work emails are heavily filtered and tend to go to spam. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Well, it doesn't work as well for me when it says there's no available contact information for an individual, then again, everyone has their limits. One other thing that might be better is sometimes I look up someone's name and they don't appear in the search. But then I look up a different way, like the name of the company where they are, and then I find them. So I'm not sure why it's not coming up. I use RocketReach for networking, business outreach, and sales. I find it very helpful because it gives me access to emails, social media, and telephone numbers for the right people all in one place. I really like the high-quality data and powerful search and filtering features, which are crucial as they reduce the time I spend searching and help avoid dead ends and bounced emails. The integrations and workflow fit, such as browser and email integrations, are also important to me because they reduce friction between intent and action. Data coverage and accuracy for small companies is still not very good, it needs to be improved. The confidence level indicators for the accuracy of a contact can be improved. I really like that RocketReach is a one-stop shop for different sources of information, which helps me create a broader database. There are various ways to extract information, and I can do multiple individuals' extracts, which is a great value add. I was able to pull data for 4,000 individuals at once, making it faster and more efficient to manage a pool of individuals for my segmented market. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Sometimes I look at a person, and I would like to suggest, for example, a LinkedIn or a correction. And I have never found it to be user friendly in terms of that. It would be nice to have a button or something for you to suggest information about an individual that you do have the information for, to make it more wholesome and to make the experience more engaging for the user that actually wants to complete profiles for individuals that are important.
