**What do you like best about Circle?**

My most favorite feature is that Circle allows to play around with Access Spaces and create your own little infrastructure within circle without having to depend on the integrated paywall system.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

My most disliked issue is the workflow limitations, I feel like there is so much more possible, whole workflow sets that you could create, but all of it is just running based on ONE trigger only for ONE small thing, or Im using it wrong idk. And not only that then you pay around 2K annually just to get 20 workflows, like dude it's not even a proper "AI" feature, it doesn't use up tokens, just runs a task based on a predefined set of rules.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to create a cohesive community with different tiers, different access levels, but still a great functionality and performance for the topics that we want to teach our community

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I use Circle to engage customers in a collaborative community setting. It allows me to provide extensive information, ongoing care, and communications, as well as schedule events like integration circles and communities. This approach has been very positive, supporting meaningful change. I appreciate the functionalities of paid memberships in Circle, which offer a great way to transition from free to freemium to premium while controlling access to certain community elements. I'm very happy with the decision to use Circle; it's a valuable tool for providing the greatest product to customers and is seen as a tremendous value add. Circle outshines alternatives like Mighty Networks and Discord, offering a better UI and more cohesive structure. I was particularly impressed with the easy customization and integration with external resources in my custom-designed customer portal. The initial setup was well guided, and Circle delivers an exceptional community platform experience, making it highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I find a lot of the settings on Circle can be very convoluted and difficult to navigate, especially when creating specific sections like event or posting sections. It can be a bit confusing and has a learning curve. There are just so many features, like space-specific features and category-specific features, making it a lot to navigate around from the admin side. Better navigation or a more seamless UI/UX experience for the administrator would be great. The different settings per category or event could be better built out and showcased. Alternatively, leveraging generative AI to plain language to build out would be incredible.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Circle for engaging customers in a collaborative community setting, providing articles and connection opportunities. It's excellent for ongoing communications and scheduling events. However, the admin side can be complex and hard to navigate.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I love the Circle interface because it's intuitive and easy to understand. The event creation feature is really helpful, and I appreciate its integration with my calendar. The fact that I can search up different things makes it interesting as well. I also find it quite nice that we can have courses, events, and leaderboards, which can be fine-tuned to the kind of work we do. This flexibility is really beneficial. I also like how easy it is to maneuver through various sections like the feeds and resources. We've even created an SOP library, which makes it easy to move through our database of contacts and coursework. This makes it quite beneficial for me. The performance so far has been well put together; I haven't experienced system downtime. This also comes into play: the ease of the onboarding process was exceptional. I was able to set up an account and learn my way around within minutes. I have not had any AI features to use with it, so that might be an area of improvement for Circle. The team should look into adding more AI aided features in the coming updates.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I feel like I'd hope for Circle to have an application instead of just having a web version. Sometimes I want to just open Circle without having to open my browser. That would be nice. I'm not sure if it does, but I have not seen that.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Circle for team communication, creating a community where we can share ideas and discussions. It gives visibility into what everyone is doing and facilitates group-based discussions, making it interactive and bringing people together.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle has given us a centralized home for our creator program in a way that no general-purpose tool (Slack, Discord, Notion) ever could. The member experience feels genuinely premium, which matters when you’re asking high-leverage creators to engage with you consistently. Engagement on briefs is measurably higher than what we saw with email and WhatsApp, and it’s easier to keep conversations in one place. Overall, the platform makes the relationship feel like a community rather than a vendor portal, and that shift has been worth a lot for retention.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The platform is clearly built member-first, and that focus comes through in ways that matter to operators. That said, anything involving bulk moderation, segmentation, or cohort-level analytics ends up taking more clicks—and more exporting—than it really should. The pricing tiers also feel structured to nudge you into upgrading for capabilities you’d ideally expect at a lower level; workflows and deeper API access, in particular, sit just beyond what feels like the natural fit for a mid-sized program. On top of that, the mobile admin experience noticeably lags behind the web version.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem we needed solved: how do you keep a distributed group of high-leverage creators engaged with your brand between active campaigns? Email and chat tools weren't doing it, too transactional, too easy to ignore. Circle gave us a persistent, branded space where creators come back even when they don't have an active brief. That has translated into faster activation cycles, higher response rates, and creators who feel like part of a program rather than vendors on a one-off contract.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

