**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Super simple to use, I did not have to do any training to get started and understand the tool. It shows us lots across clicks, filtering on where the traffic came from, movement, scroll depth and more so we can make quicker changes to our website and improve. Also love the friction benchmark scores. Would definitely recommend this tool for marketers running a website and looking to optimise.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes the heatmaps don't load the right URL/show the full page but it's minor.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to better understand what our traffic is doing on our website and how to improve. We can also see the quality of different channel traffic drivers versus organic.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Thanks to Mouseflow, we're able to understand user behavior in a way that allows us to better meet their needs and offer them a better experience. And isn't that the point?

Meanwhile, their customer support is often helpful and available.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

There are some areas of the UI on the admin side that could be easier to navigate and aggregate information.

The painpoint identification Ui and UX could be improved. It is hard to specifically see what the problem is. Easy to see that there is a problem though.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

We have multiple company forms and we need to constantly improve them. Having Mouseflow in place allows us to control form tracking field-by-field, view recordings of users on our forms, and get analytics that normally require heavy dev involvement. Very easy to integrate and setup to track in "plain English" for my team.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Managing credits and usage can be touchy and we have times when recording is not running until the next month of billing

We needed in-depth user form analysis and the recordings and analytics provide that and more

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I've been using mouseflow every day for a while now. The feature set satisfies my needs as a product designer in a small startup (50-200 employees). I like to use the heatmaps and sessions recordings. The filtering and tagging capability is quite advanced here. I've never implemented or integrated mouseflow myself so cannot really reflect on that. Never had to contact customer support, which is a great thing. Never had an issue that large.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I've been noticing the lack of survey capability. The base feature set is ok, however I would love to have some popular survey templates on hand, like CES, CSAT, Feedback, customer interview recruitment, etc. Now Mouseflow only offers NPS surveys. The placement of the surveys on the page is annoyiong. Takes a lot of space on mobile.

  ### 9. It works great! Can't wait to use the Behavior/User Journey Mapping tool when it's implemented

Mouseflow offers a more indepth look at how users are working through a site than competitor analytics tools. As the UX/UI Designer on my team, I use the video recording and friction scores to help make informed decisions for our users and business.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

There is still alot of manual work needed to uncover user insights for certain things. I also wish their User Behavior/User Journey Mapping tool was available for all users already. That was a main reason we created an account with Mouseflow, so that was a huge let down being told we won't have access to it until later in the year.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow helps us see which areas of our business are doing well and which need to be refined, then allows us to create informed design solutions for those areas.

Recordings store a tremendous amount of data - sometimes we lose attribution and UTM details from Facebook ads, and we can often recover them in Mouseflow. Beyond that, though, it's very useful to watch recordings, see people's behavior, and adjust landing pages to improve conversion.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Honestly, nothing that I can think of! It's easy to use, customer support is great, and we have been super happy.

Improving conversion on landing and sales pages. It's helping us increase revenue.

Mouseflow gives great insights and help with overall optimisation of our landing pages. The customer service is super helpful. It was easy to integrate mouseflow with Unbounce landing pages.

The way the credits are used is not entirely transparent for the user

Honestly the recordings are amazing, I had no idea that was possible lol. I love that you can see so many different behaviors related to your customer and how it directly translates to actionable takeaways.

There is soo much to analyze that I feel like I have to invest a good chunk of time to learning about the software in order to get the best value out of it. Also the interface is not intuitive to me.

I think it's incredible the options we have within the heat map, page groupings, the fact that we can track the user's entire journey through recordings and the funnel, which is an excellent tool for our team.

I believe that there are some points that still lack functionality for Mouseflow to be even more complete, a simple example, it is not yet possible to include links within the feedback, this is something very useful for us but it is not yet possible within the tool

With mouseflow we can analyze users' use of our platform, how they are using it, identify usability problems, collect feedback from them, this helps us give the correct direction to our products

As a UXR, I run a lot of usability sessions but understand that what I'm seeing in session isn't the real deal. Mouseflow solves all of that. I love being able to rewatch session recordings and the pop-up surveys are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

For a UX product, it's difficult to learn. The Feedback tool is difficult to use and organizing recordings can be a pain.

The session recordings provide valuable data points without having to set up a session with users - it saves us money in the long run

Regarding the issue with associating your email with multiple client accounts, there's a handy workaround for this: by adding "+alias" before the "@" in your email (e.g., main_email+clientname@xmail.com), you can still receive all emails in your main inbox while using different usernames for each client. This can make managing multiple accounts easier without needing entirely new email addresses.

I personally like watching the session replays. The filtering capabilities and tags that come with the session replay make it easy to filtter down to sessions you would like to uncover pain points and other behaviors.

We run out of credits quickly, but I know that's easily solved by upgrading our plan. At this time we get a large enough sample with our available credits to make decisions though.

