I like the features of recording where I can watch customer behaviour in our website and can find what is the best and not works with the visitor

by watching recordings, i can see some customers have difficulties using contact us form and i fixed it.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I like the layout of the recordings as well as the tool set. While the layout may not look the sexiest, that's fine, the data presented in the recording table gives a great snapshot of all KPI's from a users point of view and we can quickly identify issues over the whole site.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It's not the sexiest, but that's really knitpicking. I do wish that managing the recorder volume was easier to manage, as in; not recording a % but a hard daily cap so we can easily spread the recordings over the month.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying pages that have issues, from loadtimes, user frustration, content management, but also identifying dead pages. Those were unexpected consequences of a Heatmap tool. But we do use it to monitor funnels, improve our site design. But I find the layout of the heatmaps alone is worth the spend.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow is very fast setup and helps us to understand in detail how customers navigate through our pages and how we can optimize websites, landingpages menus and conversion pages. The data driven approach makes us way more efficient and alows us to have a ROI much quicker. It's a great addition to google analytics to further optimize customer journeys. Support is very fast in problem solving.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Some functionallites are complex to setup and need more knowledge from the user side.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It coloses the gap we have from Google Analytics in understanding customer behaviour on the page. It helped us to maximise subscriptions on specific landing pages by changeing the design and setup of the webpage.

It's super easy to use, the data is layed out really easily and accessebly, it was increadibly easy to integrate with our team and impliment new processes using mouseflow.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The dashboards are quite limited in their customisation - it would be good to be able to create more custom reports, particulaly around particular landing pages or sources.

We are a small team and mouseflow allows the UX team to uneath insights about our online journey with out requiring additionl resource from our data ananlytics team

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Their customer support is great. I also like how their help widget is everywhere in the dashboard and any reports. Whenever I have a question about a report or looking for something I can't see, I am able to get my questions answered right away, if not in a couple of hours which is great.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It doesn't record all sessions but we would needed to upgrade to an enterprise level for that so it can be pricey.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see what elements on a page/product users are most interested in. We are able to conduct A/B Tests because we see some of the friction in the heatmapping tool or recordings. This is also to verify assumptions we may have about a page's conversion.

The number of features really stands out. The recordings are invaluable.  And we constantly look at the heatmaps, clicks and scroll patterns to make decisions on our UX and content.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Need a cleaner way to export and share the replays that don't require a login.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have frequent internal debates about site UX, content, and layout.  The visual display of clicks and scrolls make for quicker decision making that reviewing GA, at least to some of the team members.  We frequently watch replays as a team to better understand how are users are getting around. Example: Mobile users make up 75% of our sessions, and they almost always beeline for the menu versus scrolling down the home page.

great options to view data, via heatmaps and to be able to tailor different recordings for different landing pages. as well as email updates to let you know when something important has happened.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The starter pack could do with some more credits - the difference between the starter pack and the next pack up is very different - it would be great to have a package in between these.

Identifying friction zones in our checkout and cart. and homepage user behaviour.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Its usability and its price. There's literally no learning curve when using Mouseflow. The interface is the epitome of user-friendliness.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It logs out way too fast and when it does it doesn't return me to where I was but back to the dashboard. That's one frustrating thing about Mouseflow.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fills in the holes left by Google Analytics and gives the existing GA data more context. It lets us know why someone hasn't finished filling in the contact form or it lets us know if something on the page looks wrong. I fixed website errors because of Mouseflow at least three times until this date and I've used it for a few months already.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

It´s a tool that is easy to use, and will provide a lot if valuable data fo your business! The implementation is smooth and you get a really good onboarding, and also help when needed.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The credit will run out really fast if not using the most expensive package but that also depends on how you are using the tool and it´s settings, other than that I have nothing to dislike yet.

The tool provides us the opportunity to see our customers journey through out their visit on the site, and from that data we can see where we loose them, if they run in too any problem and if they journey is smooth.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

It is a great tool for the price. We previously used a competitor but when we looked at our budget, were challenged to see if we can find another tool that does the same job (hopefully better!). It is easy to use and so fun to be able to show to colleagues.