We love that Circle views its members as part of its team.  We enjoy the benefits of being able to reach audiences all around the world without the restrictions faced on other platforms.  When we have an idea or question, Circle is prompt to listen, problem-solve, and looks for ways to incorporate our ideas.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Many of those that come to our community are facing health conditions that make it difficult for them to understand and use new platforms.  Some have struggled with navigating Circle.  Some type of navigational help that pops up and guides them as they use the app at first would be helpful.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has been great about increasing awareness of our organization and its services.  Circle does this not only through our community, but also be increasing our presence in web searches.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

As a moderator, I feel seen and valued. The Circle customer support team actually listens—when I suggest something that would make moderation smoother or improve community flow, they take it seriously. Sometimes, it even becomes a new feature! The platform itself is intuitive, clean, and genuinely helps rather than hinders. Every update feels like it was built with real users in mind—especially those of us actively running communities.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The search feature still feels like a bit of a maze. Even with experience, I often feel overwhelmed when trying to track something down — and I can only imagine how confusing it might be for new members or families who are just getting started.

It’s not that the content isn’t there — it’s that finding it quickly and intuitively still takes more clicks and mental energy than it should. Improving the search and filtering experience would go a long way in making the platform more accessible and empowering for everyone, not just power users- plus the more members that use the search feature effectively, the easier for moderators.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we've only used Circle as a platform to host our community (for over 2 years), Circle has been a game-changer for me as a moderator of a parent community focused on supporting children with language delays. What I appreciate most is how the platform helps me stay organized and present for the families I serve. It’s user-friendly and I don't feel like I have to fight with technology. Gives me more time to focus on building connections, sharing strategies, and creating a space where parents feel empowered and less alone in their journey. 

I am not an owner of this business, and I don't know more than being a moderator, but I do know that families have less challenges and glitches now that the course is being offered through circle as well. We never have difficulty with LIVES and when we have ideas (quizes vs. polls, searching through phrases vs. single words, etc.) they seem to be heard and added quickly which helps Improves the quality of work I put out to these families.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I’ve been on Circle for several years now. What stands out most is how simple it is for new members to come in and get oriented without friction. The platform has plenty of tools, and the broader Circle community constantly shares smart ideas on how to operate and expand effectively.

They’ve also picked up the pace with consistent monthly updates, which keeps things fresh. I’m always exploring new ways to engage my members, and Circle keeps rolling out features that actually make that easier.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Support has been solid. When something critical pops up, they’re on it fast. With smaller, one-off issues, it can take a bit longer to sort out—but that’s pretty standard anywhere.

What’s really impressive is their new AI support tool. It can actually adjust community settings for me and get things done without the usual back-and-forth. Honestly, it’s one of the coolest support features I’ve used.

Overall, the drawbacks are minor—just the normal trade-offs you get with any platform you rely on regularly.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle really sits at the center of everything I do. It’s the core of my community in a way no social platform can realistically replicate. Social media helps bring people in the door, sure—but the real engagement, the meaningful conversations, and the long-term relationships all happen inside the community itself.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I love the Circle platform for hosting my community and courses. It takes time to learn the admin part of it, but has great features once you get the hang of it. My favorite part is their support system using their community and attending Weekly Office Hours to ask questions and get unstuck. They also use their community to gather feedback and request features. They keep releasing new features and some are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

It's difficult at times to  navigate the admin and have a full understanding of connecting all the dots on the backend. They have many updates which is great, but often makes it a challenge to stay up to date with everything.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle helps me bring together my community and course offerings and is an (almost) all-in-one solution for everything I need. Creating sales pages is now a breeze and easy to connect with your offers. Circle is a great solution for my business and has a great support team when you have challenges.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The most helpful thing about Circle is that I can integrate almost everything in one place, from creating a forum for users to uploading course materials.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The least helpful thing is that the sign-up process makes it hard to create new users, which in turn makes onboarding difficult.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solved for my business was making customer onboarding for a course much easier, since we can integrate all the materials in Circle and track progress in one place. We can also send emails and track open rates, which helps us follow up and remind our customers.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

We moved onto Circle after trying many platforms to be able to have our course content and community space in one space that was ours (vs a social media site or multiple platforms). It is great for our team and our customers to have access to our full set of offers in one place. They are constantly updating things- we have been on Circle for 2+ years now and many of the features we were missing when we signed up are now on Circle.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

There are some limits to customizing things like your course. We really liked the way our course looked visually on our previous platform. Circles courses are a new-er offering of theirs and they have released some visuals to go along with, but I would love to be able to style the courses. I also wish we could edit peoples email addresses for typos- it is a common issue we have when people sign up. Analytics is new-er, could be better and easier to use.

