**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The ability to track web dev conerns down to a single user and view their recorded session to see exactly their path to that issue and why they are having that issue. It takes a lot of guess work out of figuring out issues and allows you to focus on solutions. Customer support is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

No major problems with the platform, very easy to use. It could be easier to filter and find specific data cuts, but still doable via the current search functionality.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking the guess work out of finding website related issues such as functionality, design, content, etc. We spend less time trying to figure out the root cause of these issues and more time solving them, saving us tremendous amounts of time.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Heatmaps help us better understand user behavior, what elements they use most often on the site, and what distracts them - Mouseflow works great here. An additional advantage is the ability to monitor user behavior in forms. Although the price is slightly higher than the competition, it compensates us with functionality. They have a very helpful support team that responds very quickly and helps you integrate the tool.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I miss the free plan that activates when all sessions are used

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow helps me see what problems our users are having on the pages so we can respond quickly to their needs. Mouseflow was great when we were working on our pricing redesign, allowing us to eliminate elements that were distracting users.

visualisation of data from Google Analytics in a very approachable, easily understood way, especially when presenting to non-SEO / non-experts and for them to understand how their web pages are performing on both mobile and desktop. It's an all in one tool which is great.

The use of credits goes down really fast

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow is easy to use and easy to implement. The team at Mosueflow has been great at supporting us starting with implementation through to the present. Our previous heatmap and session recording tool made some changes that lead to the decision to find a new partner. Since the move, we have not looked back. Mouseflow provides us with an enterprise solution that we can give page owners access to throughout the organization.

I would like to see a simplier option for how the survey tool appears on the website.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow gives us tools to assess user experience by providing insight into how visitors are interacting with our pages and enables us to view how visitors interact with the website during a visit. I espeically like the features that draw our attention to areas where there may be an issue with the website that we can address. It allows us to idetnify and address user experience issues.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow has a great resource in being able to watch our users interact with our website. 
We are especially looking forward to the new Journeys feature which provides a deeper analysis on the user journey.

It's easy to use & navigate, and you can easily implement onto your website via Google Tag Manager. 

We have an excellent support contact who has walked us through the features & provides additional advice on how to get more out of the product.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It would be great if the Funnels feature had the option to view based on an open funnel rather than closed only.
Also, if we could use tags/variables etc in our funnel creation instead of just URLs.

We mostly use Mouseflow to help us determine causes behind dips in performance & look for feature improvement opportunities.

The friction feature is a bit wonky. Regular customer behavior oftentimes gets misidentified as friction.

The ability to identify customers who have friction within our store and be able to resolve queries quickly.

Mouselfow is allowing us to track customer segments and identify challenges they have. Its been helpful to share sessions internally with our customer care team to show what a customer is doing on our site so we can provide 1-1 support.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The part I like most about Mouseflow, besides its ease of use, is being able to integrate all the websites into a single account with a single payment. With other tools, you have to create a plan for each site, which becomes unfeasible for companies that manage more than one URL.

"Their customer service is also excellent, always faster to respond and help.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The only thing I would improve in Mouseflow today is to make the control of traffic and credits between sites more intuitive. Instead of setting it by percentage, it could be easier to set 'stop recording after X sessions.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us a lot in observing user behaviors. Since we operate in an educational setting, there are many bureaucratic hurdles in conducting continuous tests directly with users. Mouseflow helps us understand small behaviors within the platform.

We have to manage our sessions so we don't run out of sessions after a couple of days.

We get some useful insights in how consumers are using our website, how certain elements are used and which elements can be improved. We also can ask input from our consumers and in that way get to know which information we are lacking.

Their Session Replay helps in understand all user movements and actions. This helps us read the user action much better and make critical decision in adding changes. I check recording daily to improve the product. Session Replay was very simple to integrate with their single piece of code to implement. Thanks for such an awesome feature.

Debugging capabilities for issue tracking

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow is a great all-around behavior analytics platform that offers some great features like tracking JS elements. We have selected it based on our concrete use case and it was a clear winner for us. On top of that, their support is great. They are able to communicate fast, and also they are able to push fixes to their software very fast. And that's not very common.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The only thing that I don't like is the way their pricing plans are positioned. I would suggest to add billing based on the real usage, rather than having plans with fixed monthly recordings.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to the point where we had to understand how users interact with our website. Even though that there are multiple tools, and also some of them are completely free, we have picked Mousfeflow because it was the only tool that was able to track JS in our website menu. Besides that, it's simple, easy to integrate and provides a lot more data that we are able to analyze.

We have been using Mouseflow since 2018 and it is an advantageous product for understanding your customer interaction with your product. you can see device-wise interaction. understand in case of any friction on the page. create funnels as per your business requirements. the overall process of implementation is quite simple - easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I don't see any dislike in mouseflow products as per our experience.

