"Robust Mention Tracking with Analytics and Metrics"

What do you like best about CisionOne?

Cision is overall, extremely, effective in its analytics and overall performance. It picks up mentions pretty seamlessly and provides robust metrics in order to communicate the impact of our work to senior stakeholders. I find the interface intuitive and the support team is responsive, in a sometimes extraordinarily timely fashion. Compared to our previous monitoring provider, it's far more economic. What do you dislike about CisionOne?

There are a few bits of the system that aren't completely intuitive but they're mainly small. Sometimes the content analysis like sentiment tracking can be a bit off and sometimes I find that when coverage is paywalled it's hard to add coverage to your mention streams yourself rather than having to contact the support team. What problems is CisionOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

CisionOne aids us in effectively tracking important topics related to our work. For example, if there are changes in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and that is covered by journalists, it gives us a holistic view as to the impact of the changes and allows us to prepare reactive statements relating to our work. When we were struggling with our previous provider, we simply weren't getting a formal platform, and associated analysis, picking up the scope of our work.