Circle puts all of our information in one place for community and course content. We do not have to be on multiple platforms. This is huge for us.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle is awesome! I love how it allows me to structure my community so we all know where different conversations are going on. Its course space allows me to upload onboarding materials like a tour of Circle and how members can navigate my community. Circle's new web builder has also made it possible for me to create a website and sales page for my community without paying for extra software or needing to mirror the look on a different site.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I feel like Circle nickels-and-dimes you for functionality. I have under 100 members, but as soon as I go over 100 members, I'll need to pay $20/month if I want to use their email feature. I also found that to make use of the automated workflows they advertise, I quickly needed to upgrade to a business account. I love the platform, but it is very expensive at the end of the day.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has created an easy-to-navigate course platform that allows me to handle nearly everything I need for my community. It offers a site builder so I can build marketing materials to attract new members, its payment system ties in seamlessly with Stripe, I can use their email feature an email members when they join the community with an onboarding sequence, and I can email my members without having to dig into a different email system. Circle also offers affiliate sales and other features that I will use over time.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I use Circle for a couple of different communities I'm part of, and I like how it creates a space to have Q&A forums that feel professional. The ability to post courses and have questions and support associated with them in an organized way is a big plus for me. It's less chaotic for people who aren't used to course, chat, and forum software. I think Circle's biggest strengths are the way it hosts and formats courses and its forum capability. It provides a more structured, professional, and academic feeling experience.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Live chats aren't good. You can't select someone's message and reply to it without opening a hidden thread. Every other chatting app will simply show the message above, and publicly post the response to the chat. This is good for engagement. The way Circle's chats are designed makes them clunky and slow to navigate. It seems like they're designed to slow down and focus the communication rather than encourage others to join in. The live call feature is also glitchy on mobile. I think it would benefit from updating its chats to a style similar to Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, iMessage, and other messaging apps. Everybody is familiar with them, and I think the way it is now prevents people from building connections with people in real time. The way it is now also makes the chats work more like a loosely structured customer support chat versus a community chat or group chat.

I use Circle to create professional Q&A forums and post courses with organized support, which makes it less chaotic for new users.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

What I like the most is that it's a centralized platform for everything I want + has integrations to almost any other tool I would need to use (Zapier, Stripe). I also feel like the data is mine since I pay Circle, unlike Substack, which kept spamming my subscribers with marketing emails and auto-subscribing to newsletters they didn't want through dark UX patterns.

The interface is easy to use, and I managed to learn things quickly despite the depth of features.

The pricing is quite high but it's worth the upside once I start the monetization. I dislike that the email hub/contacts is not included in the $2.5k I pay yearly, that feels like a basic feature that should be included in a business plan.

No complaints about performance. It's always working when I need it and emails get delivered fast.

Onboarding was extremely smooth. The checklist was helpful and you have so many useful guides/videos on your site to get started.

As for AI features, I honestly haven't used them so far because I didn't really need them.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

While I love the templates for some spaces, I think the Courses are placed oddly in the overall experience. Why does each course have to be its own space? In my case, I want to create one space with specific courses related to that space's topic which is impossible to do.

The more courses you have, the spaces become harder to navigate. 

The other controls that are helpful would be paywalls on specific posts, rather than entire spaces. Sometimes, you want to give people a preview of what to expect in the paywalled space, and it's hard to do with the current structure.

