They're the easiest wire service to set profiles for each of my individual clients and repeat key distributions. More importantly their level of service is unmatched: double checking releases for correctness, calling to discuss changes that matter, simple interface that can get things done quickly, and doesn't charge for website corrections.

I love working with my rep Marie, and she has taught me so much about how to strengthen and observe AI/GEO uptake of releases with their platform. I don't write reviews, but I emphatically prefer GNW to other distributors. I don't use their integration to understand prompt visibility, but the insights available natively in each distribution report are so helpful for client reporting on the agency side. I don't have any strong dislikes, but I do wish the in-platform release AI visibility optimizer tool was available without standing up a distribution. I would like the platform to improve its guidance and clarity on how added keywords, links and more impact the metadata that influences GEO visibility and guided me directly on how to make releases perform better within generative search.