We are getting proper information on Customer interaction with the product, which is impossible by any other tool.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

While Mouseflow does have incredible heatmap capabilites, recording, feedback, and so many other features, it is really the customer support that has been the best thing about Mouseflow. In marketing, we tend to get a ton of questions about how things are performing and while I'm in Mouseflow every day, there is sometimes where I have more questions. Our customer reps as well as the support team always answer me within hours. It's incredible. They've been so helpful and all for a great price. Can't recommend enough!

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The only thing missing for me from Mouseflow would be an aggregate of the behavior without having to create a journey. It would be helpful to show "most people actually go from the homepage to pricing and THEN product pages" or something more along those lines in a dashboard format.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow is giving us a better view into customer journey and customer actions while we still work through the kinks of GA4. We'll still be using Mouseflow so we can dive into performance deeper and see the next journey of users.

Mouseflow has an amazing customer support, it is super simple to implement and, at the same time, offers nearly endless flexibility when it comes to building custom solutions, such as tags and variables. 

I especially like their heatmap tool as it not only has various views (by clicks, scroll, attention, movement), but a "live" view in which you can interact with your website and see heatmaps for different states of the page. This helps a lot when your page has modals or elements that can be expanded.

Stability of recordings and reliability on exact numbers are not always 100%

Before Mouseflow, we were only able to deliver reports rather than analysis. Mouseflow gives us in depth insights into how our users interact with our digital services.

We recently moved our 3 brand sites from Hotjar to Mouseflow. We've been using Hotjar for years but recent pricing changes made us look at the market - and I am glad we did. Not only did we get a lot more value for our money we also got a tonne more features. 

Customer support and onboarding has been great, and we love the fact they are EU based like us. Switching over has been relatively painless, just 1 tracking code for our 3 sites and then some implimentation inside mouseflow.

Our team of product mangaers and designeres are loving it so far (3 months in).

A little more control on how we balance our session credit usage between our sites would be great.

Being able to get qualitative insights on consumers in a quantitative way. It is an intuitive tool that provides more information on how consumers interact with our page/brand.

It would be nice to have more intuitive filters (for example filter only on the ones that have checkout). It is possible but it took me some time to understand how to get there.

It is giving me insights on how to optimize our pages. The only downside is that it requires some time to watch the recordings which is why I love the heatmap option, it provides very quick and easy to understand consumer insights.

Mouseflow has very useful functionality with being able to replay a session and see how users interacted with our website. It is very intuitive and easy to use as well.

If I had one critique about Mouseflow, it would be that I would like if the options to jump to different screens wouldn't require using a drop down to be able to skip ahead. Occasionally, when I go to jump ahead to different screens in the interaction, if I am not quick enough, it will refresh and I will lose my place on the screen.

The main thing I love about Mouseflow is the support. They are always willing to dig in and help with technical solutions rather than just quick simple answers. The platform also has a lot of features compared to similar tools. I would say I use the heatmap tool the most frequently to be able to see what features people are clicking on the most. The tool was super easy to implement even though we have a custom form. The support team was able to help out.

Easy to use.  Shows exactly what an agent is entering and we are able to track errors.

Doesn't catch all recordings and having some issues with getting ****** in fields that we can't figure out.  Something changed with our whitelisted and excluded data fields, but we didn't change it.

Helps to understand any issues an agent may have entering data.  We can also see if an agent is backtracking and changing items to get something to fit.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Ease of use and ability to utilize multiple content analysis tools. Having the scroll meter functioanlity really helps us influence above and below the fold strategy decisions. Also, it is easy to review data and reporting. Overall, the tool itself is closely aligned with business needs making it one of my daily users.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I think there is opportunity for improvement around report building and the flexibility to adapt reporting to the nature of the project/website/etc.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow allows us to watch how our users interact with our product and in turn allows the business to weigh priorities and guide strategies based on the data we receive. Essentially, we are informing UI and UX decisions through seeing how our customers interact with different parts of our product.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

It creats a feeling of how the User interact with the website of our customers. I like most the custom tags, which helps me to verify the results and optimize the next steps. The software is easy to use and especially the customer service answers pretty fast and brings helpful content. The easy and fast integration makes it easy to use this tool.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Some Heatmaps struggle with animations or overlays. It also exclude pages, which hasn't been excluded manually.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow shows deep insides about how the user interact with the website. Therefore I can extrapolate different optimizations, which we can sell to our customers as a next step.

Not a huge amount to be honest, I'd suggest looking at alternatives like HotJar or Smartlook which I found easier to set up and with better data

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It's quite clunky to use and the funnel data didn't tally up with other data sources I use.  They also don't send you auto-renew reminders and so I had a years subscription taken out in advance, that they weren't willing to refund on. I wouldn't mind so much but they don't even send auto-renew reminders. The product itself is below average, there are better solutions out there.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to look at how we could optimise our site journey but it didn't give us the insights I was hoping for

What is unfortunate about Mouseflow is that it is only available in English. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We had a lot of website visitors, but conversion to the showroom was lacking. Mouseflow provided us with insights into when a visitor left the website and what they were actually looking for.