Finally, I'm not a fan of the AI chatbot. It's helpful for basic questions, but I was trying so hard to connect to an actual person and it never re-routed my request after saying it would multiple times so I gave up. It was incredibly frustrating to get an answer and I still haven't gotten it.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is mainly helping me with:
1) Centralizing my content in one place while allowing me to organize it in the way I like
2) Centralizing my newsletter, content, and future paid content in one place
3) Not having to build an entire website from scratch while still being able to brand it the way I want. I can just focus on making the content and engaging with my audience rather than debugging.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle is a robust, well-supported community software that makes it easy to engage with people I care about. Their suite of offerings is a perfect fit for engagement and connection without friction.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

While Circle is constantly improving, there are many slow-moving development cycles. Certain features that seem to be obvious and simple are not able to be implemented without considerable work. Their backend architecture is good, but seems like they've had to do work-arounds as needs have developed. This isn't uncommon, just frustrating at times.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle gives a direct connection to followers. This has been extremely important to me (and to clients I have referred) because so much of the traditional algorithms make those connections harder and harder. Having a platform for courses, livestreams, and community chat and posting with easy setup is something that didn't exist a few years ago. It changed the way I approached our business model.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle has transformed our community. We moved from a free platform to Circle in 2025 and we kept all the things we liked about the old platform and ditched everything we hated and GOT SO MUCH MORE! We are able to monetize, prioritize, create new content, search easily, tag posts in a split second ... it's made our community even more special than it was before. Customer support is also great, cannot be beat!

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Our biggest challenge has been getting folks to adopt a new platform/app/account. Many people have signed up but then do not engage or log back in. That is something we are working on but is just a challenge inherent in moving away from a free platform that folks have used for over a decade.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has allowed us to create and market different products to clients. The ease of organization and setting up workflows has simplified our lives, allowed us to do more in less time!

I find Circle to be really useful for getting ambassadors together and onboarding them to run an online community. The social element, especially the events side, is incredibly handy. It's great that it changes depending on the location, which lets us set up events that people can easily understand in their specific part of the world. I also like the different spaces and the way they are laid out. It makes it easy to have personalized groups for different localities within our global community, which is quite valuable.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I don't think the workflow is very user friendly. I don't like the fact that, a lot of the gamification side of things, they're not particularly adept at rewarding points easily either. So, I think the rewarding of points is also quite limited, making a lot of it more of a manual task than it needs to be. Also, the lack of ability to sort of video call within messages isn't ideal either because it'd be really nice to have a sort of meeting feature within Circle, opposed to having to set up an event and give people specific access, which is just more of a hassle than it needs to be. So, we'd have to go off Circle and using, like, Zoom or Google Meet or something where, if that was in built within the app, that would have been much easier. On top of this, the leaderboards - why are you limited to seeing the top 10 members. You should have a more complete gameification offering showing you more in-depth details about the levelling up of community members.

I like how easy it is to create different content sections within Circle. The ability to monitor who is engaging with the content based on my settings is really helpful. It informs us which content is performing best and which type we should focus on more.

With a recent project, we created sections for each learning module but participants had to join each space to activate the content. I'd prefer that to be automatically turned on. Also, there needs to be more flexibility in stacking content as layers upon layers in the left-hand nav. Currently you can only go 2 layers deep. Going 3 would be great. Going 4 or more would be fantastic. We built and coded ads within our communities but they're not as seamlessly integrated as I would like. Making this a built-in feature would be appreciated. If you're not familiar with these types of platforms, I imagine people would get frustrated with some of the setup process—especially when you get into deeper things like setting up AI agents.

If something isn't working well, we can change it, and I appreciate that flexibility.

I really like how easy Circle was to implement and continue using. I think Circle is the best online platform right now because of its ease of use, the ease of building, and the white labeling capabilities. I also really like that Circle is always updating and innovating and listening to our feedback when we think something is missing. I think that really puts Circle above the rest.

I think that having additional features like extra options for gamification instead of needing to do patches, workflows, webhooks, and that kind of thing. Because that's what I feel like I run into a lot all of the communities that I help and build and manage is that we have a wish that there was greater customization and also the ability on our end to have different admin levels and the ability for admins to adjust emails for members. Merging accounts when someone wants to use an account with an existing email would also be helpful as right now you have to entirely delete someone's account and have them start over, it's not great for user experience.

