Awesome AI platform designed for PR and Comms teams to leverage real-time news, social, and web data to provide timely and relevant insights. One of the standout features of ManagrAI is its ability to perform newsjacking. ManagrAI excels in this area by continuously monitoring news sources and identifying trending topics that align with your client or brands message. Another impressive feature of ManagrAI is its ability to answer questions based on real-time data. Whether it's a query about the latest market trends, consumer sentiment, or competitor activity, ManagrAI provides accurate and up-to-date information. This capability is particularly valuable for PR Pros and businesses looking to make data-driven decisions and respond promptly to emerging opportunities.

It's a start up ....  but continuiously adding new useful features.

ManagrAI is providing me real-time news and data and I can perform newsjacking and media monitoring as well as tailored pitching. ManagrAI is a must-have for PR professionals  and anyone interested in news and trends. I am also using it as an AI writing assistant.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Love how simplified everything is... it's actually shocking how the AI does the work for you when it comes to scouring the news headlines, finding journalists to pitching, drafting and tracking pitches, etc.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Not sure. If at first it seemed intimidating, the helpful customer service was instrumental to make me feel more comfortable. But I haven't had that issue since I just keep scheduling training sessions with Mike and I get the information I need in his walk-through tutorials, so I'm fine.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me time trying to research what articles are out there in the travel industry, since that's the type of PR I do.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Managr is the future of PR. It's an essential part of the PR tech stack. The tool is extremely intuitive. I jumped right in and quickly found relevant articles. The summaries are super helpful, and with its pre-built prompts I easily found new journalists (and pitching tips). I also appreciate that it learns my writing style - which is helpful for generating new content like pitches and social media posts. Mike has spent a lot of time onboarding my team, ensuring we understand all the features and benefits. He’s gone above and beyond offering tips via email.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Managr scans a lot of news sources but not all. I appreciate that Mike offered to add my clients' top outlets, assuming they allow it.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managr helps me and my team find opportuities for newsjacking and trend pitching. We appreciate that we can get a host of relevant information in one prompt and have it emailed to us every morning.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Managr adds value and delivers insights that other PR tools and software do not. As a corporate communications executive, you are focused on putting every dollar you spend to optimal use, increasing positive news coverage about your client/company that will ultimately lead to more customers and favorable opinion amongst your key audiences and stakeholders. At the basic level, Managr provides great and insightful news summaries that can help you further define your communications approach. The Managr Pro version takes this to the next level by providing features that I didn't even think were possible with what's on the market today.  It provides unique storytelling insights, pitch angles and reporters/outlets to expand your outreach efforts. It also can identify hot button issues you need to be prepared to address or news trends/conversations that you're not tapped into and should be.  It makes you more efficient and smarter about what's being written about your company or client and gives you tools to break through. Finally, the content creation efforts are amazing  - whether a blog post, press release or LinkedIn article - it can provide that strong foundational content to get you going.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Zero dislikes. I look forward to seeing how it evolves and discovering even more ways it can help my business and increase my share of positive news coverage.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes more efficient by building news summaries that would have taken me hours to do. It also identifies trends we should be crafting stories about and outlets/reporters we should be pitching.

The AI program does an amazing job of pulling together relevant news coverage for specific topics, even when you can't quite figure out how to phrase what you're looking for. Then, these pieces of coverage allow for great media list creation with relevant media members.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Personally, the program takes a bit of getting used to before I was comfortable with it, and sometimes it can be a bit off on reading your "voice," but this can all be solved with consistent use of the program.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managr does a wonderful job of helping stay on top of news trends within specific areas, allowing for up-to-date pitching to relevant media members who might already be talking about the subject desired. Thanks to the software, it is also much easier to keep an eye on hot topics within various industries, and generate an accurate report on how the trends are being discussed.

Generation of news summaries and content specific to my specs, my markets, and in my voice. Simply outstanding.

I would appreciate more help resources in the tool. The company is awesome about responding to any and all questions and training me, but help directory would save everyone some of the simple "how to" questions.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a significant amount of time, AND it is broadening my input sources. I simply could not review all the content out there if I relied on myself (ie a human) to do it.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Managr has taken the terrible manual process of CRM data entry and completely changed the game through the use of AI. Now I can take call notes directly in the manager slack window and it will fill in all of the relevant fields directly in Salesforce without me doing anything. Additionally, the ability to make bulk updates to opportunities through a simple chat window saves hours of time, and ensures everything up to date in our CRM. As if that wasn't enough, once the notes are pushed to SFDC, managr can generate an email for you based on the information taken from the notes of your call. Another massive time-saving feature.

