The support team is incredibly helpful and quick to find solutions. I’ve worked with Alexandra several times, and she always provides very detailed responses. She’s made it much easier to learn the ins and outs of Loyalty Lion and feel confident using it. We access customers Loyalty Lion accounts daily and it is very easy to understand their profiles.
