What do you like best about Flowspace?

After trying several platforms and partners we are VERY happy to have landed with Flowspace. The platform's ease of use, order management tools, and internal communications module are significant improvements on what was previously available. Results have been consistently within SLA, often exceeding expectations. What do you dislike about Flowspace?

Still waiting on improvements to customized reporting. Flowspace's AI tool is a great start,but I hope to be able to request more detailed, custom queries soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowspace?

Flowspace provides our team with omnichannel visibility, Amazon/Shopify integrations, and more. The greatest benefits are their customer support and technical team. Extremely responsive, flexible, and feel like they're PART of your team. You can have a great product, but if you don't have the right people to help enable cababilities and set you up for success, then it's effectively a useless product. Flowspace has both a great product and an A+ team. Overall

What do you like best about Flowspace?

We love the visibility and the customer service we get by using Flowspace. Their team is super proactive in showing us new features and ways we can optimize our operations, and is very hands-on when we're troubleshooting new issues or ideas. In particular, have really appreciated the node optimization tools and analysis that Flowspace has provided to give us more insight into how we can better meet our customer demand. What do you like best about Flowspace?

I really love the extension of the inventory that Flowspace provides it makes inventory management and product shipping so easy and as they cover a wide area with faster processes.

The website interface and user experience are easy making support and tracking faster and more reliable.

I really hate that they do not have a live-chat option and cases/tickets with them take time to be reviewed and have feedback, and sometimes they have issues with storing metal/Alumoin products (Rusting issues) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately since they don't own their warehouses there's a lot of disconnect when it comes to getting something fixed at the fulfillment level. They're essentially another middle man which makes it a bit harder to get special requests executed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowspace?

The Flowspace portal is easy to use and navigate through. The team in Ocala offers great customer support, keeping open lines of communication , works to accomdoate our neeeds in unusaul circustances and offers solutions to problems that negatively impact operations. I frequently use this portal on a daily basis for tracking our shipments and ensuring the accuracy. Their are multiple features that are of valuable use for operations. While the intial learning curve was minimal, ongoing support and regular updates have continued to enhance the portals functionallity, keeping it aligned with evolving business requirements. Overall, the portals integration and impletmentation capabilities have positively impacted my workflow, contributing to increased productivity and operational agility. What do you dislike about Flowspace?

In my experience working with this group, there is not much to dislike. The only issue i see is on the inbound Recieved reports duplicating a PO with no data. This has been brought to the attention of the Flowspace team but unfortunately there has been no resolution. This is a minor issue that has no real impact. What do you like best about Flowspace?

Flowspace offers a robust platform for fulfillment offering users a more premium-priced but comprehensive alternative. Would like to take this opportunity to commend our account manager Richard Mercedes for overseeing our needs and staying on top of our blind spots - duties one would not normally expect from account managers. Having dealt with a number of account managers from various softwares and services, a distinct difference can be felt in Richard's approach, as he adds a personal touch and goes the distance to really make us feel like he's an extension of our team. We previously requested for a special complex feature to be built into the system, and Richard was instrumental in the speedy implementation of our requested solution - a great surprise, especially when we were expecting to be ignored. If anyone decides to onboard with Flowspace, I hope you're fortunate enough to be assigned Richard as your account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowspace?

Flowspace passes credit card processing charges to its clients (2.9% + $0.50) I believe, which can be a mitigating factor for international clients who rely on credit cards as their primary payment source. Their overall pricing is also considerably higher than other service providers, speaking from our own experience. This may deter businesses worried about net margins being eroded by fulfillment costs. Should FlowSpace decide to adopt a more competitive pricing strategy, they could become the most obvious choice for fulfillment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowspace?

What do you dislike about Flowspace?

It's a bit odd that weIt's a bit odd that we have to work with a Flowspace customer team instead of working directly with the warehouse on projects and to resolve issues. And so it sometimes can be frustrating because of the lack of immediate responses since the Flowspace team needs to reach out to the warehouse and receive a response back.

Also, the fact that we cannot pull historical reports for our inventory counts is pretty frustrating. We have found a workaround, but the report expires in 7 days for it gets frustrating if we ever have to pull inventory counts for a past month for auditing purposes or inventory reconciliation.
