The only thing I could possibly list is that occasionally stories are classified as negative sentiment when they are not at all negatively framing our institution. The platform is quite user friendly. While it isn't perfect, it easy enough to figure out how to manipulate the system to work for your needs. The system runs updates regularly, which is good. However, I haven't found the updates to be of any particular improvement for my particular use. All of the search functionality is substandard compared to competitors as it requires the user to create their own data set with a built in cap on results rendered. The need to rely on this data set creates an inflexible tool that fails to meet operational requirements for any highly public organization.
