Realtime ux data that is instructive in improvements.

**What do you dislike about Mouseflow?**

Seems to slow down the site. Recordings seem to have some discrepancies.

**What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

> Hi there,

We are sorry to read you had a subpar experience with Mouseflow, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us and the community.

Our tracking code uses a deferred method for loading, which has no impact on loading time. Sometimes, depending on your website setup, the slow down might be related to some other issues that can be easily adjusted. Our team would be more than happy to look over your site and lay out some next steps to improve your site.

Recordings can also be impacted by website set up, but we are unclear if you are referring to rendering problems or data discrepancy, so we would definitely like to look at this too.
