### 1. Elevated Sports Performance with Mighty Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like Jeff's training on Mighty Networks and his whole network. It's amazing. The pausing technique is incredibly valuable for rock climbing and hockey. I've been on fire during games, making it difficult for the goalie to stop me. Also, getting started with Mighty Networks was pretty easy, as long as I stayed determined.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me think under pressure and use post-traumatic growth as a strength instead of a weakness.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience, Richard! We’re so glad to hear how impactful the training and community have been for you. Really appreciate you being part of the community.

 ### 2. Streamlined Platform with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like that Mighty Networks provides an aesthetically pleasing and extremely fast platform. It consolidates all our needs into one centralized place, greatly simplifying our operations by allowing us to manage our community, courses, and various programs without having to switch platforms. This integration enhances user experience as our community can easily navigate between educational content and interactive elements with just a single click. We can also join calls and manage calendars directly from the platform, which is extremely convenient. Additionally, the platform's capability to allow multiple team members to quickly update and tweak content without involving a technical team saves us a massive amount of time. Previously, simple updates required a lengthy process involving WordPress's dashboard, but now anyone with permissions can implement changes swiftly, making small tasks like correcting typos hassle-free. This level of flexibility and ease of use is immensely beneficial. Working with the Mighty Networks team, particularly with Audra, in setting up the platform was an excellent experience. They made the transition process simple and were very supportive, handling most of the technical setup for us. Overall, Mighty Networks is a great platform that fulfills all our requirements, especially when working directly with their team, which makes it an amazing experience.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would love to see more payment provider options integrated into Mighty Networks.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Mighty Networks to centralize our course community and content, saving time by updating without technical help. It streamlines user experience by allowing access to community, courses, and events in one place, enhancing efficiency and flexibility.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Platform That Fosters Community and Streamlines Program Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert A. | I am a mentor in the community and have Host privileges, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like the ease of use for the end user, our students, and being able to build a community on a platform that allows us to do so much in terms of connection, scheduling, and being able to index our program into logical sections that streamline access to info and keeping questions relevant to the topic. I'm able to jump on anytime students have questions and provide immediate guidance.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don't perform much of the back-end setup myself and have yet to discover anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings our students together and has been the foundation of our "community". So it solves the problem of feeling disconnected and not really part of a team environment. Mighty Networks takes care of that.

**Official Response from Rachel Dorsey:**

> Thank you, Robert for your review. We love hearing that you are finding the platform easy to use for both yourself and your students and that you are able to quickly answer questions and provide immediate support!

 ### 4. Versatile and Engaging Platform, But Zapier Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like how Mighty Networks allows us to create distinct spaces that cater to the various facets of our offerings. The platform permits us to maintain a separate area for teacher training while simultaneously hosting a general community space, which enhances our organizational and operational efficiency. Moreover, I appreciate the subscription features provided by Mighty Networks, as they are instrumental in keeping our members engaged and continually involved. These features enable us to create different membership tiers, allowing us to offer specialized sections, like a workout area and an exercise library, thus considerably enhancing our service offerings.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes the zaps just straight up don't work between Mighty Networks and other platforms such as Accredible. It's a temperamental issue where it can work perfectly at one moment and then suddenly not work, which seems to be a problem arising from Mighty Networks. Additionally, while the initial setup was easy due to receiving a lot of help, it took a significant amount of time to learn how to use the platform effectively.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to organize teacher trainings and attract subscriptions for virtual workouts, offering distinct spaces for various community activities. It centralizes our operations, allowing tiered content access, which enhances engagement and streamlines user experience.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 5. Customizable Community Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks is highly customizable, allowing me to adjust the platform to fit my needs without requiring a paid plan. The free version serves our community perfectly, as it provides all the necessary functionalities. The platform supports our brand by allowing us to use our own colors, banners, and icons, enhancing brand recognition. The ability to program content efficiently and utilize the AI co-host for support and answering questions is extremely helpful. I love how interactive the platform is, enabling direct communication with users through chat and direct messaging. This ensures that members can reach me whenever needed, maintaining constant engagement. The ease of setup was also a significant advantage, as I managed to implement and maintain the platform single-handedly, minimizing the need for a dedicated development or design team. The responsive customer support is another standout feature, with the team quickly addressing inquiries that the AI cannot resolve. Their attentiveness to feedback and willingness to incorporate suggestions into the roadmap adds significant value, as it shows they listen to user needs. The Path to Pro plan is affordable and offers nearly all the tools required without the necessity for a white-labeled app, accommodating our current stage and helping us grow strategically.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find it inconvenient that Mighty Networks requires me to select from predefined time formats like yesterday, last week, last fourteen days, the last seven days, the last month, and the last year for viewing statistics. This limitation makes it difficult for me to run statistics on actions that do not align with these time frames, such as special programming that starts mid-month and ends the following month. Having the ability to choose specific start and end dates for statistics would greatly enhance my experience. Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to access detailed information for everyone who attends a live stream, not just those who RSVP. This data is crucial for my needs. Lastly, during a livestream, I would like to share videos from my computer with audible sound. Currently, when playing a video during a livestream, the audio is not transmitted, which is essential for my presentations.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to create a private, clean space for community support and sharing, overcoming issues with Facebook's noise and negativity. It allows personalized support and safer interactions, fostering better engagement in health and wellness journeys.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 6. Fantastic Community Builder with Phenomenal Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the phenomenal customer service offered by Mighty Networks, which serves as a benchmark for the kind of apps or systems I want to use. The customer support, particularly through chat, is consistently fantastic, providing immediate and detailed responses, often making me feel connected to an actual person rather than a machine. I greatly appreciate the ongoing weekly trainings they offer, which are live and interactive. These sessions are not only educational, allowing me to learn new things and ask questions, but they also help create a sense of community with the moderators and leaders who manage these trainings. This feature is invaluable as it shares information that aids in growing our own community. The accessibility of these trainings and the responsive nature of their customer support truly enhance the value Mighty Networks provides.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I am frustrated by the limitations in the Mighty Networks business plan, which restrict access to certain features unless I upgrade to a more costly Path to Pro plan. As a small business owner, the high cost of this plan makes it difficult to access features that seem essential and standard, like certain automations, which should be available to everyone. Additionally, the initial setup of Mighty Networks, while technically straightforward, is quite time-consuming. They don’t emphasize how much effort goes into setting it up beautifully with features like images, courses, and monthly themes. I wish there was an integrated library or easier access to visual resources to streamline this process.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to build a community for my career coaching business, offering an affordable alternative to clients, enabling resource sharing and extending engagement. It enhances connectivity and collaboration, adding value through monthly themes and courses, daily questions and polls, and easy chat tools.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 7. Great for Community Building, Needs Improved Intuitiveness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arryana O.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like the flexibility Mighty Networks offers with the ability to have different plans under one network. This feature allows us to differentiate between the resources or spaces that our participants can access, which is great for catering to the diverse needs of everyone involved. The tagging feature is another aspect I appreciate because it enables participants to tag each other, which fosters a sense of interaction and connection within the community. Additionally, the coursework feature has been extremely useful. We use Mighty Networks for creating and housing our test prep materials, and I really like how the courses are organized. It allows us to set up information in modules, making it digestible for our participants and enabling them to progress through the material effectively. These features make Mighty Networks a valuable tool for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find some aspects of Mighty Networks not very intuitive. Navigating the platform often requires clicking on multiple items to achieve a task or move between pages, making it cumbersome. It isn’t always as straightforward as accessing a specific menu directly, which adds to the challenge.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to centralize resources and communications for program participants, facilitating community building and efficient learning. It accommodates diverse participant needs with plan differentiation and tagging, making information more accessible and manageable.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Arryana,