10/10 highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Takes a bit of time to get used to working mainly in Slack but once you settle into it, there's nothing to dislike about what manager is providing their customers.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manager is solving quite a few problems which benefit users in a multitude of different ways. 

Time savings: I'm no longer spending hours in Salesforce updating the next steps, changing deal sizes, updating close dates, and keeping notes attached to opportunities. 

Visibility: Everything is easily viewable and consumable inside Managr. There are automatic alerts for things like deals closing in a month, deals closing in a quarter, etc. 

Exec visibility: I can have managr create a 'deal summary' which puts together about a paragraph of everything an exec would want/need to know about a particular deal. 

Managr is taking the thinking and frustration out of keeping CRMs updated. Everyone benefits from what they're building

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Managr provides a clean, customizable web interface that streamlines the workflow of sales reps and managers. The Slack integration is truly a game changer. Powerful and meaningful actions are built into Slack, allowing sales reps and managers to quickly and efficiently take action on any step in the sales process right from the Slack desktop or mobile app. Plus, the Managr team is professional, responsive and helpful in getting everything set up and tailored to our specific business needs and use cases.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

No downsides; implementing Managr was one of the best decisions we've made. Managr will undoubtedly become a key piece in our tech stack and in our team's workflow.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managr is improving our sales workflow. Reps don't have to go into Salesforce just to complete key actions, they can quickly make updates directly from Managr via Slack. The streamlined workflow allows our reps to be more productive and focus more on the customer.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

The most helpful part of managr is the time it gives you back in your day as a sales rep to focus more time on closing business. Managr syncs with your calendar and updates you after every meeting so you remember to update SF and keep your entire organization in the loop with where a deal is and next steps. You can update directly in slack where most of us spend a lot of our days. You can also send meeting recaps to leadership in real time to save time communicating back and forth with leadership. The integrations/real-time updates and ability to update from slack are the most helpful aspects of managr to name a few.

Salesforce is great but can be an extremely time consuming tool to use when you have to enter data 1 entry at a time and then there are multiple validation issues.  The best part of Managr for our team is streamlining the validation process. Instead of constantly refreshing SF to find sometimes up to 15,20 fields that need to be updated to close a deal and losing data every refresh is the way Managr streamlines it. With managr you can input each validation rule for each stage of your deal cycle. I cannot begin to express how HUGE this is for sales teams with complex SF instances. This easily saves me 1 hour every time I close win a deal. This is by far the best part of managr and why it is a must have for any sales organization! Give your reps more time to actually sell vs figuring out hour long processes to close deals in your CRM!

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

I really don't dislike any parts of Managr as the tool is extremely helpful. No real downside to using the tool at this point in time.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us solve the problem of data integrity and time consuming processes to update SF on a weekly basis. Managr is easily saving each rep 2+ hours a week of data entry processes resulting in more real time updates for our organization, better deal notes, more accurate forcasting with close dates & next steps. This tool is saving time, improving our data entry process, improving our teamwork as an organization. Ultimately freeing up our team to sell more, and close more business for our company.

Managr is super helpful in ensuring salespeople & sales leadership don't forget to log their calls or keep pipelines up to date. Managr notifies you or your manager if you haven't taken care of the necessary documentation of what's been occurring in the sales interactions, ensuring sales activity is not missed. Love the user interface for updating Salesforce opportunities as well!

The ability to make updates real time to my opportunities, meetings, and conversations with prospects WITHOUT having to log into Salesforce has been a gamechanger for me. I use the web-based experience for my pipeline and do everything else in Slack--amazing.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Truthfully, I don't have a dislike. As an AE, Managr has helped me make my admin duties way more efficient. The main challenge was I was the only AE on my team using the platfrom so I only had access to records that were in my name, and didn't have ability to add a contact to an account unless it was in my name, for example.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIME! Keeping salesforce updated has always been a challenge--it is arduous, time consuming and too many clicks to get where I need to be. Managr removes all of that, allowing me to make those updates directly from slack and keep things moving along.

At first it was tough to get away from my normal way of working and start working out of slack. 

But after a few times of using it to update my opportunities, create new opps, etc... it's extremely easily to have a clean pipeline in Salesforce. 