I run a paid community on Circle and it solves almost every problem other platforms have, offering the best of everything in terms of features, much better than Slack or Discord. I really like Circle's analytics dashboard as it gives me all the data I need to stay informed about my community. I can see when users are most active, identify popular content, and find out which spaces work, allowing me to make data-driven decisions about rewarding users or updating spaces. Circle makes onboarding simple and efficient for new members, streamlining the entire process. The event management in Circle is excellent, with features like dedicated event spaces, RSVP, reminders, and a calendar, significantly boosting the success of events. Additionally, setting up Circle was easy with a free 14-day trial, and the support is great,  I received awesome support and quick resolutions from their team.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The app experience on mobile needs improving, especially on Android. Sometimes reactions don't register, or the chat box can't be clicked as it's overlapped or not showing. It's not ideal to have to close and reopen the app to fix issues, which isn't great as it can cause friction and potential churn among community members. But things seem to be improving with fewer complaints from members recently and likely by the time someone reads this review it would have been fixed. Also, if I was being cheeky, I would like to see some of the business plan features included in the professional membership for smaller communities that don't hit the threshold for needing the business plan yet. The workflows for example, for smaller communities just starting out, it would be great if we were given access to this to help us with activation, onboarding, and user engagement because my ultimate goal is to outgrow the professional plan and switch to the business one but right now the numbers aren't quite there yet.

I launched an online church using the Circle platform. It's so easy to use and build out. The ease of use is incredible, and I figured it out quickly despite being self-taught and not a pro. I thought about integrating with Zoom, but the feature within Circle is great and eliminates the need for Zoom. Circle is head and shoulders above Skool. The platform fosters community engagement within our church, allowing members to contribute and consume, serving and ministering to others and 'being the church' rather than just 'watching the church'.

The limit on spaces. I pay $129 per month to upgrade, and it's a substantial increase in cost for me. The only benefit I desire from the upgrade is the number of spaces I am able to create. The limited number of spaces does limit all that we would like to accomplish within our Circle.

I like that Circle is super customizable. I can make it look and feel like us. It's great that it includes a meeting/webinar tool built in. The fields that we are able to add are just dead text. We need to be able to add URLs that go somewhere. Phone numbers should be clickable so that smart devices can call those numbers, and email fields should pop up emails to the listed addresses. Circle is all about community and communications, so maybe a vCard-type link or QR code for each member would be good. The QR could include fields that the admins choose.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I really like that we can use the API to ingest learners directly. Since we have hundreds of thousands of learners, this has been awesome and has made a big difference for us.

The new AI Agent has also been really helpful for boosting our community engagement efforts.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Circle could improve its qualitative analytics. The quantitative analytics are amazing, but strengthening the “who” aspect would go a long way.

Circle has allowed us to bring together our learners over 600k+ from 60+ countries around the world. This has enabled more holistic learning, stronger engagement, and timely support for our learners.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Multi-purpose features, bringing community at the heart of the product. Easy to use interface, much more than competitors we also reviewed. Useful onboarding procedure, giving examples of what we could do to bring the community to life. Pricing is fair - it would be useful if we could have more spaces included within the pro tiers though.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Pricing - would be good to have more space options in the paid for tiers.

Bringing a community together, being able to host events, file storage etc all very useful for the different communities we are hosting for our customers.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Having a mobile app where our community can post, engage with others' posts, and send DMs without having to be on a computer enables us to fit into the "small gaps" in the day where people would go to social media. Making it much easier to have daily & weekly active users, compared to if it were just a desktop thing.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

There's no automatic way for events to show up on our members' calendars. For our specific use case with 2 available calls per week, we found that our members would miss calls because they hadn't RSVP'd for events & manually added the calls to their calendar. The workaround we're using right now is we have a shared Google calendar that we add each user to when they join, so all the events automatically show up on their calendars. It's working... but we're currently having to make all our calls in two places.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a community for creative service providers that need a space to ask questions & get advice on running their business, that's separate from their clients. Calls are one part, but an easy-to-use online community that they can easily dip in and out of allows them to feel supported in real time. The specific problems cirlce is solving: one common place for conversations, resources, and calls; an intuitive platform that doesn't have a steep learning curve when onboarding new users; built in payment (integration) & checkout pages so we don't have to use multiple platforms; cloud storage for videos, recordings, & resources so we don't have to link out for our members to access them.

It’s easy to connect with a large number of people who share similar values, hobbies, and interests.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I don’t like. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that sometimes it takes too long when adding members to private groups—you have to refresh the page to actually see all the members you’ve added.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier, it’s easy to create posts for multiple creators at once. We also have quite a big community there, and when we make a callout for a specific request (for example, finding suitable creators for a project), the integrated automatic emails ensure creators are notified by email as well. That way, they can quickly let us know if they fit the requirements and we manage to find suitable creators fast too!

