**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Easy to check all the info about how the customers interact on your site, check new features and how the customers like or dislike. Also the Surveys are super uselful.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

About recordings sometimes are not accurate for example, when the recording showing the loader but you can see that the customer is interacting with something.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The usability of new features on site and the issues and bugs that some customers share with us in the surveys. The attention map and Clicks show me where I need to be aware and make some fixies on it.

I like how easy it is to use the dashboard to determine what is happening on my website with the traffic.

I had not issues, it is pretty to setup on your webpages.

Inability to follow traffic on website.  It allows me to see rather quickly the activity on the product pages.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I like that it has a free plan with all the essential tools to track the visitor's journey.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes when I playback a session, it takes a long time to load. I'm on a 250+ Mbit connection, so it's really something with their servers. That having said, I'm on a free plan so I don't blame them for it. Things are probably ironed out on a paid plan.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding issues with the user experience, JavaScript errors, etc. It's a must-have tool in order to optimize pages for conversions.

I like using this tool for the simplicity of tagging events and watching how a user got to that point

Set up and configuration options are a little weird. Not as much freedom as I wish it could have

We wanted real-time recordings of what were happening. It helped us get instant feedback and insights by playing back the recordings.

Its not work properly with big platfroms, some pages not load, and I can't see insights unfortunetly. I think the solution is good for less heavy platfroms.

Mouseflow helps me see where on my landing page people are clicking and how far they are scrolling so that I can see precisely where to changes things and test things on my landing page to make more people sign up or buy.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I am very new to Mouseflow but so far it has been very helpful and I don't dislike anything yet, but maybe in a few months as I am more familiar with it there might be something.

It is helping me improve my landing page by seeing where people click and how far down they scroll, so I know which areas to change and test to make the landing page work better.

My favorite feature is the % indicators on the Scroll option to see how far down a sales page visitors go. This helps me to know where to modify my page.

Since Mouseflow is developed following a strict set of guidelines for understanding the data, it is incredibly stable and has conveyed to me a very precise meaning of the instruments and the virtues of the monitoring processes, all of which helps me enormously in my statistical analyses. It is a fantastic tool for analyzing and improving business processes and identifying weaknesses, improving and solving all problems by deciding on the right course of action. It is easy to implement, providing us with a surprising amount of complete tools, it has a nice and natural flow.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Although the program is fantastic, I hope it is more affordable for small businesses.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow provides us with thoughtful analysis and very fruitful reports, which significantly change how we think about statistical chart distribution and business success. It is simple, and we have solid software at our disposal that provides accurate information about the process flow. Reliable and robust, it encourages systematic thinking and comes highly recommended by me. There is always something new that your team is testing and improving. The service we received was excellent, so I highly suggest its use.

I absolutely LOVE Mouseflow. I used to use hotjar, but my website isn't that big in traffic, so it was so wonderful to be able to hve the option to have free recording.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Honestly the set up could be a bit better. I did like the set up on hotjar, but you know they are $59 a month or something like that and it wasn't feasible for me. but mouseflow is set up nice and it works, so I'll take it!

I just wanted to know if there was ever an issue on my website. it helped me so much because as a small business owner, when my site contact form was down, I could easily go to my recordings and see where people dropped off.

Its nice and simple UI is easy to use and works well with website and landing page, helping us understand what users fill in when they browse any site/landing page. Excellent customer support.

Nothing till now is working well. Sometimes free version has some tracking issues.

  ### 17. This tool is good, but the videos frequently are small and I can't watch the full flow.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I can't watch the opportunities of my website, but I can watch in real time the interactions of my customers. I can make decisions based on customer behavior. I am unaware of other tools.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The videos are not complete. Without this option, I can't watch the complete flow of customers. I do not have a view of the consumption of my credits purchased monthly, so I have to enter and exit my session several times to see how the consumption is going.

I have visibility of what does not work on the web and change the content of the site on time. If we notice that there is a lot of friction with customers, we can act immediately and make timely decisions in the middle of a campaign.

I love how easy it was to set up and use.

I can't think of anything at all I dislike, the experience has been only positive.

It's showing me that aspects of my website that I thought were working really aren't and things I thought were insignificant are much more important than I originally thought.

Nothing. It's an ugly backend but that's what I like about it. Super simple.