It's awesome that whenever I update an opp I can immediately send the changes/recap to my boss so he knows exactly what's going on in my deals without getting onto me during pipeline reviews.

What's also great is that it makes me disciplined to have a clean Salesforce. My Salesforce data was atrocious before Managr.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

There's just 1 small configuration we have at our company (marking a contact as primary) that can't be pulled from managr but it's a tiny configuration and takes less than 30 seconds to manually update on SFDC

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hell, I wouldn't say it only benefits me. It benefits my director, my VP, and sales Ops. 

It constantly keeps my pipeline clean and upper management up to date on where my deals are. 

It also keeps my on top of my shit with the to do list and reminds me weekly of what I have to do.

Managr was super easy to set up.  Within 10-15 minutes I was up and running.  Its proactive my CRM data was always on point.

I had to break old habits of loging into my CRM directly.  It was an effort to get into the workflow but once I did it was a game changer.

Managr is basically telling me what needs updating in the CRM.  The ability to share call reports and updates with just a few clicks is game changing.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

First off, Managr is extremely easy to set up. It took me about 20 minutes to fill in all the necessary information and connect to my current sales tech stack (SFDC, G Cal, Slack, Outreach, etc) 

What's been super helpful for me is the ability to see only the necessary fields within a salesforce opportunity that I need to fill out vs. sifting through the hundreds of useless fields within SFDC. Also, I love being able to quickly share notes with my manager/VP right after an important call.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

There are a few features on the pipeline view that I would try and improve upon to ensure this tool can help with forecasting. I would try and emulate what Clari does in this aspect.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tedious "box-checking" for AEs, inability to move opportunities into a new stage, multiple disparate systems that don't speak to each other, inability to update sales leadership about demos/calls.

If you spend a lot of time in Salesforce, Managr.ai can be a helpful tool.  It streamlines tasks like editing reports, logging tasks, managing pipelines, etc. The setup is quick and painless as well.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

Does not entirely get rid of the need for Salesforce's busy work. Depending on how customized your Salesforce org is, Managr.ai may be unable to streamline every manual process.  As this company grows and development continues, I expect this tool to be more valuable.

My most significant benefit was streamlining specific tasks like managing pipelines, logging meeting notes, and editing reports.

Nothing I dislike at this time.  AS a new solution I continue to look forward each and every new release.

My sales team is able to update sales records in Slack with just a few clicks saving them hours of wasted time they used to spend in SalesForce.  As a sales leader, it is incredible how easy it is to send leads and other sales communications in the Managr channel in Slack, while receiving updates through the same channel.

I don't see any downsides- it's easy to install and potentially make yourself use it- but once you do, you're glad you did!

It's very quick and easy to use. The interface is familiar because it all goes through Slack, and you can easily avoid getting caught up in validation parameters.

No major downsides but it takes a moment to get familiar with how to use the interface most effectively. Once you're trained up, it is very clear and easy to use.

Ultimately, it's a time saving and frustration saving tool. Salesforce can be clunky, and Managr makes updating your CRM very seamless.

The reminders to update notes, log calls, etc, in Slack is invaluable. I also love having the mandatory fields are surfaced so I can quickly and efficiently update what I need to without the mystery of SaleForce!

Sometimes the error messages aren't the clearest and I don't know why I am getting it.

Managr has been a pleasure to work with and has added value to our sales process. Viewing and updating our pipeline has been such a breeze. Managr is a great note-taking tool too.

Nothing. They've been continuing to roll out new updates each week. They host update calls to ensure you are getting the value out of the platform.

I like that I can easily update my opportunities through slack right after a meeting! I don't have to go into Salesforce all the time and update my pipeline

Only thing is when I create a meeting that was scheduled that day I have to log into the interface because the meeting doesn't populate in Slack

They're really good at taking product feedback! Pretty sure they're working on updating the ask from above right now and our Account Manager is always really responsive

You can see when deals are at risk, rotting, if they have been in a certain stage for over x amount of days

the downside isn't Managr's fault but since I don't log texts in sfdc, sometimes the deal rotting isn't accurate for me because I communicate through text a lot.

Connects pretty well with the important tools of our sales tech stack: Salesloft, Salesforce, etc.

Would like more admin controls of what reps can and cannot see.