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughtful review.

We’re grateful to have you on Mighty Networks, and we love hearing how you’re using different plans and course modules to organize your test prep materials and make learning more effective for your participants. Your feedback about navigation and intuitiveness is appreciated and has been shared with our product team as we continue to improve the experience.

Thanks,
Val

 ### 8. Intuitive All-in-One Platform with Friendly Support,

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg L. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really appreciate that this platform serves as an all-in-one community and course solution for our company. I also enjoy the layout of the modules and find the interface very intuitive to use. The app itself is visually appealing, which was a major selling point for us.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I’ve noticed that it sometimes takes a while to get answers to questions or issues that come up with Mighty, and it would be helpful to have more hands-on support at times. There is a chat option, but its nice to have ongoing checkins with our current rep since they supported setup and understand our business better.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks has been a game changer for UpSpiral.Life because it brings everything, courses, live calls, resources, and community, into one easy-to-use space, especially on mobile. Instead of juggling tools like email, Facebook, and separate course platforms, members now have a single hub where they can learn, interact, and stay accountable. This has increased engagement, reduced confusion, and made it easier for members to stay connected, find support, and take action, even when life gets busy.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 9. Flexible Platform with Strong Community Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zina B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like the community engagement aspects of Mighty Networks. It's so easy to navigate, intuitive, and easy to learn. I find it effortless to use the platform and build upon it. I enjoy how interoperable it is with many other platforms, allowing me to embed features that Mighty Networks doesn’t inherently provide. This interoperability enriches the platform's capabilities, making it possible to incorporate additional functionalities, like building a chatbot, which deeply enhances the user experience. I appreciate the platform's ease of navigation; the layout is well-organized, allowing me to see everything on the landing page at a glance, which is efficient and time-saving. The automation features are another aspect I value; setting up repetitive tasks that then run independently frees up my time. Ultimately, all these features combined make Mighty Networks a powerful tool for community engagement and platform building.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find Mighty Networks lacking in creativity and flexibility when it comes to creating aesthetically pleasing and diverse learning environments. It doesn't offer as many options or diversity in presentation as other platforms like Articulate 360. While Mighty Networks is primarily a community engagement platform, its aesthetic options are limited, making it less engaging for users in an educational context. The platform could benefit from more varied templates and interactive features to maintain user engagement through visually diverse and creative content.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to offer financial literacy education at Stanford University level, reaching many young people who might not otherwise have access to such education. It allows seamless integration of features from other platforms, enhancing the learning experience.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 10. Empowered Community Building with Intuitive and Responsive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I absolutely love how Mighty Networks has transformed my community management experience. When I was initially looking for a platform to host my songwriting community, We Write Songs, I was instantly drawn to Mighty Networks because of its welcoming feel and impressive functionality. Setting up the community was straightforward and intuitive, with plenty of helpful resources on the Mighty Networks website and an effective chat function within the app. I truly appreciate the richness the platform adds compared to our earlier WhatsApp chat setup, as it allows me to organize conversations more effectively and share resources seamlessly, serving as an incredible hub for our community interactions. What stands out for me is the robust functionality that includes both chat and feed options, alongside the capacity to host courses. This versatility has enabled us to implement unique community activities, such as a songwriters' advent calendar and a bucket list, ingeniously using the course format. Additionally, the livestream function has improved significantly, enhancing our online engagements. The interaction options available on posts, like emojis, help maintain a low barrier for members to connect, making it easier for them to engage even when they're sharing something personal, like a song. Furthermore, the integration with KIT for our newsletter and email campaigns is seamless and greatly simplifies the communication process by connecting directly with members' registered emails. The responsive innovation by Mighty Networks' staff continually working to develop new functionalities is exceptional, and their ability to swiftly implement features that hosts need is highly commendable. It empowers members to take ownership and enhances the community experience by allowing them to connect through member profiles and recognition points. Finally, I highly value the platform's automation capabilities, which allow me to facilitate rather than actively manage, making Mighty Networks a platform I'm fully invested in using again and again.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find that Mighty Networks currently lacks robust audio integration capabilities for musicians. Specifically, when I attempt to do a livestream within Mighty Networks, it does not allow sharing audio from an mp3 file or my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). Additionally, the audio quality during songwriting sessions, especially when playing an instrument and singing, isn't great, causing degradation. This limitation necessitates using Zoom, which provides superior audio quality and additional functionality crucial for musician events. If Mighty Networks could improve their audio features to match Zoom's capabilities, it would allow hosting more events directly on the platform, enhancing the community experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I moved my community from WhatsApp to Mighty Networks for better resource sharing and conversation organization. This transition made managing everything much easier and provided a centralized hub, greatly benefiting the community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> We love the Questions & Polls too! Thank you for the feedback on member categories and payment options—good news is that we're working on plan improvements this quarter. Stay tuned!

