Muck Rack solves a lot of problems that other media relations and monitoring software never have. I’ve used nearly every solution on the market, and I would fight tooth and nail to keep Muck Rack if our organization ever wanted to replace it.

One thing I really like is that it sends email directly from my mailbox. Overall, it’s easy to use, very simple to build lists, creating coverage reports is quick, and the interface is logical.

The support team is pretty good at helping work through issues you may encounter. They're also very willing to meet with you to discuss how to improve searches, or set up complex Boolean searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