Mouseflow also integrates with our A/B testing platform, Optimize, and our new platform, Kameleoon.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

We have been having issues with Mouseflow now that part of our site is built on Headless WordPress. We are having a hard time getting the live view of heatmaps, click events, etc. which makes understanding site usage a bit tough. It inconsistently works and sometimes does not work, unfortunately.

Also, not being able to see a full list of clicks/number of clicks to each element at the bottom of the page like other platforms is a pain in the neck and would be very useful.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we have extensive reporting and a UX team, it is so beneficial to have a tool like Mouseflow a. It allows us to watch what users are doing (or are struggling to do) and make observations that can further our site UX for the future.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

We leveraged Mouseflow to probe into areas where our existing web analytics tools pinpointed conversion bottlenecks, such as lower completion rates for certain steps in a form. By focusing on these problematic areas and utilizing session recordings, our product management and UX teams can formulate new theories on why users abandon their tasks and how we can enhance the user experience. 

The video player is user-friendly and doesn't require any additional training, making it easily accessible to product managers.

Additionally, Mouseflow offers a fair business/pricing model. Unlike some competitors, Mouseflow provides sampling and targeting options, helping to prevent an unnecessary inflation of recorded sessions and keeping the annual cost reasonable for high traffic websites.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I don't have any major complaints about Mouseflow. Like any new tool, the initial setup can present a few hurdles. We mainly employ Mouseflow to scrutinize low conversion points. The significant advantage is the enhanced insights it provides, which we can leverage for product enhancements.

I moved from Hotjar to Mouseflow
I like the way each page is recorded from the customer journey.
I like the funnels a lot and breaking down the abandonments and automatically segmenting the videos of users dropping from a particular funnel step.

The credit system, heavy traffic really burns the credits instantly. 
Filtering system - Could really use some better ux.
A better way of spotting mistakes automatically in a website other than the friction score. Maybe detect errors happening.
Funnels and Forms - this can be made better on the field mapping

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I love the ease at which you can access different points in time during a screen recording - you can really zero in on specific moments. I also love the different looks of the heatmaps, whether it be clicks, scrolls, or overall movement,  you can view your pages in a way that provides valuable insights. I also like how relatively accessible the data is - you don't have to wait for long periods of time for the system to compile your heatmaps or to pull up a specific recording.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I wish I could filter the recordings by IP address to be able to zero in on a specific customer's issues. It would be very helpful for my customer support team as well as my IT team to be able to quickly see errors encountered by our users. Also, I would love to see dropdown menus in the heatmaps. Any clicks that happen on my main nav menus (opened by a mouseover), are currently hidden from view.

I am using Mouseflow to illuminate our customer experience and ultimately drive website improvements. User experience is a core strategic focus and we want to make continual improvements for our user base.

Due to privacy regulations we don't offer the possibility to zero-in on a user's IP address. If you'd like to find specific users, you can enable different integrations to pass on user specific values like user IDs to Mouseflow and use them to segment your data. This is a common use case and we would love to help you set it up.

What I like best about Mouseflow is the ability to track user behavior and see how they interact with our website. The heatmaps and recordings are incredibly helpful in identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. The filters and segmentation options are also very useful for drilling down into specific user groups. Customer support has been very responsive and helpful whenever we've had any issues.

I don't have any major dislikes about Mouseflow, but I do wish the pricing structure was a bit more flexible for smaller businesses. The entry-level plan can be a bit limiting, especially when it comes to the number of recordings and heatmaps available

There are access records where it is often difficult to determine if they are being measured correctly. There are records that consistently drop around exactly 10 seconds, and during that time, the live records show no screen movement at all, which makes it feel odd to conclude that this is actual usage data.

Now that I use Mouseflow to see how my customers actually respond to my landing pages and store, I can see with my own eyes how to fix problems, help them get a more intuitive experience, and move my business closer to my goals in concrete and measurable ways.

I was stumped when I couldn't use mouseflow on my PayHip store, but with a little tech help, and some JS code, I've overcome this challenge. Hopefully it continues to work well.

I had incredibly high conversion rate on my ads but wildly variable conversion rates on landing page test, and low sales on my store even when my landing page does convert. To move forward with my business, it was critical to see how visitors were reacting to my design decisionns, the images, the copy and the offers. Mouseflows recordings and heat maps lay this open so I can progress.