 ### 11. The home for my portfolio career!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks makes it easy to create a “home” for your people. I love that courses, community, events, and messaging all live in one place so I’m not duct-taping five different tools together. The UI is clean, members can engage in a really natural way, and the mobile app experience is actually good, which matters if you want daily engagement. I also like the way they structure Spaces so I can separate programs, cohorts, or membership tiers without it feeling confusing.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It's less about Mighty and more the behavior change for the people in your community. My advice: don't start anywhere else!! People adopt what you tell them to and changing is hard.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to move my people off social media and into a branded space I control. Mighty Networks lets me run my community, host live sessions, sell programs, and keep conversations going in one place. That means higher engagement, better member experience, and less time managing tools.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 12. The all-round package for Community & Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolin K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I appreciate Mighty Networks for offering a comprehensive package by combining community and content in one, thus reducing the need for additional social media or newsletter apps. I particularly like the community feature, which allows me to seamlessly set up content and courses in a flexible and unlimited framework, enabling me to sell my offerings directly within the community without complex funnels or significant effort on social media. I find the ability to host live streams, organize content, and the recognitions and daily records that promote interaction in the app very useful. I am especially excited about the introduction of voice notes, which will be a significant upgrade. I enjoy the flexibility to create different spaces and adapt them to my needs, including the possibilities for structuring and branding. Additionally, I am impressed by the constant innovation and new features, such as automations, that are regularly introduced. The vision of Mighty Networks about people and connections appeals to me, and I feel very well supported by the dedicated and supportive team that is ready to answer questions and offer training. The combination of technical excellence, innovation, and a human approach that includes fun and engagement makes Mighty Networks particularly attractive to me.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I wish for language options for Mighty Networks. My community is run in German and not everyone speaks English well.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Mighty Networks optimal for integrating community and content. It reduces the need for social media and newsletters. Mighty offers comprehensive features for courses and community building, leading to authentic and successful launches.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 13. Versatile Features and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah F.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I appreciate that Mighty Networks makes it incredibly easy to bring a group of people together outside of traditional social media platforms. This platform was pretty easy to set up, which was a big plus, and once people got accustomed to it, everything moved smoothly. The feed feature and the daily polls are particularly useful, and the live streaming capability is essential for recording our show, which adds significant value for me as a host. I find these features intuitive and available at convenient intervals, making it effortless to engage with and manage our community. As long as Mighty Networks continues to innovate with the latest and greatest features, I'm happy to continue using it.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find the lack of customization options, specifically when it comes to changing fonts, to be a limitation.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Mighty Networks is a super easy way to bring a group of people together outside of social media, enhancing our community engagement and interaction.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 14. Great for my small design review group

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It's a great solution for a solopreneur. I'm able to manage a design group and we can share inspiration, ideas, and get feedback from each other. I like the chat and course feature especially. It's intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It feels a little advanced if you just want a simple, small group. Their analytics are fairly complex, for example. I also wish they had more automations at lower plans; you don't get any automations unless you pay at least $100+ a month from what I can see.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a place to bring people together to share work in progress and get live feedback and support. It gives me that in a way I can brand and design and add my own style to. My group finds it easy to navigate and use especially the app which is nice for day to day.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

 ### 15. The Perfect Platform for Building Real Community and Sharing Real Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary a. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I love most about Mighty Networks is how it brings everything — community, education, and content — into one simple, beautiful space. It feels personal and organized at the same time. Our members can easily navigate courses, download resources, watch live videos, and connect in one spot without getting lost or overwhelmed.