Cleaner CRM hygiene and better call notes logged to Salesforce.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

Manage helps connect the dots between Salesforce and everything else. Amazing tool for salespeople looking to free up hours of the time by leveraging managr's automatic post meeting prompts, reminders, and more all via slack.

I use this thing daily and I almost never need to click into salesforce. It automates everything and allows you to do it all via slack and your phone. So easy.

Ease of use is insane. If you can use slack you can use manage.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

No dislike with Managr. New company so some minor growing pains but we have direct access to the CEO which is amazing.

Time optimization and on the go salesforce updating

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

As a Director of Sales, managr helps me draw meaningful insights from the data in our existing CRM. Previously, I had to pull multiple disparate reports I had access to through tools like Salesforce and Tableau and manually compare the reports/data sets to draw conclusions. By interpreting the data, managr has allowed me to better understand my team's momentum and identify trends both on the whole and on the individual rep level. This increases our forecasting accuracy, and actually helps us to shorten our sales cycle. managr's pipeline organization functionality and bi-directional Salesforce integration helps me get my reps to update keep SFDC more up-to-date, and gives me greater visibility into our prospect engagement.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

I could see some people having hesitations around working with a newer company, however I've found that managr's agility and willingness to adapt to our needs in real time has been a positive thing.

**Recommendations to others considering ManagrAI:**

If you have any hesitations, ask for a trial run with a test group of employees first. The managr team was very accommodating.

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems so far- I've saved a lot of time not having to run multiple reports and manually compare the results to draw insights, our forecasting accuracy has improved, our sales cycle has shortened as we are better able to inspect the time between meetings/touches with our prospect, and we are keeping Salesforce more up to date as a result of our work with managr.

**What do you like best about ManagrAI?**

From a seller's point of view best part about this tool, hands down, is that it helps you focus on selling. Imagine you're able to spend 10, 20, 30% more time focused on doing the actual work of talking to prospects/clients and how much that would move a process forward - that's exactly what managr does. On top of that, it streamlines pipeline management so that you're doing effective outreach during the right time of the year. 

On the back end, the reporting is everything you would need to do internal QA and ensure the team is being productive. Helps you understand where you can jump in for coaching moments, how productive reps are, and also does a lot of heavy lifting for Sales Ops. 

Overall I'm excited about managr and looking forward to how their team moves the product forward.

**What do you dislike about ManagrAI?**

There isn't really much to dislike. It fits an obvious hole in the market and the team has taken all the feedback that we've given and developed solutions to those problems (i.e. integrations, reporting, etc).

**What problems is ManagrAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the sales process. Being able to have a single source of truth (that are NOT Excel docs) that helps with pipeline management is key. The reporting was also a benefit that I thought would be more ancillary, but after seeing them live in action - there is quite a bit of usability for management and leadership from outside of just the sales org.

Managr makes logging activities and managing leads simple for sales reps. When there is better oversight into what the salespeople are doing, managers can have a better view of the actual sales process. Everybody wins.

Hard to say. The team at Managr has been great to work with and integration was smooth.

The insights we've gained from reporting has already improved our forecasting, and the ease of use for the sales team has helped us focus on selling, rather than managing our spreadsheets.

Super simple to use. My AEs can actually manage their sales cycle through it. I have true visibility into their pipeline management, key cases to follow up on, and who I can expect to over/under deliver. This was a chase in the past but the simplicity of managr is what I love best. The AEs ability to communicate without leaving the system through email/text is also a major workflow piece. They're not in 3+ different systems anymore (CRM, email, Gdocs).

nothing - the more reporting you can create for sales leaders the better !

Consolidation of AE workflow.

-Integration with Gmail/Outlook, with options for texting, emailing, and calling in platform
-Sales reports and performance reports are slick ways to showcase a summary of a deal's lifecycle with teams
-Connections to Zapier allow this data to go virtually anywhere else in your tech stack

Truly designed for those after new logo acquisition.

-Google calendar direct integration currently in beta, but this feature is soon to go live

Pipeline management. Finally a tool that allows you to get rid of Google Docs and stop feeling bad about not updating Salesforce. 

The amount of time spent putting data into CRMs cuts directly into time that should be spent on actual sales. This tool gives you just what you need.

After having tried many different CRMs, Managr has become one of my favorites because it fits seamlessly into my sales workflow. With other CRMs, I often feel like I'm doing manual data entry all the time, which discourages me from actually wanting to use it anymore. Managr presents me with the right info at the right time so I don't break the flow of my work.