CheapFree alternative to Hotjar with all the features I need from it; only a few months of running it and I've already caught bugs encountered by my users that I would never have otherwise.

Interface and user experience are not as polished as Hotjar and other alternatives.

It records the user's mouse movement when responding to a survey. That is useful for understanding more about their behavior.

The default setting for how many visits will be recorded. I didn't notice it was 100%, so my free plan credits ended in a few hours. Also, I'm unsure if the NPS survey I added is included in the 500 recordings I have in the free plan.

The intuitive way of using Mouseflow - I have tried several similar tools and decided for Mouseflow because of the clean UI / Ux. Also, what I really like & appreciate is the easy configuration for GDPR purposes which really helped with the decision as well.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The small "dislikes" with Mouseflow - after using it few weeks - are that, in some cases, images on the pages are not showing in the heatmaps/recordings and that the generally necessary popup for cookie consent needs to be blocked script based/is hard to configure. But on the upside, Mouseflow support is really quick and VERY supportive to help fix those issues.

I use it for purpose of website reviews with heatmaps and recordings. That way, we can gain a deep understanding of what the users are actually doing on our sites. This then helps / helped to increase the conversion.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I've only used the Mouseflow platform for a few weeks at this point but I've found that the recordings are incredibly insightful to truly understand the customer experience as it pertains to your UI/UX. Historically I've used some other competitors of Mouseflow but found the insights were only initially helpful but once you reviewed a few recordings you could extrapolate the rest and cancel. Mouseflow has additional features and value props that add continued depth and therefore value. This is the missing link between your standard analytics environment and the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Thus far my primary grievance is the lack of insight into embedded elements or iframe assets. Many CMS' these days ensure they integrate with most anything and due to the evergrowing market of aftermarket software solutions for webmasters, Mouseflow should put a strong emphasis on the integrations component so your tool can "see" embedded assets like forms, subscription collections etc.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow connects the dots between analytics data and how your customer is engaging on the website. No matter how many times you test for page load speed or run your site through other analytics tools, nothing eases that nagging feeling that something on the UX is hindering performance and this tool gives you that clarity.

Mouseflow is easy to integrate with your preferred landing page builder; in my case, I use Unbounce. They work well together. I have found that the data Mouseflow provides is quite accurate, considering the number of user agents the software must track.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

If you use Wordpress and the Mouseflow plugin, you may find it slowing down your page load speed. Manually installing the scripts should help improve perfomance.

I use Mouseflow to work out friction on my landing pages. With an A/B testing solution such as Unbounce, you can dig in and optimize your landing pages for scroll rates and conversions.

It is easy to get started with setting up the recording functionality. The interface is easy to use.

It seems a bit random when a recording session starts and ends. A significant amount of my recording sessions are <1 second page redirects, which I'd prefer not to use my limited recording credits on.

Recording sessions are broken up by pages. So tracking a user across multiple pages is relatively hard.

It gives me great insight into how users us and misuse our software. I use it specifically for monitoring how new features are used.

The ease of use.  Getting started was so simple.  I really like their focus on data security and compliance.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Very userfriendly to navigate! It helped us understand customer behavior and narrowed down on where we can improve to increase our conversion rate! Great app!

We ran out of credits fast and the refill credits are expensive

Running out of credits quickly is usually a sign that you have outgrown your plan, so it may best to look at your options to upgrade to make sure you don't lose any crucial data in between refills.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The most helpful thing about Mouseflow is being able to see the recordings and seeing what user behavior has been on the page and throughout your funnel. It is also extremely helpful to see where people have clicked, how far they made it down your sales page, and figure out what portions of your sales page have been the most interesting to them using the attention heat map.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes visits and sales are not recorded and I don't know why. Sometimes people will leave and come back and purchase but the purchase is not attributed to the landing page.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow is helping us improve upon our landing page and make it better. Without Mouseflow it is difficult to determine how well your landing page is working with your target demographic so that we can make important changes to improve the page.

Solid security docs for internal review are available. Very responsive Customer Support
Simple and straightforward reporting is perfect for executive consumption.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

More flexibility in monitoring a single URL for multiple admins.

Page-level user interaction issues. Plus, allowing quick access to the data for faster reporting and iterating.