It’s also incredible for building real community — people can ask questions, post updates, share wins, and engage with each other in ways that feel natural, not like another social media platform. The tools for polls, challenges, and discussions make it fun and interactive, and it truly helps us create connection and momentum inside our M5 Ranch School and M5 Entrepreneurs programs.

Everything about it makes teaching and sharing content smoother — from uploading lessons to hosting live sessions to seeing members actually engage with what we create. It’s made a huge difference for us.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

only dislike was before courses were added - now it's robust! Sometimes it boasts new features coming but we don't ever really notice a big difference?

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mighty Networks, managing our courses, live sessions, and community conversations meant juggling multiple platforms — one for teaching, another for videos, another for member discussions. It was messy and disconnected.

Mighty Networks solved that instantly. Now everything for our M5 Ranch School and M5 Entrepreneurs programs lives in one organized, easy-to-navigate space. We can upload lessons, go live, post downloads, and host discussions all under one roof. Members love that they can log in and find everything — course materials, Q&A threads, polls, and community chat — right there without switching apps or hunting through emails.

It’s streamlined how we teach and interact, saving time for our team and making the whole experience more engaging for our members. The ability to build real community around our content has been the biggest benefit — it’s not just people taking a class, it’s people connecting, learning, and growing together.

 ### 20. Empowers Community Management with Engaging UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee C.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I appreciate the power of the user interface in Mighty Networks; it’s intuitive and clean, which makes building and managing my community a seamless experience. The engaging designs are a standout feature, providing a visually appealing platform that enhances user interaction. I love the flexibility in segmenting different membership tiers into distinct collections and spaces, as it encourages a sense of exclusivity among members and enables me to customize and brand different spaces with uniqueness. The ability to run and manage events all in one visually cohesive application is incredibly efficient and lessens the complexity of handling multiple tasks separately. I find the membership tiers feature to be particularly powerful and useful, allowing me to create differentiated experiences for varied membership levels. Furthermore, my positive experience with customer service adds to the overall satisfaction I have with Mighty Networks, and even though it is on the pricier side, the value it provides more than outweighs the cost. Planning integrations with platforms like Zapier, Stripe, and Google Drive also shows how adaptable the platform is for my needs. Altogether, these aspects have greatly benefited my community by resolving engagement and pipeline management challenges effortlessly, making Mighty Networks an invaluable tool for my purposes.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think if I could integrate something like an email campaign module I would love to see that as an added value to the application.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to manage customer engagement and pipelines, which is not feasible with traditional methods. It automates community involvement and handles membership tiers, making it easier to guide members without direct selling.

**Official Response from Rachel Dorsey:**

> Lee, your feedback is important to us. Thank you for taking the time to provide such a valuable review. Your positive experience is exactly what our team works so hard to deliver to all our customers! From the excellent customer service to the powerful user interface and the flexibility to create the membership tiers to fit your needs, we love hearing about your experience using Mighty Networks.

 ### 22. A Single Solution For A Lot Of Business Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megha B. | Life Transformation Strategist and Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I still recommend it a lot because it's a great solution for supporting the growth of business and the ability to bundle sales and community under one roof

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I still find that the interface setup for the course sales is a little complicated and it would be helpful to have a smoother way to group offers

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting me out of Facebook as a place to house my groups and events

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

 ### 23. Flexible and feature-rich community building platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

As a business owner who built and operated a learning platform for over 15 years, I have been impressed with the features and flexibility that Mighty Networks offers with its platform. I didn't want to build another custom platform from the ground up for my new business, but I was worried about the inherent limitations of a solution that I didn't build myself. Overall I have been very satisfied with the ease of building my community, the supported integrations and features that are provided. It's also clear that the developers are active in making improvements and taking customer feedback into consideration, which is very important.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The cost can be a downside if you need a lot of time to build your community before launching. It would be nice if the payments began once the community was "published" — made available for people to join.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks allows me to focus on the content that I provide to my community, and engagement with my community, instead of getting bogged down by developing and maintaining a platform myself.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

 ### 25. A great platform for building community!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karyn L. | Community Animator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

We've been using Mighty Networks for our alumni community for over two years with zero regrets! This platform enables us to do everything we need to bring our members together engagingly and excitingly. The ongoing People Magic additions create lots of great opportunities. We're excited to see how the platform continues to evolve and, as a result, our community too!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Onboarding can be difficult for our members who aren't overly tech-savvy. Any updates that would support an easy transition into the community would be really helpful.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps bring communities together! They've created a product that allows us to host our clients and alumni in one place, and help them access resources and events outside their initial programming. Mighty Networks has been an integral part of making sure our clients feel less alone.

 ### 26. Stellar Support to Make Your Community A Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne G. | Founder, Career Growth Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is the most flexible option out there for entrepreneurs who want to build community through mission. They make it as easy as possible to launch--even for those who are not particularly tech savvy--through AI features, courses, live webinars from the Mighty team, and a slew of articles. I've used other platforms in the past and this is hands down the best customer support I've ever received.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Honestly, the only thing that's made it a bit challenging is that Mighty is updating its features at lightning speed. I happened to launch during a time of transition to new and improved features, so I need to update my community to take advantage of them. But I really don't view this as a downside at all!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is helping me scale my business from 1:1 / small group coaching to a community platform where more people can benefit. It's enabling me to streamline all my previous programs and work into one sleek app and platform.