Mouseflow is a great tool to understand customer behaviour and to get new insights on how customer are clicking and moving throught the website. The custom tag function is also great for easy tracking on certain points.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I appreciate how the dashboard shows how many pages people have visited, and shows if they have submitted a form. I also appreciate how it shows me which countries my visitors are visiting from. The recordings are pretty clean and the interface is great. I like that I can speed up the recording and jump to pages within the recording, too.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I am told there is a "click error" when there isn't. Everytime I check those recordings, it is just people looking at different images within a listing. Not a huge issue, though.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me to fix some little things that I can see that people click on because they think they are buttons. It has helped me fix 404 pages. It has helped me fix errors that I have made within my site.

I love the interface and dashboards on the landing page of our account. I find that when I sort through various heatmaps, the tool provides valuable data metrics within the list of pages shown. You can see views, scroll %, entry %, clicks and more at a glance, and that helps sort out data and compare - especially when I'm trying to provide some insights to our leadership and stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I can't accurately say if its an issue with mouseflow or our website so I do not want to place blame. Right now some styling screenshots of our web pages arent accurate on mouseflow so we are trying to determine the cause.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heatmaps is all around useful and my primary benefit for page data interactions. Recordings is a big plus when i want to get some additional insights, and I love how the filtering is organized when watching them so I can quickly skip or view interactions.

Session recordings usually don't work - it's frustrating to not be able to fully leverage this feature. Often I have issues with custom date filtering too.

Being able to measure the success (or not) of new features after they are launched, and being able to evaluate existing experiences & touchpoints in the user journey to identify points of friction, most visited pages, etc...

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Being able to view the scroll deapth of users, creating custom funnels but also the fact that it understands what tags to give to each user based on their behaviour.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The pricing is a bit high for me. I would definetly upgrade for more recordings if the price was a bit lower. Because I am a startup I think there should be special pricing for us.

It enables me to understand my users behaivour and make changes to the website directly, very quickly. I would maybe like to see some suggestions from mouseflow when certain metrics are not near industry average.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The ability to show solid data to our Tech team around things like usage, click errors and areas of focus where optimizing the layout should happen. The visual aspect of seeing the user journey is helpful and, with tagging, in seeing similar items in a way to see the bigger picture.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I am still in the learning curve, but seems to be a solid product. May have some challenges handling heatmaps for mobile pages with cookie acceptance dialog boxes, but looks like that may be fixable.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What content is being viewed and interacted with. Also, diagnosing technical issues at the point of the user journey when it happens. With this data, we should be able to improve our site and provide users an evolving upgraded experience.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

It's easy to setup and communication from the support team is good.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

They have recently added minimum recording rates to their plans. We've gone from being able to record 20% of our traffic which allowed us to capture some insight throughout the month, to being limited to a minimum of 75% of traffic which lasts  a week then it stops recording until the credits refresh the following month. Makes the product unsusable for us. Introducing a daily recording limit would have been a better solution.

I'ts helping us uncover potential UX problems with our website.

Mouseflow can give us tools to better understand our customers, how they interact with our product and their needs. It provides features that can help us to easily improve our product.

There could be some more features to facilitate user research, such as a way to input a link (for a bigger questionnaire) in the feedback poll. Also, implementations could have been easier, but Mouseflow team were always helpful to help us.

The intuitive UI. You are never in doubt of where you find what you are looking for. Moreover, the product seems constantly improving making the solution tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Its youth. Being able to duplicate rules are missing.
Also, some details on funnels are not fitting perfectly to our setup - although I know this is being worked on!

Deepest insight into usage and friction in our users experience with our digital entities.
It answers questions that our general web tracking states/cannot answer.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Great insight for our company on where people are clicking and scrolling. We have a new site so it is really helpful for where improvements could be needed. We have already seen that use in action.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The credit system, I understand it for recording but for site visits it makes it more difficult to track. For example, it looks like our site has had no visitors for days which I know isn't true as we are still receiving information requests. Just don't record but show me at least the visits.

It is letting us know in real time how our new website is performing and where people are looking. The heatmap, scroll and click capabilities give a good insight into where your site is working, and, where it might need improvement.
