It allows me to calculate taxes anywhere in the world and integrate it with multiple stores at once, so I can focus on what's important: selling. But that's not its only strong point, Quaderno is much more than an invoice automation tool, it also allows you to enter your expenses and generate very comprehensive reports about your business. In short, a very complete tool that I invite you to try. **What do you dislike about Quaderno?** Perhaps the most uncomfortable thing is that if you make a mistake on an invoice, you can't fix it immediately manually. It should be possible if the automation hasn't worked well. This has happened to me a couple of times and it's quite uncomfortable. The Quaderno team adjusted the sales tax calculations to combine zip code & city name to choose a sales tax rate and has allowed our business to expand in delivery area! I had a lot of questions about the reporting in the Quaderno portal and the customer service was great. They have timely responses, explain everything thoroughly, and actually update their plugin to their best ability to help fit your needs. **What do you dislike about Quaderno?** The reporting could still use a bit of work in terms of listing the tax rate names of unincorporated areas (the 1% RTD tax in the Denver Metro, for example) , but compared to the price of other similar plug-ins it isn't a big deal. **What problems is Quaderno solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a program that would calculate sales tax more specifically than the zip code level. And then I find out that checkout url's are only linked to one of those two. I can't select a specific Stripe account for a specific checkout link. I wish there was a manual override to correct address info on an incoice ones it has been automatically created. I also love the 3rd party integration options with WooCommerce and Xero. **What do you dislike about Quaderno?** I don't have any complaints. One thing they could perhaps add as a service: submitting sales tax reports on your behalf, especially in countries where a local tax representative is required. **Recommendations to others considering Quaderno:** If you want software that automatically adds the correct sales tax to your digital sales, Quaderno is a great and relatively cheap product. Invoices design are really flexible with full control on the template (again much better than Stripe's builtin invoices). Support has been really helpful everytime I contacted them. Pricing is also much better than their competitors. The tool is the only one that covered 100% of our use case. They get our business and are knowledgeable regarding VAT regulations. Integration with Zapier is so convinent for a small company like ours. **What do you dislike about Quaderno?** The Shopify integration could be better, but minor problems are primarily due to Shopify API, and the support team was always helpful to find an alternative solution. **What problems is Quaderno solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shopify does not have a proper invoicing system, and alternatives are not fully compliant with European VAT regulations. Quaderno helps us to have the correct invoices ready for our accountant every month, and it cut our workload for accounting preparation significantly.