 ### 27. User-Friendly Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia L.

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I truly appreciate the user-friendliness of Mighty Networks, as it is easy to navigate and boasts a clean structure that makes it incredibly useful for accessing all necessary information efficiently. The platform's intuitive design allows me to quickly get up to speed and extract maximum value. I also love the proactive and thorough support from the Mighty Networks team, whose quick responses and detailed guidance have been invaluable in assisting my clients with accessing the necessary resources and resolving any membership issues swiftly. Moreover, the capability to search for clients rapidly and the functionality to post quick updates and articles has significantly enhanced communication and feedback sharing with clients. The overall success I have seen using this platform, alongside the enjoyment of the social media-like interaction, makes it a standout choice that I am confident to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find the process of identifying the exact plan my clients are on to be cumbersome and time-consuming. The need to search through different plans and navigate through multiple invite links with various options adds unnecessary complexity to my workflow.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me facilitate client learning and community engagement, provide updates, and manage access efficiently, thanks to proactive support and detailed guidance.

**Official Response from Rachel Dorsey:**

> Thank you, Alicia for your feedback. I love hearing that you are enjoying the easy and clean navigation for efficiency. I will also pass it on to the team that you appreciate the support and quick responses when you reach out. We want nothing more than for you to have the support that you need as you build your amazing network.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janny H. | Content creator, educator and coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Besides the platform and what it offers, it's their customer service and the ability to listen Mighty hosts.

The flexibility of what a Host can create within the system is second to none. I don't know anyone who is offering renaming features, reordering, customizing, different plans abilities, privacy settings, extensive notifications settings and on and on.

Hosts can make their communities very simple, very complex or something between. If a host is servicing variety of companies, they all have their own content and don't see themselves.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Genuinely, I can't think of any major ones.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 30. The best community on the internet

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L. | Empowerment Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I’ve been using Mighty Networks to run my yearlong journaling membership community and I will never leave 😂 Not only is the platform beautiful, intuitive, and offers incredible features not available on other platforms, but they have THE BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re looking to build a community with the support of brilliant individuals, literally look no further. Mighty Networks is the platform to use. MN is not only the best but they are constantly innovating and creating new features so yuh can grow your community seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One thing I do wish MN had was a payment feature that allowed people to join for a certain amount of time. I’ve had some issues of people paying in full and automatically enrolling the following year when their finances had changed. I also wish there was an easier way to be approved through Apple. Sometimes, when you create a membership that is available through the Apple Store, it takes months to be approved. This is a tough work around because most people have iPhones and when they can’t purchase on their phone, you could lose customers.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN is constantly upgrading and updating. They truly listen to their audience.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

 ### 31. Fantastic tool for membership owners and online course creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen D. | Online Course Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like best about Mighty Networks is how it brings everything together in one place — community, content, events, and even courses.

It’s not just a social platform; it’s a powerful tool for creators who want to build a meaningful space around their expertise. I love that I can offer value to my audience without sending them off to a dozen different platforms.

It feels like a private, clutter-free space where real connections happen — and the ability to brand it as my own makes it feel even more professional and aligned with my business.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One thing I find confusing about Mighty Networks is the way their payment plan tiers are structured.

It’s not always clear what features are included at each level, and some of the tools I assumed were standard — like advanced analytics or certain integrations — are locked behind higher-priced plans.

As someone trying to grow a business, I find it tricky to predict when I’ll need to upgrade or whether I’m truly getting the best value for what I’m paying.

A clearer breakdown or side-by-side comparison would really help simplify the decision-making process.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is solving the problem of platform overload — where content, community, events, and learning are scattered across multiple tools. Instead of using Facebook Groups, Zoom, Kajabi, and Slack all separately, I can now bring everything into one cohesive space. That’s been a huge time-saver and makes things much easier for my members.

It also helps me build a stronger, more engaged community because people aren’t getting distracted by outside noise. Having it all under one roof makes my brand feel more professional and my offers more seamless.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 32. Supportive Team and Innovative Features, But Expectations Need Clarifying

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather W. | Member Engagement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

How amicable their team is, how they constantly integrate suggestions, and how they are always looking at trends and ways to help celebrate our membership to decrease churn.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I feel like the expectation is that we find something negative to say but its hard as Mighty is constantly taking our issues and churning out solutions. Is it always overnight? No. But do they shift to accommodate our growing membership and programs, yes.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copy and pasting comments and content from AI. We use different platforms to grab content and it shows differently from phone to desktop. Helping automate celebrations for our members!

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 33. Easy to Use, with Comprehensive Learning and Certification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It is very easy to use, and the learning process/certification covers everything a host needs to develop their network.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I'm new to the platform, so I can't say there's anything I dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a strong online community that adds courses and chat options for our members to connect. It's much more connected than using one off social platforms.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re really happy to hear you’re finding Mighty Networks easy to use and that the learning and certification process has been helpful. It’s awesome that you’re building such a connected community with courses and chat all in one place - love to see it!

