Things selected are added to a queue and remain on there even if you leave the page. The only issues I've run into when this happens are when I return to the sample manager and print barcodes and accidentally print 40 barcodes as opposed to my selection of 5. Launchmetrics is easy to navigate, user-friendly in most of its aspects, and has all the tools that allow you to keep track of samples in a very detailed way. Once you get used to the platform, it's very easy to use. It has a lot of different options and ways to categorise our guests to keep track of them before and after the events which is very practical for us. Also the customisation of the mailings is very easy to do.

The support team is super fast to answer, and our main point of contact, Federica Gavagna, extremely helpful and always makes herself available if we have questions, requests, etc. That has been great, as it has helped a great deal to ensure that our first try-outs with the tool went smoothly. Launchmetrics uses a different vernacular than our company. Many of the processes have terms that mean something else and are locked or hard to change to our company's representation. This leads to us having to issue trainings for the terms that mean two completely different subjects. Mark is more than willing to help us or to try and fix what he can.
