More specifically, session replay has enabled us to obtain unmatched information about user behavior thereby enabling us to recognize pain points and optimize user journeys with laser precision. Advantages i see 1 is Intuitive Session Replay: At every single session, we can see each activity carried out by individuals visiting our website from the mouse movements to clicks made on it by utilizing this Mouseflow option in the replay mode. It has recordings of the users who are all using the website, we can calculate CSAT using this tool, we have heatmaps and funnels, and segments, we have filters to get the data accordingly. Based on each page we can see the low and high friction rates. it is easy to implement and we are using it frequently, the CTM team is very good they are responding very quickly and it is easy to implement with any website.