 ### 34. The Ultimate Platform for Building a Thriving Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul F. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like most about Mighty Networks is how well-designed it is for building real community. It allows me to create courses, host discussions, manage memberships, and deliver content — all from one single, organized platform. Everything feels integrated and easy to use, which makes it perfect for running an engaged and professional online space.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The initial registration and payment process can sometimes be a bit confusing or frustrating for new members. It’s not always as smooth or intuitive as it should be. However, once you're in, the platform is truly outstanding and delivers an amazing experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me solve the challenge of managing both my community and my online courses from a single platform. This integration allows me to offer a seamless and professional experience for my users, where they can clearly see the value and quality of my product. It simplifies operations on my end while enhancing the customer journey — all in one place.

 ### 35. Fantastic Community Building Tool with Room for Simplification

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I appreciate Mighty Networks for offering a broad set of services that are very helpful in setting up and understanding the real needs of a community. Their consultants and accompanying community support have been significantly beneficial in navigating this platform. I value their continuous assistance through AI chat support and direct mail, which accompany every step of the adoption process, providing excellent guidance. I find the course and quiz features helpful in building community engagement.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I find the initial learning curve with Mighty Networks quite challenging, especially as someone who's perhaps not as tech-savvy. While there are many features available, which is great, it's overwhelming at the beginning. New community members can feel lost, not knowing where to start, which isn't ideal. There also seems to be insufficient step-by-step guidance for setting up and achieving quick wins, such as a simple community setup that can show quick, tangible results. Additionally, the lack of a dedicated account manager, unless you're on the highest level of service, makes it difficult to have personalized support tailored to specific needs. Often, I have to consult with external experts to effectively integrate other necessary software due to limitations and lack of specialized internal support. I also hear from other hosts who face similar blockages and end up needing to hire consultants to make progress with the platform. This process should be more straightforward and user-friendly.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks connects my experienced mentors with young explorers, creating a learning community. It offers insights into community needs and provides extensive support, simplifying the setup of diverse member groups despite initial complexity.

**Official Response from Rachel Dorsey:**

> Thank you, Walter, for taking the time to leave us such valuable feedback. We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the features and services that we provide.

I also appreciate your quality feedback on the overwhelm that can potentially set in at the onset. This is something we are actively looking at so that our hosts feel confident in not just why they are building, but what they are building. I will be sure to pass your feedback to our team.

 ### 36. My community loves Mighty Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry Ann R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

My community loves Mighty Networks, especially the features that are designed for peer-based communities. My members can host their own events, initiate polls, and create a wide range of content. That makes my life as a host much easier. As an admin, I love that there's so much support available for growing your community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The main thing I disliked was that there was only one (expensive) option for developing a custom-branded app but they just rolled out a low cost option for that.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Mighty Networks solves is having an all in one solution for my business.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 37. We Tried the ALL - Now you Do Not Need to. MIGHTY IS IT!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela A. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

We tried Kajabi, Circle and then found MIGHTY! The functionality it provides is incredible. I am a tech / operations geek with lots of experience with platforms and Mighty is a pleasure and fun to build out.

There is a lot of live sessions to ask specific questions and get feedback. Their library of resources is a huge help. I have 2 virtual assistants in the Philippines and they were able to attend online session to learn how to use and build our platform. That was a huge deal to leverage my time and not have to teach them!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes getting technical questions answered from the "chat" feature can be challenging. However, taking a video recording of what you are trying to do is the best way to go.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving our members a platform to be collaborative, directly communicate with each other and to learn from each other. Also, the "search" feature is great to find resources based on title, topic or problem. Our other platforms did not have that feature.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Angela! Thank you for the kind review and feedback. We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 38. A solid platform for building a focused professional community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Mentor & Advisor Program Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks has helped us create a centralized, distraction-free space for our community of Customer Success professionals in Atlanta. It’s easy to segment members into groups, share resources, and promote upcoming events without relying on fragmented tools like Slack, LinkedIn, or email threads. The mobile app is reliable, the event management tools are straightforward, and the community feed strikes a nice balance between social engagement and professional interaction. For our needs, it’s been an effective way to keep members informed and connected between in-person events.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Email notifications can be a bit inconsistent or overly generic, which impacts member engagement. Sometimes we run into issues trying to work out how to do things, but when we do the MN Support team is very responsive and provides high quality service.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mighty Networks, we relied on a patchwork of tools - email, Slack, LinkedIn, and Eventbrite - which created a fragmented experience for community members. Mighty Networks has helped us consolidate everything into one platform. It gives us a cleaner, more professional space to engage members between events, promote upcoming programming, and share content. It’s improved member engagement and reduced the operational friction of running an in-person and online hybrid community. Having a dedicated app that members can access on their phones has been a huge benefit in driving ongoing interaction.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words and feedback, James! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 39. I was reluctant to try Mighty but it’s blown me away

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I was a bit reluctant to try mighty networks after a period of using it as a subscriber to somebody else’s Mighty network. I didn’t enjoy that experience and I found it all a bit cumbersome having jumped into my own mighty network on the free trial at first it was an absolute delight to use. I think the best thing about it is how easy is to set everything up. Set of yours. A set of your collections set up your lessons whatever it is you need to do the branding on the pages it’s all really really straightforward. The support and app support is excellent. The AI support fantastic and yeah I’ve enjoyed every minute.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The one bit I did find a little bit tricky to navigate was where my own pages were in terms of being able to see what a potential subscriber would see took a bit of working out how to get that sort of preview view. I’ve done it since and again Help was really useful, but that it was a bit sticky

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monkey that works is really helped me create an offer ladder for my consultancy business. It provides a low cost community and higher membership courses and eventually I will be charging for a premium membership here as well. All very very easy to do on my networks.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Tony, thank you for the feedback and sharing your experience as both member and host on Mighty Networks! We're grateful to have you on Mighty.