Mouseflow helps us evaluate new and existing features we develop to validate our assumptions on the right UI elements, layouts and content to achieve our intended purposes. Additonally it helps us uncover bugs.

I love how easy it is to set up and get started with Mouseflow. There aren't a ton of hoops to jump through and implementation takes just a few minutes. Once you get set up and give the platform time to collect data, gleaning insights are relatively easy to review and find nuggets to action off of.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

At times when I'm trying to get screen shots there are informational overlays that can feel intrusive. This especially shows up when reviewing the mobile scroll rates, click rates, etc. sice there is not a lot of real estate to start with.

Mouseflow helps bridge the gap between the data I see in Google Analytics and what people are actually doing on the site. The quantitative nature of qualitative metrics is invaluable to painting a more complete picture.

User friendly interface and a lot of key metrics can be measured. It does give you good reports as well. I appreciate the filters that can be used t narrow down data/recordings.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The data can be more comprehensive. The funnels feature isn't the best, but you can get what you need. The csv files have the time data converted to miliseconds (that wasn't disclosed) and it took quite some time to convert. It's good software but there are things that can be implemented to make it great.

To see how people interact with the website. The heatmaps have been of great use.

The ease of use of the product.  You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it.  Very user friendly.

Auto renewed me at a significanlty higher price without being sent a reminder email a week before the renewal. I had to email a request (no 24 hour live chat) to downgrade my account for a refund.  It took around a week before I got a reply, not good to have to wait that long.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps determine where our users have not done something correctly when ordering from our website.  We are able to send them a video (your link) of what they did so it can be avoided in the future.  If you added a co-browsing feature (like mediun) that includes video support, I would gladly upgrade my account to the $1350 a year plan as I could justify that in my budget.

The ease of using and integrating with GTM and the coverage for Desktop and Mobile. The recordings are turough and have great one click privacy features that make sure your not collecting agains users you shouldn't and that their input information stays private. Additionally their support for Single Page Apps is smart and not all competitors support them.

With out SPA sometimes content can be missing/not diplayed in the recording and it's difficult to understand why. This happens across all of these solutions so it's not Mouseflow specific.

Device testing is always kind of a challegne for scaling sales funnels. It's nearly impossible to see these metrics in google analytics. When constantly testing new funnels to increase conversion rates I'm watching mouseflow like a hawk. The system is easy to sort by UTMs, devices and all the important compenents to scaling a winning funnel. I'm asked often what I use and it's always "MOUSEFLOW HANDSDOWN"

Nothing I can think of other than maybe I should hire someone to watch them for me and take notes :) It does take time to watch recordings

Different devices I'm not able to test my funnels with. I can see these in mouseflow :)

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The UI is quite good, sometimes a bit old-school, but clean. 
The most important functions are visible at a glance.
Setting up the tool is also very easy and support is fast.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The tool is not very accommodating and you have to research and draw conclusions on your own.
It would be nice to get reports that give you interesting information and make suggestions on their own. For example, "Take a closer look at this area on page X - that's where most people bounce" or something like that. Just useful tips without me having to check everything myself.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see how my site's visitors behave on my page and if there are bugs or some other problems.
I do a lot of AB tests and it's very handy to see if the variants work as they should.

  ### 48. A helpful solution for low and medium-traffic tracking

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The most significant benefit I found in MF is that the recording of one specific user is merged into one recording <3! I love it, as this allows us to analyze the overall visit. We are a SaaS solution, so the domain changes during different steps, e.g., marketing website, application, and upgrade connected with another system. Previously we used HotJar, and that was impossible to accomplish efficiently. 

Another thing about recording is how they are presented. The breakdown into specific pages and automatic tagging of user activity (mouse out, submit, clicks) is excellent, as you can view the recording at the point that interests you the most. 

Also, I like funnel creation. Super easy and allows us to watch users that dropped, giving us much knowledge. 

The whole setup was simple, and it was easy to understand what specific features mean and how they work. Generally, layout and usability are friendly, and there's like zero learning curve to start using MF actively.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

There are a few issues we discovered. 

As we have really heavy traffic on our website and application, our credits disappear in a blink of an eye. Even though the recording rate was limited, it still just poofed. Moving on, we would love to distribute equal credits for the same amount a day. It's not available currently :( Losing all credits in, e.g., two days, we cannot record some of our split tests or promotions :(. So that knowledge we could have got just lost. 

Another thing is that we cannot exclude traffic for specific countries - only by browser language. That causes us to lose credits for low-quality page visits we don't want to have. I would appreciate excluding recordings by country! 

There are minor issues, like the possibility of copying the funnel without having to type in every link from the very beginning. But the biggest thing that would make a difference is equal recording distribution per day and exclusion via country.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy tool access even if a team member didn't work previously with such a solution. 

Recordings combined into one journey, even though domain changes. 

Analysis of problematic spots on our website and application.
