What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

LoyaltyLion's analytics dashboard, and their unique approach to attributing value to loyalty initiatives is definitely a stand out part of the platform. The platform provides a clear overview of the stage that customers are in in the loyalty funnel, and puts an emphasis on moving customers through this funnel to uncover value. The level of support availble on our plan is also excellent. The close support we receive from our account manager Anusha is excellent, and our regular business reviews are very useful in evaluating our programme performance and provide many opportunities for continuous improvement. What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

While LoyaltyLion offers a solid foundation for loyalty programmes, creating more bespoke experiences often requires additional (and sometimes costly) development beyond the platform’s native capabilities. Certain areas lack the depth of customisation needed for more tailored implementations, and the default loyalty page could benefit from greater flexibility to better align with brand-specific designs. "Challenging Setup with Limited Integrations"
What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

I like the seamless product redemption that LoyaltyLion offers. I also find the automated email reminders very beneficial as they help us manage our small team better. It's nice not to worry about manually sending reminders and prevent customers from being upset about expiring points they didn't know about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

It's frustrating that we can't remove people or block certain email domains. A lot of our corporate partners have different perks that make them ineligible for loyalty, but since they can't be removed, our totals are way off. It makes it to where we can't trust LoyaltyLion as a source of truth. We also are frustrated by how limited the integrations are. We wish we could use it with our CRM Pipedrive, but there's no integration which requires us to use Zapier. It's getting really expensive to not have integrations we need because we have to build out automations to try to mimic an integration. The initial setup of LoyaltyLion was not very easy. We had a lot of issues arise that were not disclosed by sales and our onboarding person was inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