 ### 40. I'm an early adopter, but it's rare for me to stay with one solution for years!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly P. | Founder Athena Village, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I'm back with an update of my review. it's now 2025 and I'm more committed than ever to Mighty. Over the last two years they have added several new features that are fantastic. Including addition of more than 2000 embeds, integrating with Kit (aka Convertkit), adding AI assistance (Co-Host) and a ton of automations. After more than 8 years I've upgraded and have never looked back.

2023 I chose Mighty Networks several years ago for a few reasons: it offered a safe, private alternative to running groups and events; it also offered a way to identify common geographic locations with it's "near you" feature – love that! – and it was gorgeous! That was in 2016. As I began to look further into the company, I learned it was created by a woman (Yay for women in tech!) and has a great rep for JEDI. Very important to me.
And as a host, Gina Bianchini and her team LISTEN!! I'll say that again, THEY LISTEN TO THE HOSTS! So over the last 6 years they have been asking us what we want and making changes to the platform in response to what the hosts, our communities and our members need. Yeah, that's cool!
What do I like best about the platform?
It's like being able to build a house with carte blanch in my decorating budget – do I want chat and a feed or just a feed? do I want to have a course with a community feel or just a DIY lessons and a video from me – or both? There is so much flexibility in this platform that platform is too "flat" a word to describe it.

I'm definitely an evangelist.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

2025 well, the integration of Kit has helped a ton with the CRM challenge. And our tags in Mighty now integrate with Kit so that's amazing.

The only other complaint i have is the lack of a built in way to manage members - I use Airtable to download member lists from Mighty (the downloads are really "robust") and that works great.

2023 I can't believe i'm going to say this, but sometimes there are too many possibilities that I make it too complicated - for myself and for my members.
I'm a one-person show right now, so having a built in CRM would be great. I've figured out how to integrate my data but if that were built in that would be amazing.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a way for my clients to connect in between in-person meetings. They clients were expressing feeling off (in 2016 and since) about Social Media. So I went in search of a way for us to share safely online inbetween our meetings. This is helping to keep up relationships with my clients for longer time spans. It also helps me to connect them to each other.
In addition, when COVID hit, I was already online and able to expand my community globally, so now the connection factor is even more important.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Kelly! Passing along to the team "there is so much flexibility in this platform that platform is too "flat" a word to describe it." :)

 ### 41. Unmatched Features and Support for Community Building

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross T. | Business Consultant and Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The feature offerings and support are first rate and absolutely the best option I've found for creating a community like this.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Frankly, while I love what MN does and offers...I found that creating good-looking pages wasn't particularly intuitive.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am bringing together a network of clients I mentor, as they start or grow their food businesses. Mighty Networks is allowing me to expand my regional community into a nationwide community.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m really glad Mighty Networks has stood out for you in both features and support, and that it feels like the best option you’ve found for building a community like this.

I also hear you on page-building not feeling as intuitive as it could be. That kind of experience matters, and your feedback is helpful and specific.

It’s great to hear what you’re building as well: bringing together the clients you mentor as they start or grow their food businesses. Mighty Networks gives you a single place where they can connect, access your guidance and resources, and stay engaged as they make progress.

Thank you,
Val

 ### 42. High-End Community Experience Made Easy and Affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Our customers truly appreciate how easy it is to use. We managed to deliver a high-end community experience at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to develop it on our own.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Overall, my experience has been very positive. However, the absence of an API has created some challenges for us when it comes to integrating the product smoothly with our other platforms.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to Mighty, we used to manage our groups on Facebook. Having a closed community now has made the experience so much better.

**Official Response from Rachel Dorsey:**

> Thank you, Tanner, for your feedback. One of our favorite things to hear is that you and your customers are finding Mighty easy to use. We are proud to have been the platform of your choice to deliver your high-end community experience.

 ### 43. A robust all-in-one platform for community builders—if your budget allows.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasia K. | Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is a powerful platform packed with features for building and nurturing online communities. It's incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to create courses, host events, and engage members through discussions, posts, and live sessions. The range of tools—from native video hosting to customizable member spaces—is impressive and really supports meaningful connection and growth. Customer support is responsive and kind.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The pricing is on the higher side, especially for smaller creators or early-stage communities like me. While the value is there, the cost may be a barrier for some.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helped me solve the challenge of keeping my community engaged and organized in one central space. I used it to host an ongoing community, offer online courses, and facilitate meaningful discussions—all without needing multiple platforms. The ability to combine content delivery, live sessions, and group interaction in one place made it much easier to manage and grow my work. It streamlined communication, increased engagement, and created a more intimate and cohesive experience for my members.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words and feedback, Kasia! We're grateful to have you on Mighty Networks.

