**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The best feature of mouseflow is the ability to see the highest traffic parts of your webpage! This allows you to optimize for conversion exactly where your customers are looking!

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The funnel system is somewhat confusing at first and definitely takes some time and creativity to implement well.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow solves the issue of how to turn web traffic into conversions and, by extension, sales.  With the scroll, heatmap and funnel tools, we can successfully turn eyeballs from our SEO campaign into dollar signs

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The best thing about Mouseflow are the insights through recordings and especially the feedback function. It is also GDPR compliant, which seems to be an advantage for European companies over Hotjar.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes the switches from one page to the other loads quite long. I would also like to have more proactive signals which recordings and pages has anomalies to have a look at, e.g. "this product page has many bounces/rage clicks etc."

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to understand users and customers better. Ultimately, it is a conversion rate optimization tool, but also gives input for strategic decisions through their feedback tool that we use a lot.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Recordings and heatmaps are always useful but we've found the funnels and feedback have been instrumental in helping our clients with finding out what customers are doing on their websites and how we can make improvements.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Sometimes having to limit the amount of traffic that we're using the tool on but that is mainly down to client budgets and splitting the credits across a lot of clients.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us great customer feedback and data on how the users are navigating the websites. We're able to quickly solve problems on the website by being able to filter to a granular level to spot bugs and frictions.

  ### 5. Great tool for tracking and understanding users, but also still room for improvements

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The recordings are great, and i love the live heatmap. 
Seeing all the frustration scores of users and having that linked to recordings makes for very useful insights. 
Also, support is quick and our customer success manager, Jacinda,  is the best. Extremely helpful and always available for whatever questions or issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

There are still some kinks and you can sometimes tell it's not the most advanced tool. The NPS is a bit limited and heatmaps generate with the latest screenshot, which for us means that we have all kinds of languages in the heatmaps. Which is difficult when we want to understand what is happening on the heatmaps. Also the tagging doesnt work great and I would love to have a better understanding of our user's journey to see their path. Funnels is limited.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a UX Researcher, mouseflow gives me quick insights into how our users are using our products and where they encounter issues. This is a quicker method of doing research and gaining valuable insights without always having to perform user interviews

A beneficial tool for our business. We may record streams of quizzes on our website. We can find errors and fix them.

if you have 2 websites,  you need to order a plan for 3 websites, can't choose 2!

  ### 7. Useful tool to understand how my ads perform

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I am an author selling my own books through my own website and my own store. Mouseflow gives me detailed information what people are doing on my sales page - how to move, what they click, how the scroll the page on desktop, pad and phone. I can use this information to tweak my pages.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I have only used it at this point for a month, and as every variation of my salespage registers as a new line in the heatmap with the same name, it takes a bit of scrolling, especially if I have done a lot of minor tweakings to see how they affect the page's performance. Still, this is a minor issue and does not bother me too much.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a limited budget and the heatmaps / clicks and recordings of how people react to my sales page is valuable - if I see them drop off at the same spot, I know I need to do some tweaking there. And I can then react quickly, knowing exactly where the problem spot is.

Mouseflow will pick these parameter up automatically and make them available as filters so that you don't get lost finding the right version of the page.

Would be good to have a bit mor control about the recording-settings - e.g. cap recordings for pages or projects.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

What I like about Mouseflow is that it's a tool that does more than just collect heatmaps and recordings. We have the possibility to track and identify funnels directly in the tool. Another big plus are the live heatmaps and the ability to set individual tags for specific click events, which gives us the ability to track hidden elements and filter recordings more easily. We didn't have that option with Hotjar. A huge help, besides the functionality of the app, was the support. I have never met such a quick and helpful support, which was always directly available with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The UX is sometimes a bit rough and I would like to have the ability to create folders/categories to collect or sort recordings. I miss the mobile view with the live heatmap function, that would be great if something like that would be developed in the future.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With hotjar we did not have the possibility to track special hidden elements (modals, search filters). Mouseflow solves this problem with the live heatmaps and the possibility to assign tags to the elements to track them.

Supporter is kind.It is very useful because it has a lot of functions such as scroll heat map and click heat map.

Sometimes I can't open it due to a problem.Occasionally the attention heat map and scroll heat map data are not being acquired correctly and there are discrepancies.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

It is very beneficial to see how potential customers use the website. It is also essential to learn the location from which users access the site. In my case, it helped to reduce wasteful spending and to narrow down my target area and customer base. It also helped to identify and fix the flows of the site and help to focus users on specific areas of interest.
This tool also allows filtering out and evaluating the performance of specific campaigns.
In addition, since I do not have access to ads manager analytics, it still allows me to have complete and even better visibility into the ads peformance. This level of access to recordings helps to keep the ads manager in check.
Important to mention that hit maps are very helpful in identifying best-performing products.

I would highly recommend using this tool.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

There is nothing not to like about this tool. Additional reporting capabilities might be helpful, but I have not fully explored them, so it's too early to say if other reports would be needed.

As a software it has great potential but if you use it you can tell it needs more thime to develop. They are doing great collecting feedback to improve in a market full of competitors.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Some commands in the recording panel dont always work. I previoulsy tried open replay and I prefered the interface there. The funnel function is a great idea even if I havent learned how to use it yet.

Understand users' pain points and monitor new features we launch on our website. Heat maps are useful but only if you have great number of users every month to make the data usable.

