Mouseflow supports both web and mobile sessions, with features like funnel tracking, form analytics, and heatmaps. One unique aspect is its ability to auto-detect user frustration patterns, such as click rage or rapid navigation changes.

Hotjar was becoming too cluttered, messy, and very expensive. We considered Post Hog, but it required too much customization to setup the dashboard, and the platform was also sprawling. They charged for every little thing too. It was unpredictable and our bill skyrocketed on accident the first two weeks. Rejourney turns out to be about 84% cheaper for us because they don't charge for events, active users, logs, errors, etc. They only charge for session replay volume, and even if you hit the quota for the replays that month, all the other normal analytics still work (in other words on the replays pause).
