I have already had the pleasure of using it on two occasions: first as an intern in CRM and currently as a project assistant.

What I like most about Buzzmonitor is the ability to combine multiple analyses. What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?

Very resolute and fast support. Always available by email, they do not take long to respond to questions. Furthermore, it is a very intuitive and fast platform, the collection of mentions takes seconds, quickly appearing in the service queue. They do not present instabilities that affect the operation, and on the few occasions it happened, it was resolved in a few minutes. The project uses the tool every day, for more than 12 hours, and the integration between the service team and the cases happens due to routing, a tool that facilitates the control of the user's response time. What do you like best about Buzzmonitor?

Buzzmonitor (which we affectionately call BM) is an extremely comprehensive tool for social listening, CRM, data import and export, and has a very powerful search engine (BM trends). Customizable dashboards that allow us to create comprehensive reports for our clients, and AI insights, honestly my favorite feature, which analyzes the posts/comments/mentions in the reports and, through the artificial intelligence implemented in the platform, summarizes the buzz in a straightforward and simple text, which would take hours to analyze manually.

In other words, I love BM (BM is love) and couldn't live/work without it (BM is life), without its features and its totally intuitive design.

I don't like how effective and perfect BM is, because too much perfection irritates me... Haha, just kidding!

Overall, not much. The platform is really very comprehensive, but the option for dashboards could allow hyperlinking within text boxes in order to make the analyses richer. Even though this is a point that would be super important for me to implement, the Customer Success team listens to me a lot and really takes these suggestions forward, and this topic is being considered for future implementation.
