I liek to see the session recordings, this helps to understand where the issues are that customers may not able to finish the checkout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The issue is that the CSS may get not stored for the sessions. So if the CSS on the original page is changing, old alresady done records will loose the CSS and the design are broken. So it would be good if the CSS at the tiem the recording has been taken is kept stored at mouseflow itself. Because a lot of CSS are using in the link a time pattern or time code so it will not be cached when it get changed.