 ### 44. Exceptional Support and Insightful Guidance from Customer Success Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I deeply appreciate the level of attention and expertise provided by our Customer Success Manager/Team. We hold monthly calls to evaluate the direction in which our organization is going as it pertains to growth and engagement, and they offer incredible insights on how to improve and implement the features that MN offers.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One thing I dislike about Mighty Networks is not having access to a comprehensive demographic look at all of our users (e.g. age group, gender, zip code, etc.) This would be helpful as we create more targeted programming and messaging across our platform.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their automation and promotional banners make it easier for us to maintain consistent communication with our highly engaged users without overexhausting common channels like email, DMs, etc.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

We'll share your feedback with the team. You can continue to stay up to date on how we're updating the platform on our public roadmap here: https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development

 ### 45. Excellent support, Stable technology

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn S. | TEDxToronto Insider, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It is a reliable and stable platform that offers training to community builders.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It would be great if Mighty Network offers more features for free tier subscribers to test things out.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a plug-and-play for the kind of community I want to set up

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks for the feedback, team! Keep sending your use cases our way—we're always excited to dive deeper into what else is possible on the platform.

 ### 46. Mighty has been the best platform, by far, for community building!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah G. | Chaos Channeler & Transition Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty is so easy to navigate and gives the feel of social media without having to be on other platforms! Having control over reaching people without an algorithm is SO wonderful! The tools that are on mighty make creating content easy and fun! I have highly enjoyed creating on there and building a community in a way that flows and allows expansion for the different tiers of the community! Such a blessing!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The only downside I’ve found is some people don’t want to add another platform to their phone but that’s exactly why I like it. Gets me off the other ones with intention. Also, sometimes the fonts get tricky when building pages and such, but I work through it.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me bring all of my different tiers of business to one central hub! My free offers/and service for humanity is in the free membership and then I have 3 other tiers for my higher offers. Having everyone in one place allows less time for reaching everyone and truly building a new philosophy in one central hub!

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you, Sarah! We're so grateful for the kind words and feedback. We'll have updates coming to the landing page builder soon, which should address your questions on customization.

 ### 47. Exactly what we needed to build a connected, purpose-driven community.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammy W. | Co-Founder and Community Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks made it incredibly easy to bring our paid community, course, and events together in one place. The setup was intuitive, and I appreciated how flexible the structure was—it let us design an experience that felt aligned with our brand and goals. I also love how the platform keeps evolving. The regular feature updates have added real value. And honestly, the Mighty Hosts community is one of the best parts—it’s an amazing place to ask questions, get ideas, and feel supported by others who are building something meaningful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are a few limitations worth noting—each space can only host one course, which means structuring multiple programs takes some creativity. The formatting options for posts and articles are fairly basic (though there are a few handy workarounds), and the layout choices for long-form content like articles are a bit simplistic if you're aiming for a polished, editorial feel. That said, none of these have been deal-breakers for us—they’re just things to be aware of when designing your experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the co-founder and community designer of a brand-new paid community, I needed a platform that could support an intentional, cohesive member experience right from the start. Mighty Networks allowed us to bring our course, events, discussions, and resources into one unified space—without needing multiple tools or complicated tech. It’s made it easier for me to design an experience that feels aligned, accessible, and engaging, while also being manageable behind the scenes as a small team.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Tammy! Thank you for the feedback and kind words. Noted on your experience with spaces. We've intentionally kept the number of spaces you can create unlimited so that you can build multiple courses. We may explore the idea of having more than one course in one space down the line. Will take this back to the team.

 ### 48. Rich Community Knowledge Sharing Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn E. | Lifelong Poet and Artist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like the variety of information that can be shared with, and accessed by, the community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It’s not as easy to have a good experience on a cell phone.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently running a writing program.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Kathryn,

Thank you for your feedback.

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the variety of content you can share and access within your community. We also appreciate your note about the mobile experience. Feedback like this is really helpful as we continue working to improve usability across devices.

It’s great to hear you’re using Mighty Networks to run your writing program and bring everything together in one place.

 ### 49. Our Mighty Network is a huge asset to us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love that as a Mighty Pro host, I know that my voice is heard when it comes to updates and improvements to usability of their platform. If I have a question or need support, it is clear that the team at Mighty care about getting the correct information and response through to help work through the situation. The customisation abilities are a huge feature for us and it really enables us to represent our unique brand in a professional, user friendly way. Our Mighty easily integrates into our existing systems which allows us to spend more time inside the community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I have no dislikes regarding our Mighty Networks, we are in an opposite timezone which means no live attendance but the team have made sure we never miss out on anything.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty is solving the issue of loneliness in the teaching industry. The use of our Mighty means that likeminded people can access, learn, seek and thrive as part of a likeminded group of peers.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 50. New-comer, but convinced

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete S. | Director of Youth and Young Adults, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love how robust and intuitive the platform is, and how easy it is to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I've not found any weaknesses with our Mighty Network, but it would be much more effective if our users would use it more. I wish there way a way outside the platform to email or contact the participants and get them back on notifications and regular usage.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN helps us keep all of our youth pastors and leaders on the same page and privides access to our webinars, training, and materials. It also helps us celebrate when good things are happening around the denomination.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.
