What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow is incredibly easy to use and provides deep insights into user behavior. The heatmaps and session recordings help identify pain points and optimize the user experience. What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow allows you to watch the actual video recordings of users visiting your website. You will be able to watch their movements, see where pain points are and drop-offs and much more. Very useful data. Also their heatmaps are useful as well. The platform is an excellent value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

We would like to see better integration with programs like Calendly so we can see how they interact with setting an appointment. iframes can cause issues with Mouseflow showing them. I would also like to see more funnels allowed with the basic package. Only one funnel is really kind of useless (but helpful to see in action). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

The interface is very clear and easy to use, there are many options and clear videos explaining step by step what is possible. Used Hotjar in the past and here the service and da support was a lot less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You will learn more about your website in a recorded session with Mouseflow than by looking at Google Analytics."

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow is a slap of reality about what your visitors do on the web. When you analyze Google Analytics, you only see numbers, but when you watch the recorded sessions in Mouseflow, you see what the visitors do, and that helps you detect design or usability errors. What do you like best about Mouseflow?

I enjoy the recordings and heat maps to find pain points of our customers. I love the filters too. My department can see in prettu much real time the results of our a/b testing long before the waiting time is up. The data is so inclusive! Support is very responsive and always ready to help. "Good recording of User Traffic"

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

The best thing is it offers a heatmap which shows where the users click and move their mouse. For example I can see our site visitors like to click the arrow on our support banner. For those important parts where it gets less attention, we would immediately find out, and thus improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

It offers only 15,000 sessions for a payment of $128 a month, so we used all the sessions in less than 10 days... The most valuable function to us are the heatmaps. We don't need Mouseflow to record every single user session every day, which could require more webspace on the servers I guess? We definitely are not going to check all 15,000 sessions. We only expect it to offer heatmaps which can summarize the patterns of user on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We totally get your concern about the session limit. To help with that, you might want to check out our Recording Rate setting. This feature lets you control percentage of visitors are recorded, so you don’t have to capture every single visit. It’s a great way to conserve sessions while still getting the insights you need, especially from those heatmaps. 💡

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

I was looking for a session recording and heatmap tool that was reasonably price and easy to implement, including some detailed technical requirements. Mouseflow really delivered, especially with their technical support. Very fast, very knowledgeable and hands-on. It was really easy to integrate it with my site, spread across different subdomains.
