We have been using Agility for years now and we are pleased with its products. The interface is intuitive and well-explained in the onboarding. Finding information is quick and easy. The team helping us has tailored the product to our needs, which are quite detailed, and they're on hand 24/7 to support us when needed. As an overall product, it also comes at a very competitive price compared to its competitors. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** The database is slightly skewed towards the Americas, but the team have been helping us redress this by adding and researching media that are relevant to us. We’ve felt supported throughout, and the communication has been 5*. The platform is intuitive and genuinely easy to use, so I have no concerns about my team being able to jump in, use Agility confidently, and start getting value from it quickly. The AI features are also great and really make light work of things. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I genuinely haven't been able to find anything that has been difficult about the platform or the process. I feel we've received good value for money. We haven't yet explored how it could integrate with other systems we have across the firm, for example we use Upper Sigma, a Litera - there could be use cases here. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously using Cision, although we never really had a great setup because the software felt more “clunky” than Agility, which meant we ended up with a lot of irrelevant coverage. This then caused issues with the NLA, which blindsided us. Agility has been much more relevant to our news monitoring needs, and Louise has been really helpful in explaining the NLA side of things. That clarity, and the way she’s gone above and beyond, has been genuinely appreciated. We use Agility to monitor not only our own coverage, but also topics our lawyers want to stay on top of. This helps our team spot opportunities. In addition, our BD team monitors key accounts so we can be proactive and better support our clients. We haven’t yet got started with social listening—we didn’t have this with Cision—but we’re looking forward to exploring it. ### 3. It's easily searchable by sector, location, specialism, and topics, which makes it very easy to find and manage contacts. The ability to create targeted lists and manage them easily is useful, and from these lists, we can control distributions that can be easily personalized to maximize impact. I appreciate the element of AI that assists in finding additional contacts that might be missed. It makes sending the right media campaigns to the right people simple every time. We can quickly filter through contacts to ensure there is no wastage, and things always reach the maximum number of right people. I appreciate with radio reads are difficult to distinguish between earned and paid media though. With the amount of reports our team compiles on a monthly basis, these are handy and streamlined. Results are quick in terms of email generated posts and the analytics are most helpful. Jen is great and her support is something we can count on. The customer support has been incredibly helpful and quick, solving any issues within minutes and hours, which is a far cry from our previous monitoring company. We've been able to streamline reports and monitoring and even use analytics from Agility to show why we needed to increase our staffing to continue the trajectory of specific campaigns. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** The only thing I could possibly list is that occasionally stories are classified as negative sentiment when they are not at all negatively framing our institution. For over six months, I’ve been told to manually send the missing publications to their team so they can "fix" the platform, but the issue persists. This has forced my team to spend 2–3 hours daily assisting Agility in correcting their service—on top of paying for it. They even claim it’s acceptable to miss such a significant volume of publications and insist the contract cannot be terminated. Additionally, I attempted to send a press release through their platform, and only 1 out of 200 contacts responded. This platform is poorly executed and designed to take advantage of companies. Until recently I was a happy customer. The tools are solid and the service has been reliable. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I have been passed around between customer service reps over the last couple of months. I never even got a formal introduction to my new service representative. She reached out with an email about renewing my service and that was the first I had heard from her. Because I did not get back to her by some arbitrary and confusing deadline, I just learned that my account will auto-renew without my consent and I will be forced to pay for seats on the account that I don't want, and cannot afford! On top of that, I have moved many of my clients over to Agility's press release wire service, News Direct. I have brought them a lot of revenue by referring clients to them. Earlier this week, News Direct leaked a client's press release ahead of the wire date. My client discovered it before we did. We were mortified and reached out to Agility right away. They were able to get the release taken down, but we almost lost the client. Agility did nothing to make this right, except say "sorry." They went into total "cover your ass" mode. In 20 years of doing PR, I have never had a wire service leak a release, never mind act so casually about it. I was appalled. I would like someone at Agility to get in touch with me ASAP to remedy this. I reached out to my customer service rep and got an Out of Office reply!
