Memberium helps us integrate our membership with Keep and WordPress. It creates a better membership experience on WordPress, allowing us to utilize our CRM tags through Keep. I've used memberium for three websites since 2015. The most recent stocktradingpro.com. The ease of setup and integration with Keap/Infusionsoft make hosting my own member portal a breeze. The customer support, especially Milosav are always top notch. Allways reliable and always going the extra mile to make sure my problem was solved or question answered.

It was a learning curve for me and I was on the helpline every other day. Their patience and willingness to help was incredible. I even received and email from them on Sunday when I didn't expect it until after the weekend. The person that I am in the most contact with is Malosav. He was always friendly and really goes the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you are experienced or just learning like I was. He went into my site and fixed things for me did research about things I asked. I am impressed and I recommend them to anyone looking for their service. I find it now very easy to use but of course there was the learning it. I have been on the internet with a lot of new apps, programs and equipment, I have never before had this kind of support. There is nothing I dislike about Memberium. The UI is pretty well optimized and they have a good start on integrating with the tech should be looking at. They also have really good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They lack foundational choices for data storage, only working with Keap (formerly infusionsoft) and ActiveCampaign. They aren't even the biggest players in the CRM industry. The service is also slow on updates coming from the CRM to the WordPress integration unless its initiated by the memberium socftware and their dev docs aren't aimed at the everyday WordPress dev. Only downside for us (and that doesnt have to be true for you) is that we simply dont need all the features, membership roles etc. Somehow feels a bit too "heavy" if we use it for tag management only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A fantastic tool that transforms memberships is MemberiumPay. It integrates smoothly with well-known CRM systems like ActiveCampaign and Keap, processes payments quickly, makes controlling course access simple, and works. they provide excellent customer service and are always available to help with any technical issues. Tags that arent updated or users who shouldnt have access to courses continue doing so could be issues. the Memberium support staff is very adept at resolving these problems. They answer to tickets right away and see to it that everything goes smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