The fact that you can not track a certain URL in both bundled heatmaps and Funnels was confusing at first.

The funnel elements are great, giving an easy to use funnel builder. Custom tags are an excellent touch as well. But, building funnels simply is one of the features i particularly like.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

One of the things I find lacking in the funnel builder is the ability to switch, for example, between /page to custom tag.

It would be great to complete a funnel using URLs with a button press.

Quick build funnels is it's primary use, and well as giving us great insights into user behaviour using heatmapping. We use Session replays in some instances as well.

What I like the most is the heatmap. It allows you to have a better understanding of what content is resonating the most on your landing page for your customers and where the fall offs are occuring so you can optimize your page for better conversions.

Mouseflow is a great tool for CRO and the acquisition of qualitative information on the users of your website. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is very organized and gives you the proper information in a very neat and a clear way.

I'm not a fan of the fact that you receive a certain amount of credits per month. I would like to limit the number of recordings per day instead receiving a notification in the middle of the month that my creadits are all gone.

The tool helps us get feedback from the customer concerning the design of the website and possible funnel dropoff points. We are able to ask the user directly through surveys what exactly causes them to drop off.

What I like the most about Mouseflow is how easy it is to get to the data that matters. Their filters are superb, and with their no-code tag picker it is incredibly convenient to tag elements on the fly without involving development which saves tons of time and resources. I also love the fact that for enterprises they have legal counsel and dedicated support and success teams to make sure everything is running smoothly and that we are achieving our goals. Their Friction Score feature is also very effective at indicating where you should spend time optimizing.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

I wish they had more ways to visualize the data. The dashboards are great, but I wish I could add more details to them.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main challenges was data discrepancy and getting false positives. With Mouseflow we managed to get the evidence and the truth we needed to optimize with more confidence. Ever since we started using Mouseflow, we have become more efficient and autonomous. The whole company has access to the same data with different access levels when needed, so we are more aligned when it comes to KPIs

MF is essential in optimizing my funnels' landing and sales pages. I focus on the heatmap function in MF but will often check full recordings as well.

Occasionally, MF does not show my landing page exactly as it renders on a phone.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

You can see what someone is looking at on their screen, how they navigate through your funnel, how long they stay, where they drop off

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Nothing really that I dislike about it. Maybe if it gives the date and time instead of how many hours ago it would be better.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to see where customers drop off. I can also see which format (mobile or desktop) has more sales, which helps me tweak the page design. It also shows me if the customers are  coming from my FB ads or organically from my website.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

I like being able to see how users move through and interact with my site. I have been able to identify and fix problems very quickly based on the information I received from Mouseflow. I love the interface, and I love that it gives me information I can understand. I have tried to use Google Analytics in the past, but it was too confusing and not helpful at all.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

It is very annoying that every click within the Mouseflow site seems to open a new tab. And I also didn't know about shutting off the bots setting, so early on my credits were used up by a bot crawl. Other than that, I think this platform is great!

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow is helping me see how my site is being used and where my customers might be getting stuck. It has been helping me convert more users into customers, because I am able to quickly identify and fix where the user gets stuck in the buying process.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

Mouseflow enables me to see where my direct contact emails are failing so I can fix them to be more effective.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The setup process can be a bit daunting. But once you have the correct script, everything falls into place.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've sent thousands of emails which consistently did not convert to sales. Mouseflow shows me where I'm not reaching my audience.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

What I like most is the timely availability of the recordings and the clear data. Everything works intuitively and self-explanatory, all important data are immediately at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

So far, I have not noticed any negative things. I am satisfied all around. Mouseflow is one of the first tools I start in the morning and update regularly.  Coudn't be more happier.

Thanks to Mouseflow, I can see how to make my website user-friendly. I can see which areas of my homepage the visitors find interesting and which ones are rather ignored. This allows me to optimize my website.

**What do you like best about Mouseflow?**

The forms function is fairly unique. We're currently doing a forms sprint and it has proved invaluable to measure our ongoing KPI's. It is also incredibly useful to see drop outs at each stage of interaction.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

The platform could benefit from more powerful survey feedback analytics tools. I have to download the data and use google data studio for proper analysis and data visualisation.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me support the whole organisation to understand how users use their content to access help and support. The interface is so good for read-only users, people who have never used analytics before have begun relying on them.

Really like interface and possibility to view even JS errors which occured during recording session.
There are even heatmaps to show you density of clicks on webpage area.
Highly recommended!

My favorite thing about Mouseflow has to be the ability to go through so many helpful filters. With the recordings preselected, this allows for an easy workflow in regards to going through.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Something that I dislike about Mouseflow is that it at times will flag things in a slightly incorrect manner, which unfortunately does slow done the user research slightly.

Mouseflow allows us to go through and conduct excellent user research, seeing how consumers engage with our product and how we can make their experience better.

It allows us to get very granular in our revisions for landing pages

Nothing.  It really does provide exactly the kind of data we need.

It really does help us figure out which parts of the landing pages need to be revised and why.  Without it we'd be spending way more dollars on marketing needlessly day to day.

Mouseflow gives you direct insight into the user experience and what aspects of your site you could improve on.  I can't think of anything more insightful for the money.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Haven't run across any downsides yet, but it would be nice if you had the ability to save a small number of recordings past the expiration window (i.e., material sessions that could be useful to revisit for future development or customer service improvements).

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mouseflow is helping us improve our customer journey and get in front of potential issues before they affect multiple visitors.