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I really like how much more organized Circle is than some other alternatives we are used to. It's a lot easier to search and find information, which is important for our large group with hundreds and thousands of posts. With the AI tools and the better organization, it makes it a lot easier for them to find that valuable information they need about points and miles. We had a really helpful onboard manager who made the setup process easier by explaining things, along with the course and all the helpful instructions, making the setup more seamless.

Haven’t really disliked anything, it’s all been working well for us so far

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Circle to organize our points and miles community better than Facebook, making it much easier to search and find valuable information.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

That it allows me to create a special space for my clients (book editors) and my business all in one place (courses, direct messaging, live streaming, event planning, blog posting, discussion forums, and more with additional integrations). I also like seeing how Circle members like Pedro are always replying to messages and listening to us.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

1. Cost for a small business owner like me (1 person building a community)
2.Steep learning curve on how to set up spaces, create automations, setting up paywalls, figuring out how to use integrations
3. Stripe processing fees and lack of PayPal integration
4. No "alerts" if I'm doing something wrong (i.e. I set up a paywall incorrectly and members were using Circle w/o paying)

It's allowing my members to communicate among themselves and build relationships in a supportive and safe space.

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle works well for both complex and more surface level setup of online communities. It's interface is particularly well designed when it comes to adding new posts, events and information. There's a good amount of freedom in how things can be set up - but not too much. The design options that are available are well implemented, it's hard to mess up - and easy to learn, which is a good combination. Our team accesses our Circle member portal daily, and rarely encounter bugs or issues. If we do they are resolved very quickly and have always been very minor.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

There is still a ways to go with some of the smaller features that make workflows a little easier, that other platforms already have. For example, it would be great to have toggles that automatically setup event reminders at common times such as 1 day, 1 week before the event. That being said, the Circle team is very responsive to issues, and takes feedback well, each update brings new features that are often helpful.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an online portal for our members to be able to login to, and access events and content. We have been able to use Circle to setup a versatile space, which includes forums, in-person and virtual event listings, announcements and rewards pages. We are able to easily add content and change things about the space.

Circle has everything you need to create a professional, robust community. We love the course building features and the live event feature. Our members love how intuitive the entire platform is to navigate. When we first started, implementation was fast and simple! And a huge shoutout to the support team at Circle. They are so quick to reply and thorough in getting any questions answered.

I wish there was breakout room capability within the live event feature.

We needed a clean look, user-friendly platform to build our community and Circle has provided that for us. Our users are complimentary on how fun it is so interact with others on the platform and how easy it is to access our courses.

I have used a lot of app over the years, and Circle is by far the easiest to use. Both the web and mobile app are intuitive. You also get access to the Circle community where you can ask questions and use their AI chatbot to get the answer you need. This makes it very easy to learn about what you need to do, or gives you ideas on what you can do.

Waiting for the website builder... This will make it the app to beat.

I like that it's easy to have community discussions, courses, and live events in one place.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

There are some features that are underdeveloped. For example, you can't bulk upload lessons to courses, you can't get admin notifications when someone completes a course, and you can't automatically award a certificate upon completion. I believe that Circle is improving over time and that these features will arrive eventually.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is giving us a place to connect with our customers on a more personal level and offer them a VIP experience. We can reach them without having to worry about email deliverability, we can give them ways to connect with one another, and we can spotlight product features, improving adoption and reducing churn.

I think one thing that could be improved is integrations with some other platforms, like easy connection between Circle and some other platforms so that data can be exported easily

Circle helps us track members, publish events, keep the community connected, and manage analytics and transactions. I appreciate the filters and customizations for personalizing and tracking groups, and automations and workflows make processes faster, enhancing the managing experience.

For me, as a researcher, building courses based on community misinformation is my favourite part of the circle.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

It's very difficult to add games and mods that could bring a lot of excitement among community members. For example, we can have games and activities with the exception of webinars here, giving us extra work to use 3rd party platforms.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially used Telegram as our community platform, but it was not safe for our users as a CEX. Now, we use Circle, and the biggest challenge was making sure only our users could communicate with each other, and that we could easily monitor these conversations for safety and reduce scams. and it solved these challenges.
